Very clean and comfortable room. First bed in Thailand that I slept well on. The lighting is minimal, but you can open the curtains. They gave bottle of water everyday. Easy walk to Queen Ran Pier, restaurants, beach, full moon party etc. AC was effective. Good breakfast buffet that was included in room rate.

Only if you like pop music
The place is nice in general, clean and new. It is located in a good place, just a few steps from the sunset beach and a short walk to Haadrin beach. Lots of nice cafes around. But the hotel has two major drawbacks: very poor wifi internet, almost unusable. And very loud and extremely annoying pop music is played all day long in the hotel yard. It is perfectly heard in the room and siesta is completely impossible :(

Great stay
Very clean place, AC didn’t work great but it was a great price for full moon time. For facilities, the restaurant was decent and the pool and bar was great. Also a fantastic gym but no AC so it gets quite hot.

Perfect for the full moon party. Clean, simple, and great AC. My AC unit was actually too cold! Be sure to keep your bathroom door closed because it vents to the outside and your room will stay cooler with it closed. No complaints at all. It served its purpose for a good price. I was pleasantly surprised.

Close to the action yet remote and quiet
This hotel was close enough to Haad Rin beach to walk but not hear the noise. We stayed in a room that looked out onto the pool. It was easy to see into the other rooms and when you closed the blinds for privacy no sunlight could come through. Every day we bad to ask for towels as they did not replace them. There are many places to eat around the area and the breakfast is more than toast 😊 I really liked this location sad to leave!

Good stay if you don’t mind sleeping with ants.
Smooth check-in to our room , took a shower and relaxed in bed. I noticed a tiny ant on my arm and killed it. A few minutes later I noticed another on the bed, I looked up and saw another three on the wall. I noticed more and more, they were everywhere. They appeared to be coming from under the large wall panel/headboard and the side table mounted on the wall. I looked at other walls and could see some on each wall, but definitely the most behind the headboard. My boyfriend and I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. We were told housekeeping would come check our room. Housekeeping comes in and the first ants we show her by the door she starts spraying with RAID. We immediately told her to stop. I went on the balcony to call Expedia to see if they could help us get a refund so we could change hotels. The small amount of raid she sprayed lingered in the room for a couple of hours. Thankfully she didn’t get around to spraying by the bed (I think they expected us to stay in a room fumegated with RAID. We ask the front desk for another room, they agree and let us check in. On the way there the staff said “[the maid] said there were only three ants.” I was not happy with this comment because there were a lot more than three ants. I asked if he would like to see the video I took but he declined. The new room had ants behind the headboard and first thing I saw was an ant on the pillow. They would not give us a refund but did give us another room on a different floor.

I booked a double and a twins. Checked in was quick and Thu ya is friendly and well informed. Staff is friendly and polite. Our double was pn thr main floor qhen you walk out there are lounging chair and access to pool. Room with 2 twins had a balcony. We chose to go not during full moon so KP was quiet which i prefer. Hotel is 3 mins from haarin pier and 8 min from beach, with tons of eatery walking distance. Pool was a little cold when you first got in but was clean and sufficient. Staff went out of their way whenever we had a question. The only problem I had was I paid for 2 room key deposit. Day before our depature, i arranged for my cousin to be picked up 4am taxi to thongsala....when i checked out i was told by (lady front desk) she told overnight shift person to give my cousin deposit for 1 key. Eventhough he didn't turn in the ley since my other cousin was still using. New rule: If you don't turn in your key, yoi don't get your deposit. Otherwise great selection for a hotel and excellent staff.

Отель находится недалеко от пляжа хаад рин ( 5 минут примерно пешком) и не далеко от пирса ( 3 минуты примерно пешком). Очень удобное расположение. Номер чистый, уютный,небольшой собственный балкон, с отдельным выходом к бассейну. Завтрак отличный. Быстрая регистрация заезда и выезда. Обязательно остановимся именно тут в следующий раз.

Jättefräscht hotell som har perfekt läge om man ska på Full Moon Party. Inte för nära, inte för långt bort. Poolområdet är jättefrächt. Servicen av personalen är helt okej. Frukosten var däremot inte så bra. Gymmet var välutrustat och fräscht.

Отель хороший, в номере есть все что нужно и чайник и холодильник. Отлично расположен, чистый, тараканов нет. Из минусов : есть проблемы с напором воды, нужно следить, чтобы не обдать себя кипятком, и второе это то что в номере только плотные шторы, которые не пропускают свет, а окна балконов расположены друг напротив друга и ты на всеобщем обозрение даже днем... был бы тюль еще было б много комфортнее.

Within 10 mins walking can reach the Haad Rin Beach , beside the hotel got many store . Lucky carb restaurant I had visited 2 times during my stay in Haad Rin Beach area. The price is acceptable and the food is delicious.
