peaceful and reasonable price
this resort was resonable price. peaceful and quiet place and nice staffs and delicious breakfast. but so many ants and mayflies in the bathroom;( and quite far from main street and beach.

prisvärt. Ej dåligt men ej lyx heller.
Bra hotell. Vi hade uteplats vid poolen. Tyvärr så är poolområdet begränsat då man valt att ha växter överallt. Lite som att bo i ett mini-djungel, men en del uppskattar det nog. Solstolarna får nu bara plats på ena sidan av poolen (det som syns på bilderna, men nu ä det mer växter!) Frukosten var ok, innehåller det mesta man kan förvänta sig. Omelett och liknande görs på begäran. yoghurt, flingor, musli. Skinka, korv, bacon, Kaffe, te, färsk ananas, vattenmelon m.m. Lungt läge, 10 min promenad till ao nang strand. Taxi 100 bath till stan Eller hopp on/off flak filarna 30 bath (vår favorit) Smidigt som går vid stora vägen nån minut bort.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay
Quiet time during Songkran by choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and surrounding garden are well maintained and beautiful. TV had only one English channel (news) and rear curtains and a shower curtain would be a simple improvement.

Hyggeligt hotel med rolig beliggenhed
Hyggeligt lille hotel beliggende på rolig sidegade. Værtinden meget sød og hjælpsom. Morgenmad ok, men ikke noget overdådigt. Værelser kølige og meget rummelige. Rengøring ok. Absolut et sted vi vil bo igen.

Short stay
It was a nice stay. Does ladies are very nice and do whatever they can to help! It was a 15 minute walk to the beach though. There we're a lot of mosquitos since there is so much green around.

Bel hôtel à prix très correct
L'hôtel est au calme au bout d'une ruelle du Soi 8 où l'on trouve restaurants et magasins. Le Soi 8 est entre les plages d'Ao Nang et Nopparat (moins baignable mais belles balades) ce qui offre plus de choix. On arrive en 5-10 mn à pied à l'une des plages, en 20 mn sur la partie agréable Ao Nang (à l'autre bout de la plage côté falaise, pas de bateaux, ombre, etc). Les chambres sont spacieuses et de confort avec notamment le petit coin cuisine (évier et vaisselle). Très belle piscine entourée d'un jardin tropical. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant et la manager efficace. Nous avons bénéficié d'une promotion de basse saison qui en faisait un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

酒店位置会距离闹区有点距离，不过周边比较多的饭店，一些精品酒店也在旁边。对于喜欢安静的朋友，这个酒店是不错的选择。房间不多，由于处于淡季，酒店客人也比较少。整天都可以独霸泳池。一梯两户，门口有私家桌椅，浴室那边有个小型的花园，可以供客人晾衣服。有机会我会选择再次入住。值得一提，不要放鞋子在户外。我的拖鞋被狗狗叼着走了~~~~

Little oasis in busy area
The rooms and hotel are simple but elegant. We had a lower floor ( 2 floor property) with great pool access. There is a line of plants and trees alongside the pool, separating it from the large room balconies. So you have both privacy and little pool noise while still being near the pool. The staff are very helpful and the room was tidied daily with new sheets.

Vietimme hotellissa kolme yötä, ensivaikutelma oli ihan ok, henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huoneemme oli top view, ylemmässä kerroksessa. Huone oli iso ja korkea, ihan siisti muuten mutta muutamia ötököitä sekä viimeisenä iltana jopa kaksi torakkaa.. Hotellissa oli todella paljon kasvillisuutta ja iltaisin ei ötököiden takia parvekkeella voinut istuskella. Allasalue oli aika kulahtanut ja siellä oli pieniä muurahaisia. Aamupala oli melko suppea mutta saattoi johtua siitä ettei hotellissa tuntunut meidän vierailun aikana olevan juurikaan väkeä. Sijainti oli hyvä.

Convenient and peaceful
A great choice just north of Ao Nang. Handy to everything you need but tucked away at the end of a small road so no traffic noise. A small and friendly place with a lovely pool and beautiful garden. Great staff and pleasant rooms.

挺安静的酒店可以休息得很好
离奥南最热闹的区域有点远,但是走路很方便可以到达市场和码头,附近7-11和FAMILYMART很方便,餐馆也很多,消费不高,房间很安静,可以休息得很好,泳池相对来讲比较大,水有一点咸.房间有空调,空调室外机没有在附近所以挺安静的.

