Bad experiences. very noise, slippery stairs.
It was in a good location, the room was tiny but clean and the staff was very kind. We stayed 3 nights and were okay with this hotel until 3 immature DRUKEN SWEDISH WHITE PEOPLE made a big noise at THREE a.m. in the MORNING!!! The 3 young men were very rude and made a noise of talking and their slippers going upstairs and downstairs even though all guests should take off shoes in this area!! I couldn’t sleep because of these people and went them to say not to make a big noise, but one of them just said okok without any sincerely, and the noise was continued for a quite long time. There may be one staff in this hotel to take care of the guests, but she is normally off after 7 or 8 pm, so there is no staff afterwards. I tried to find everywhere for an emergency contact number so that I could tell the hotel about those guests, but nothing was there. As most of the interior materials were made of woods, noise in the common areas is seriously heard in the rooms. My anther bad experience is that the stairs were very slippery, and my wife slipped on the stairs and got injury in her leg, elbow and bone. I don’t understand why the hotel didn’t warn the guests about the slippery stairs or put any warning sign on the places. The hotel could also stick antiskid pad on the slippery stairs if they care about the guests. In the room, there is notice paper saying about many things that the guests shouldn’t do, but I think the hotel manager should do more things to improve the service

관리가 잘 되고 있는 깨끗한 호텔
피피섬 물가가 비싸지만 그래도 괜찮은 정당한 가격에 잘 지냈습니다. 방은 엄청나게 깨끗했고 주변은 조용합니다. 옆에 편의점도 있도 맛있고 저렴한 식당이 숙소 앞에 많습니다.

Hotel in its entirety was clean and pleasant. Comfortable accommodations in a desirable location without outside noise irruption. The staff and service were 10/10, and I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

we stayed in the ivory for 3 nights, rooms were clean, aircon was great. the best part was junie in the reception, she made us feel very welcome and told us everything we need to know about phi phi. she made our trip much easier. she was amazing! we love you junie

Très bien
Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Ivory, nous étions très bien accueilli, l'emplacement est parfait. Il serait bien d'avoir les prises électriques à côté du lit (il n'y a que 2 et elles sont bien cachées). Les chambres sont pas grandes mais quand on vient à Koh Phi Phi c'est pas pour rester à l'hôtel.

Great central location for a 3- day stay. Room was clean with a queen bed and a/c. Helpful staff with bookings for tours and transfers.

Great location, good for budget travelers
The Ivory is nicely located next to a food stall area, a short walk to either beach and far enough away from the party scene for quiet nights. The hostess was extremely nice and gave us good recommendations on what to do in the area and was always making sure everything was alright. Not the most pristine room but it was fine for us and good for budget travelers.

Super freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Hatten leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, würde ich so nicht mehr buchen aber war kein Problem da wir nur eine Nacht waren und die Klima super funktionierte :-) das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Direkt im Zentrum und in Strandnähe. Würde ich definitiv wieder buchen :-)

Great Staff, Super Clean Hotel
We walked 5 minutes from the pier, we were greeted by me Julie who was warm welcoming and funny, she gave us all the advice we needed while on the island and made sure we were never without, the room was basic but very clean in the heart of Phi Phi town, however no noisy distractions to keep you up and night, great for on a budget and be in the centre. To me Julie and the housekeeping, thank you for making our stay so special, love Sean Connery

Because owner’s juni is kind and great merchant. She always clear about customers and cleanliness then when you need help she support to you. And location is good. Junii makes this place seem like a five star hotel. Two minutes from dock and right in front of market. I personally will recommend this hotel as superior to most accommodations on ko phi phi.

Great place to stay on the island. In perfect location of everything. Minutes from everything u need. It’s in front of a food market that makes fresh everything. Locals eat there so the food is cheap compared to the island prices. Staff super friendly just ask them and they will help u. They have electric water heater in the bathroom so u have hot water all the time. No need to take water taxis when u stay here. Two turns from the pier and the beach.

Clean quite and perfect host June
The host June is amazing, friendly and absolutely kind . The room Is spacious and so clean .At the ground floor I saw the housekeeping clean and wash the floor every hour . I absolutely recommend this hotel and appreciate it because June is the best .

