Worth Staying here
We are totally satisfied with the hotel. Due to our tight schedule, we had to check out early. Surprisingly the staff prepared breakfast for us even if our check-out time is earler than breakfast time. The room condition was perfect. They arranged a trasnportation to Nangyuan at a very cheap price. Worth staying here!!!

Terrible experience in Koh tao.
I stayed in the tarna align for 7days. It was nice at first but it had gone terrible at last. On last night there was wome problem in water supply. I asked fixing that and they was fixing. During they were trying to fix it I have to just wait in wet.(because it was after diving) They were not offer anything for us so I asked other room and they give next room for just shower, and they also said do not touch anything in new room so we have to bring everything for shower to that room. When I was taking a shower in new room, the water just stop to come out, so I have to wait again with shampoo on my hair. It was really terrible experience. So I asked to change room, then they gave us new room. Before I ask something they never want to offer anything. And they even never say sorry befor I want to listen saying sorry. In the new room there was huge cockroaches and looking weird insects also. It was horrible last night in koh tao. Almost of staffs were nice and kind actually but I don't want to experience that kind of situation again.

룸과 연결된 수영장이 있어 좋고 스쿠버다이빙은 호텔서 바로 이용할 수 있어 편해요 욕실 입구가 미끄러우니 조심조심조심

We booked another 4 days at this resort because we liked it so much. The staff were so thoughtful and helpful. They went out of their way to make every guest a beautiful Kratong for us to take to the pier to release into the waves. So beautiful and so thoughtful! Loi Kratong Day On the full moon of the twelfth lunar month, in November, this festival celebrates the release of misfortune. ‘Loi Kratong’ means to float a ‘Kratong’, an object decorated like a lotus bloom which is laid on the water to be carried away, thereby symbolically taking away any bad luck. Respect is also paid to the spirit of the waters. The festival, with live stage performances, is held in the evening at the main pier in Mae Haad. Jonathon, the Divemaster was so personable and friendly. We were not diving this trip but he took the time to carefully explain about different spots to snorkel and how to access them. I believe he would be an excellent Divemaster as he is so encouraging and positive. You will like him. The pool at the resort is specially designed to teach diving. Try it!! I would give the staff full marks! The location is ideal as they offer free shuttle service. We enjoyed the walk up and down !

God stay
Very nice hotel! Best bed we had on our trip to thailand! The food was just okey, hope the food is better in the high season. The serivice was good, BUT very poor english. The room serive had to come up to our room so we can point at the menu. We had a room with grand pool access. Very nice!

Best hotel on Koh Tao
Fantastic hotel with the nicest staff! We had a villa hillside with a view of the ocean and big balcony. Everything about the accommodation was perfect, really clean and up to date, looked even better than the pictures, really comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights! The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were all so nice and always tried to give the best service possible. Sometimes you could tell that the waiters maybe lacked a bit of experience, however it never bothered us since the were so serviceminded. The hotel being a bit up in the mountain was never a problem either. When renting a scooter (which is recommended no matter where on the island you’re staying) it is a 2 minute ride to the beach with a big parking by the reception. If you do not rent a scooter the hotel offers free rides to and from the beach specific times during the day/night. Outside of this schedule you can pay 50 baht/person (1,5 USD) to go either way and this service is offered 24/7. We also walked both up and down to the beach a few times which was not that bad, without a doubt worth it for that view! Also saw some reviews complaining about rooms being up a hill from the reception. It is literally 2 minute walk to the furthest room and anyone moderately active will have no problem with that, again worth it for the view. If this would be a problem the hotel for free gives you a ride up/down Best hotel in koh tao!

We stayed here for a couple nights to experience all Koh Tao had to offer. The steep inclines throughout the hotel's walkways were tough for my gf to navigate and the hotel is far away from the walking streets. However, the shuttle services, consieege and private pools more than made up for it. Our room was huge as well.

Personnels agréables.Toujours une petite attention gourmande déposée sur le lit le soir! Sructure initiale est un peu vieillissante tout de même. Des travaux de rajeunissement des chambres seraient à prévoir. Cadre agréable. Possibilités de randonnées à proximité. Les petits déjeuners restent copieux même si c'était encore mieux il y a quelques années! Plus de chocolat chaud disponible...

