Let us respond accordingly to the actual facts. You were a group that had made four separate reservations, with the total number of people booked 7. On arrival there were 14 people, the 3 rooms which you had booked occupied 2 persons max and the other room could occupy 3, which we further accommodated. Upon your check in we infoprmed you that there were more people entering the hotel than the rooms booked could occupy and you totally ignored our comments and proceeded into the restaurant. We are absolutely positive that no other hotel accepts this behavior and especially a 5 star hotel, but your behavior and ignorance to the matter absolutely reinforces that you are not 5 star guests. The mistake we did make was not contacting the authorities to personally escort the extra persons that arrived and decided to make themselves comfortable. We too agree that you were horrible guests, rude as well as arrogant. Overall we would not welcome you back!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. As a 5* establishment, upon arrival we provide fruit and wine, a bottle of water and two yoghurts. In all our bathrooms, there is a wooden ladder which has been specifically designed for the purpose of hanging towels. The coastal area where our hotel is located stretches approximately seven kilometers. Fortunately or unfortunately, this coastal stretch is ecologically protected. Taking this into consideration, our private beach is thoroughly cleaned twice a day. Kind Regards,
