전체적으로 만족하였으나, 호텔 위로 새벽에도 비행기가 다니는 길목이라 소음이 다소 심한편이며 방음이 잘 안되어 깊은잠을 자기에는 어려움이 있음

교통이 편리함
1min walk from Imago shopping mall, but hard to get a Uber in front of the hotel. Except for that, kind front desk, warm water and reasonable price!

The receptionist cants speak english well, and they did not even know about Hotels.com. Had to explain about my reservation for 30 mins.

Disappointed cause we booked king size bed but given queen size. When we asked they said its up to them not up to hotels.com to decide the room we get! The king size bed rooms are bigger but we were given first floor where most of the rooms are smaller. Apart from that the location, cleanliness all ok but in future we have to book direct to make sure we get the size of rooms we want

For this kind of price to stay at Kingston hotel Kota Kinabalu, nice location and full function of entertainement and eats. I can only say that I’m impressed for a short stay of a business trip.

nice place to stay
good room condition, spacious bathroom, tv and air conditioning works well. Strategic place with shopping mall, restaurant and convenience store all reachable within walking distance. worth for the price.

Close to food halls and shopping centre. Rooms and corridoors reeks of cigratte smoke. No proper storage space in room for cloths etc. Only a 2 star hotel. Staff was ok.

Make yourself home
Great location and near to the airport. Shopping mall right next to this building, and this hotel is actually part of the apartment, can say it’s a serviced apartment, but easy to find place to go around, eat, movies etc

For the price paid, the hotel is not worth it at all. only the reception looks new and bright. i had to carry my luggage up a few steps of stairs to get to the lift. the corridor smells funky. The room is run down. sofa has questionable stains and the toilet ceiling has mold and black spots, pillow is super thin. the worst part is using the body shampoo from the dispenser which has gone bad for god knows how long.

Next to iMago Shopping Complex.
Suprisingly large room with well-maintained facilities. Close proximity to the iMago shopping complex. Will definitely book at the hotel in my next trip.

Acceptable stay. Nothing too fancy about. Accessing the hotel is via a lift outside the lobby. So quite easy for outsider to access to the room corridor.

Nice location
It was not a pleasant experience and stay after a long flight, I was provided with a room that was not clean and tidy - opened and consumed mineral water by previous guest, not workable air-con, old and dirty toilet, not workable sink etc.

Location
The location of the hotel is around 5minutes walking distance to IMAGO Mall. The IMAGO Mall is the new attraction in Kota Kinabalu. The traffic condition is okay, though located near the mall. The staff is also very friendly.

Room is simple, basic facility but yet enough satisfaction and comfort. Located just nearby to meeting place about 5-10 mins walking distance to working place

I was on a biz trip which need to stay overnight in KK, this hotel is located in a quite convenient location where you can find a good entertainment including foods and shopping. Also very closed to airport. Although it's quite a new building but the management is more like a service apartment, and lift is outside the building which could be an issue people may find its a bit dangerous. In average, I give 2.5 out of 5, well you get what you paid for. No complaint. Still can satisfied with it.

バスルームのトイレの周囲の床に水漏れがありいつも床がぬれていたのはこのホテルだったと思うが、少し記憶が定かでない。ほかはフロントもふつうに親切で問題はほとんどなかった。空港まで割と近いことが良かったのと、近くにスコッチやギネスを飲ませる店があってよかった。

空港からタクシーで10分程度です。タイムズスクエアの一角にあるので、周辺にはレストラン、バアー、コンビニとなんでもあります。ホテルはとても綺麗で快適でした。空港迄の送迎も30リンギットでやってくれますが、タクシーも同じ料金でした。
