Overall, it was good, not exceptional. The check in leaves a bit to be desired. No one at check in when we arrived - had to call for check in employee.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! We called asking for an early check-in and they willingly took our number to call us if they happened to get one ready early. Were super sweet with my sons who kept buying treats from the “store”. Even called us to let us know we left something behind within an hour of us checking out so we could return to grab it. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Booked a 2 Queen bed room but they put us in one King room. After pointing out it was their mistake we avoided the $10 charge for the uncomfortable roll-out bed. Room had a Strong floral fragrance. Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. Price was good compared to competition but might look for a bit nicer place for a few extra bucks next time.

Heavy cigarette smoke up and down 3rd floor hall and in my room and other family members room. I complained and was told no smoking in hotel allowed. Third day there they informed me they found smokers and kicked them out. I was not offered another room and requested discount on my bill and was told I couldn’t.

The price exceeds all other hotels in the area. No bathtub in any room. They also charge a 75 damage deposit that I still haven’t got back probably a couple times now. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is always very clean, i also think they provide the best breakfast and coffee that i have had from a hotel. I will definitely stay at this laquinta location again

bed bugs
woke up to a bed bug in my bed, went down stairs to address and was told "Um i dont know how to handle this situation" I had to walk the employee through next steps such as, I would like to check out immediately, notify a manager and I would like a refund for the rest of my stay. Was met with I cannot do this as you booked through a 3rd party but I can check you out. They were zero help, zero accountability.
