J ai trouvé des cafards dans la chambre, personnel pas motivé pour nous préparer le li de notre fille, alors ils ont mit un matelas trempé à même le sol ! Il a fallu que j y retourne pour leurs expliquer que ce n’était pas possible

War ganz okay für ein paar Tage. Man benötigt ein Moped weil es nicht am Beach ist. Der Pool Bereich könnte um einiges schöner gestaltet werden. Ist halt ein wenig Thai Style.

Nice Hotel in central Koh Tao
The rooms are and smell moldy, every single one we've seen and there were five of them. The staff seems to be aware of the situation but can't really do anything about it. Everything else was quite OK, they're absolutely fine with backpackers but the smell is a no go; sorry.

Okay condition, friendly staff, room smelled a bit
People running the hotel where extremely nice and helpful although some language problems appeared which is not that rare in Thailand. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. When told to the reception the cleaner brought us some air freshener which did not help that much. Generally the hotel as in okay condition although some updating could help a bit. The location is okay if you want to go to Sairee beach (by taxi) and extremely good if you plan to take diving course at Chalok Baan Kaok.

Bad service
We had booked 3 nights. When we arrived to the hotel the owner had not room for us. We have to sleep in other hotel one night and another 2 nights in the Toscana. The owner is not friendly. Avoid this place.

One of our best stays in Thailand
Absolutely loved our stay here! Booked 3 nights and ended up booking an extra night. Comfiest beds in Thailand so far and for a resonable price. The pool was really nice and the service was impeccable!

Good hotel with swimming pool
It's a good hotel, with a not bad condiions. The personal is nice and the localization is about 20min from the center. We use a motorcycle. They have a swimming pool.

It's a good hotel, good condition and not bad cleanliness. It's on a place that you need somthig to move, motorcycle or taxi, or, you can walk about 15-20min. It has a good swimmif pool to!

Hotel propre avec une piscine. Chambre et salle de bain très spacieuses. Le restaurant était fermé lors de notre séjour et n'avons pu en profiter. Très bon accueil. Assez loin de la ville et de commerces.

船着場のメーハートからは歩いて行ける距離…しかし、道はかなり悪いく埃が凄いよ…これは島全体に言える事だけどね ホテル自体は古くあまり綺麗とは言えないね ベッドの寝心地も悪い…シャワーの温度も寝心地も悪い…清掃はしているが行届いてない…ベランダも汚いかな…シーツやバスタオル、バスマットは正直廃棄レベル…唯一…冷蔵庫が24h稼働してるくらいかな… タオ島にはいくがここはもうちょっといいや それとね…ホテルの前にバイク置場があるんだけど…地面が工事レベル並みに崩壊してるからね…レンタルバイクでそのPを利用するんだけどバイクの下が擦れる擦れる傷だらけになるからね！気をつけるレベルではないよ ホテル川にも直す意思は無いと言っていたよ

hotel muy bonito, pero lleno de humedad, la limpieza tampoco era demasiado y la atencion recibida ha sido basica... la localizacion permite ir a pie a las playas y cerca hay tiendas y restaurantes. lo pasamos bien y lo recomendaria.

Klockrent!! Perfekt om man har moppe. Lätt att köra till stränderna, och inte för långt in till de livliga delarna av ön. Väldigt rena rum, en fin pool och städning fick man om man bad om det. Vi bokade 2 extra nätter pga att rummen var väldigt fräscha.

Cozy, cheap and friendly hotel.
Very cozy hotel! The staff was super friendly and kind. The rooms itself were ok, quite cozy but you could tell that they were quite old. Great value for money to be honest, nothing to really complain about!

Budget hotel in somewhat disappointing state...
We chose the Toscana for its budget prices, but we were somewhat disappointed when we arrived to see the state of the place. Judging from the photos online it seemed OK, but this was definitely the less attractive hotel we stayed in during our Thailand vacation. The rooms are spacious but in need of refurbishment/upgrade. The cafe/restaurant is pricy. We payed THB 120 for a cup of tea and a coffee, which is what you can get an entire breakfast for one person in town. The pool was not inviting either. The location is not great either, but this was expected at this price.

Comfortable room
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Mae Haad pier. It's in a quiet location. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The staff was very friendly. Nice hotel for the money.

