Dear Laurent, thank you for taking the time and writing a review for us. Our breakfast is one of the most beloved parts as our guests tell us, which is freshly made every single day. We were surprised because you seemed to be enjoying the breakfast time and we wish you would have told us about this immediately so that we could fulfill your wishes. The pool is cleaned many times every day from the flowers falling from the wind. The elevator is not even listed in our properties and you didn’t really need to use it as you had a room on the ground floor. Wi-Fi is working really well in the rooms by the pool and at the time we checked this together you admitted that it must have been a problem from your device as long as your second device was connected. As we talked in person there was a technical problem with the hot water that we tried to solve. We also offered you a free upgrade to a suite room which you denied. As you said you got a really good price and also chose to pay for non-refundable price with an extra discount. Even though, after our conversation and at the time you said you would leave the hotel, you asked for a refund and we gave you back the refund.