Felt like a home rather than a value option for Phi Phi and it’s the staff that really make a difference. Property is clean and comfortable, everything works as it should, and it’s all super simple. Front desk was helpful beyond words and arranged laundry, food options, transportation and a number of other things. Great location - central to almost everything. Overall an excellent, no hassle stay. Thanks!!

Cheap, average, clean.
Central Phi Phi, you get what you pay for. Good customer service, but rooms were bad. Clean but not comfortable. We did not like the Island, smells bad and the beach and water was very dirty. Would recommend the beach besides the Pier, seems better!

Good location, walking distance from Pier but too bad not proper signage or direction on the way, lost at the beginning. Staff is helpful, let me keep my luggage in the counter after check out at 11am.

El hostel esta en una zona céntrica pero ruidosa y sucia por el mercado local. La habitación limpia y muy básica y mal para el precio en comparación con otros de la zona, ya que no funciona el Wi-Fi, ni cambian las tioallas, ni limpian ni reponen agua.

Would stay there again!
We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The entire place was clean and welcoming. The location is great too! Close to everything...711, food, pier, etc. I would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you to the staff who were always so friendly and helpful!

Ótima escolha em Phi Phi
O hotel é simples porém tem tudo oque você precisa para uma boa estada em Phi Phi. Ótima limpeza dos quartos, excelente localização e atendimento da proprietária é maravilhoso. Oferece toalha de banho para ir as praias e está localizado bem no centro da ilha próximo a muitos restaurantes e comércio em geral. Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Hotel w centrum miejscowości blisko przystani i plaży. Kilka pokojów na piętrze. Recepcja nie jest całodobowa ale otrzymuje się "kartę" umożliwiającą otwarcie zamka elektronicznego wracając po godzinie 19.00 (o co na Koh Phi Phi nietrudno :)). Pomimo położenia w centrum nie było uciążliwego hałasu imprez. Łazienka znośna. Bezpłatna woda butelkowana. Klimatyzacja indywidualnie sterowana. WiFi do 2 urządzeń na cały czas pobytu ale z ograniczeniem ilości przesłanych danych (upload, download) - dość łatwo można ten limit przekroczyć. Brak śniadań ale obok znajduje się bar z "prawdziwymi bagietkami i bułkami" więc można zjeść prawdziwie europejskie śniadanie :) Możliwość przechowania bagażu po check-out.

Todella siisti hotelli hieman pääkadulta sivussa paikallisen marketin vieressä. Vastapäätä oli todella hyvä ravintola. Vastaanotosta neuvottiin ompelijalle, hoidettiin pyykit ja tervehdittiin aina iloisesti ja hyvällä englannilla eli hommat hoitui sujuvasti - hyvä englanti ei ole aina taattu. Viihtyisä paikka.

Good Hotel, but not what I booked
Hotel was okay, really friendly people working there, I did book the hotel as it was “on the beach” however when we got there there the hotel relocated to the center of Phi phi. It’s fairly noisy. Everything else was great though

Basic hotel close to pier
Got charged a lot extra for changing from a king bed to two twins. For the price I eventually paid, I believe was not worth the room. Very basic accommodations. Hotel is in the middle of the city center (so it’s a good location) but noisy in the morning as it’s right in front of a food market.

フロントの対応が凄く良く、いい意味でプライベートは守られている。 オートロックになっているのでフロントがいない時間も安心。 今回1人旅で利用しましたが、港からも近く立地面でも凄く便利でした。 熱々のお湯ではないがお湯も出ます。 ヘアドライヤーは備えついてない、シャンプー、ポディーソープは小さいボトルがアメニティとしてついてますが、持参する事を勧めます！ 日中は外に出てるし、リゾートホテルではなくてよいが、ホステルなどに泊まるのは…と悩んでる方には凄くオススメです！

Great value for money in central location
Great location and value for money. Unfortunately there was a large fire on the island and all wTer was used to put out the fire so hotel had no water for shower on checkout day. We were hiven bottled water to flush toilet but not hotels fault