Hidden paradise
Toscana is in really close walking distance towards prettying much everything yet tucked up a hill away from all the noise and parties. The pool is amazing, overlooking palms and the nature of Koh Tao. Plenty of privacy. The beds are very comfortable.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber...
haben für unsere letzte nacht auf koh tao ein hotel gesucht, welches nahe am pier und relativ günstig ist. haben uns aufgrund der lage, relativ guter bewertungen und dem günstigen preis für das toscana hotel entschieden. für mehr als eine nacht ist es nicht zu empfehlen. die zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen, es ist sehr feucht und modrig, schimmel im bad, sauberkeit des bades lässt zu wünschen übrig, im ganzen zimmer spinnenweben und deren besitzer. statt unsere zimmer zu reinigen bzw den hof zu kehren oder iwas sinnvolles zu machen waren mindestens 5 reinigungskräfte damit beschäftigt den kleinen brunnen zu putzen. auserdem funktionierte in unserem ersten zimmer das wasser nicht. daraufhin wurden wir in ein anderes verlegt, welches genauso ungepflegt war. also kein einzelfall bzw zufallstreffer. sehr schade ein bestimmt mal schönes hotel so verkommen zu lassen. für den preis kann man auf jedemfall deutlich mehr erwarten. aber die betten waren dafür bequem. 3,5 * / 5* eindeutig überbewertet

La ubicación está bien en un punto intermedio de la isla. La cama cómoda, la terraza adecuada, la zona de la piscina muy bien y el desayuno bueno. Falta de limpieza y orden en la habitación y mal olor y suciedad en el baño. Hay mejores alojamientos y más económicos en la isla.

Most of the staff was nice, with the exception of the older woman being very rude. Room was spacious and fairly clean. The room was dated, bit the bed was soft. Be sure to drop your key at the desk if you want them to clean your room.

做了两小时船好不容易打车到了酒店被告知订房信息没有显示，先安排到别的地方明天在回来接着住，折腾一天特别耽误事儿，其他的还好吧，骑摩托离码头很近，热闹的塞利海滩也不远，南边还有个无浪的小海滩不错！

Das Hotel war zur Eröffnung vor gefühlten 50 Jahren bestimmt einmal toll. Reste davon lassen sich in der Außenanlage noch erahnen. Mittlerweile ist alles ziemlich vergammelt. Das Frühstück ist eine Zumutung und das Personal geht total gelangweilt seiner wenigen Arbeit nach. Tische und Stühle im Restaurant und auf der Zimmerterasse sind schmutzig. Das einzig lobenswerte sind die Zimmer. Zwar auch nicht, wie im Internet auf den Bildern dargestellt, aber immerhin groß, mit Klima, Kühlschrank und wirklich tollen Betten. Ich kann die guten Bewertungen im Internet nicht nachvollziehen und würde das Hotel zu diesem Preis nicht weiter empfehlen.

Holiday experience, backpacker prices- good value!
This is a lovely hotel for the price! Really good value. We have been travelling for 5 months and this was one of th best rooms and hotels. However, Internet wasn't great- might be island problem though! Also it was quite far from the beach and bars. It's ok if you are planning on having hiring a scooter but we weren't as we had a couple of scares! So we had to hire push bikes as it was too far to walk and taxis were so expensive!!! Push bikes worked well but not many places hire them out and it's a hilly ride. Overall really nice hotel that felt like we were on holiday rather than backpackers

Hotelli sinällään ihan siisti ja kohtuu hyväkuntoinen. Henkilökunnassa ha palvelussakaan ei moittimista. Hotelli sijaitsee alueella joka ei tarjoa oikein mitään turistille. Matka Mae Haad kylään tai Chaloc Ban rantaan ei ole pitkä mutta kävelyä ei voi suositella. Tie on vilkasliikenteinen eikä vieressä ole jalkakäytävää. Lisäksi tuntuu olevan paikallinen tapa että suuri osa skoottereista ajaa tahallaan mahdollisimman läheltä tai haluaa jalankulkijan ainakin osoittavan alempiarvoisuutensa väistämällä. Jos aiot vuokrata skootterin ja yöpyä edullisesti rauhallisella paikalla tämä hotelli on ihan hyvä vaihtoehto.