Das beste Frühstück Buffet :-)
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Angestellten. Die Lage war super. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum oder mit dem gratis Shuttle vom Hotel ist die Strecke nur 5 Minuten lang. Das Frühstück Buffet war ein Traum. Das Essen super lecker.

Loved this hotel! It's a little off the main street so it's nice and quiet at night. The hotel also offers rides up and down the hill to get to the main walking street. Everything at the hotel was wonderful. Room was amazing, view was breathtaking, couldn't have asked for anything more! One tip if you're looking to do a diving course, it's significantly cheaper elsewhere on the island through other diving schools.

Lovely stay. Everything was clean, comfy and the staff were very attentive. There was a shuttle bus to the beach which was great. Only thing I would say is they didn’t really have links to hiring a moped.

Die Unterkunft ist trotz das sie auf einem Berg liegt nur 10-15 geh Minuten oder mit dem Shuttle was alle 2 std. fährt (3 min.) vom Strand entfernt der sich definitiv lohnt. Schönes Hotel, super Service und tolle Insel.

The hotel is fabulous, the breakfast is very good. But they should improve the accessibility, there are a lot os stairs and no lift for elderly or people with disabilities. It’s also far from the Sairee beach, they should offer more shuttle times, specially at night.

Very nice experience
We had a pool access room and could not be happier with the room. It was really nice experience. The hotel also has beautiful sea view rooms but we preferred the pool. The breakfast selection could be better, however they have very good coffee, juices and omelet. We would definitely return to this hotel next time in Koh Tao.

An amazing hotel in an amazing location! Everything is basically new. The staff was kind and helpful. Hotel had shuttle service to and from the beach and in hotel golf carts service to and from the rooms.

Great views and a beautiful villa
Tarna Align is a very beautiful hotel with amazing views and cute little cottages to stay in. We had a warm welcome when we checked in and everything worked well. The cottage was the Villa with a seaview and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets every night. The villa was clean and nicely decorated. Its easier to stay in this hotel if youre in a good shape because its on top of a small hill. They organize rides from and to the hotel but usually there werent any rides. They said its usually late but half an hour wait is a bit too much after a long day on the beach. The staff was okay but they were lacking a bit of happiness and customer service skills. One day we missed a house keeping and after calling them at 5pm we got the cleaning at 7pm. The breakfast was really good; fresh juice, good coffee and a chef who made you eggs of your choice. I recommend this hotel to people who wants to enjoy beautiful villas, sunsets and are not afraid of little exercise during their holiday in a paradise.

Hotel é otimo. Oferece shutle para cidade. Tem escola de mergulho no hotel com o mesmonpreco da cidade e professores competentes. Restaurante com valor alto e nao muito bom. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. O unico grande problema é que a vila que ficamos tem o ar condicionado muito forte voltado para cama. Ganhamos uma bela dor de garganta.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the pictures I took are some of the best I have taken. Los Tao grew on me I was there with family and friends for 6 days we will go back beautiful island hope it stays unspoiled and quaint little island.

We zijn opgehaald bij Koh Tao Pier voor een gratis shuttle service. Bij aankomst lekker drankje en koekje. Mooi modern resort. Goed onderhouden kamer. Wel veel trappen. Personeel was aardig, maar op de balie na wat gebrekkig engels. Op loopafstand een leuk dorp met goeie restaurants. Er is ook aan gratis shuttle service naar dit dorp, hotel ligt namelijk op een steile helling. In de nacht wel veel kikker geluiden die je in de kamer nog hoort (went wel). Oftewel een fijn verblijf

Great hotel with a bad service
So, first it is a very nice hotel in kho Tao, the room decorated and the private swimming pool are amazing, the hotel is very beautiful and unique but the service was the worst, the staff didn’t answer to our request, we didn’t get bath products, the breakfast was very poor, and it’s looks like the staff doesn’t want to work, the staff wasn’t welcoming or helpful or nice unfortunately

部屋のイメージ図にはソファーがあったのに、実際に泊まった部屋には無かった。ゆっくり座る場所が無かったので、ホテルで寛ぐと言うより、島を出歩く旅になった。新しいホテルで清潔感は申し分ない。朝食はフレッシュジュースは良い。コーヒーは口に合わない。
