Their efforts are recognized and appraised by so many of our guests. As we are in the country Side we cannot exterminate all living creatures and in cases where guests leave their Doors or windows open, we do have isolated incidents as the one in your room. During Midday in our Pools we have more than 800 people children in majority. Not all our guests comply with our Pool regulation rules such as Showers, after sea swims, bringing sand and salt in the Pool Water which is the main reason for water opacity during peak hours.We could continue analyzing the operational difficulties with 1300 people in Hotel, but as our priority is our guests to enjoy their so long awaited holidays, we provided all the assistance we could to you and your family, including a free day pass to our Aquapark and facilities once you decided to continue your Holidays to a near by Hotel.This season's renovations—our rooms, our beach, Wi-Fi in all Hotel areas, global channels, and so many others—derived from our guests suggestions and needs. We are constantly improving, and we shall continue doing so. That’s why the pools are opened till 18:00 o’clock.Moreover, the drinks are local, they are not the well-known brands of alcohol. Food is a special case that varies depending on the preferences of our customers. Every day there is a themed buffet with 26 different hot dishes, 20 different salads, 6 different fruits, at least 8 different sweets and 5 ice cream flavors!!!Regarding the issue with the reception staff, we are investigating thoroughly your complaint, as with a great surprise we read your review about it. The majority of our guests report the exact opposite,their friendliness.