性价比很高的酒店
前台服务很热情，对我提出的要求都能尽量满足！这酒店性价比太高了，很时候休假，还有泳池，而且住的人不多！推荐！

Ten minute walk to Ao Nang beach, great Muslim food stalls on the way at night, wonderful friendly staff that speak English, super clean and comfortable room, and hardly any guests so the saltwater pool was always empty. Great value. The only thing to be aware of is there are a couple of hotels being built directly opposite so the view when you arrive and leave is not so beautiful but this did not detract anything at all from our stay. The only noise when we awoke was frogs, birds and other animals.

Stay away from the pool
Water in the pool had so much chlorine and chemicals in it it turned my blond hair green !! ( I didn't just had them done either ! It's been 10 weeks so it's not a fresh colour ) hairdresser couldn't fix them as it ruined the condition of my hair and I had to go dark !!!!? Horrendous

Relaxing, friendly hotel
We enjoyed this hotel and our room was spacious (although older style), with a great outlook to the pool. Pool was lovely and gardens well maintained. Staff were friendly Wifi was not so good (sometimes had it and sometimes didn't),but all in all this was a nice friendly hotel

Local quieto pois no final da rua. Masao lado do mangue o traz um cheio ruim. Boa piscina e quartos amplos. Valeu o preço baixo.

Sossegado.
Fica no final da rua e assim é mais tranquilo. Bons quartos com uma piscina salgada. Apenas o cheiro da área alagada ao lado incomoda um pouco!

Decent hotel
Sulphurous smell occasionally in the pool/restaurant area. Staff were helpful. Not far from Ao Nang beach which isn't spectacular but only 15 min boat ride from Railay. Ants in the room including in my glass in the morning. Lovely swimming pool.

Das Resort ist an sich wirklich schön, es bedarf aber einer Renovierung. Überall ist der Lack ab, unser erstes Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss zum Pool, mit toller Aufteilung und angemessener Größe. Dieses Zimmer lag am Ende des ersten Hauses, leider befand sich ein Teich direkt Anliegend am Zimmer, 1. es roch am Anfang stark modrig, 2. die Pumpe des Teich brummte die ganze Nacht extrem laut, somit konnte nur mit Ohrenstöpsel einiger Maßen geschlafen werden. Am frühen Morgen polterte im Zimmer über uns die Putzfrau durch und beendet endgültig die Nacht. Der Service ist recht durchwachsen, es gibt recht viele Angestellte die teilweise Nett sind, allerdings verbringen alle am liebsten ihre Zeit gemeinsam am Empfang. Ich würde nicht wieder in diesem Hotel schlafen obwohl die Anlange Potenzial hätte.

dommage ! Petite structure hôtelière sympas dans un environnement impersonnel mais trop de laisser aller dans l'entretien (ménage ,draps vieux et tachés,mobilier extérieur sale et en mauvais état). Personnel agréable et jardin luxuriant. En conclusion, beaucoup d'atouts mais structure vieillissante.

En oas i allt turistiga i Ao Nang. Nära till stränderna och bra utbud med affärer och mat utanför hotellet. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra pool med skugga. Fint med all växtlighet. Stora rum.

great family vacation
Overall a good stay. The staffs are friendly. Location is great with food just a 5 min walk away. Lots of mosquitoes, we spent the first night catching them, however kinda of a great bonding activity as i have 2 young kids with me.

Love the Duang Jai!
My husband and I couldn't be happier with our stay at Duang Jai. It's an easy 4 star even though they are listed as a 3 star. Everything and everyone was terrific, front desk staff are fabulous as were all the rest of the team at Duang Jai. The salt water pool was wonderful at the end of a hot day.

Hotel bien placé à 15 min à pied de la ville et animations. Chambre spacieuse et propre malgré une odeur persistante d'égout. Grande piscine d'eau salée. Possibilité de location de scooters. Prix de la chambre très raisonnable.

Great Boutique Hotel...
Great Staff and good small little restaurant area. The rooms are gigantic and very comfortable. The pool area was always clean and towels available. About a 10' ride from Pub Street, the hotel has a few TUK TUKs that you can use. Great stay

Lovely spot
about 4 nights in Duang Jai - the hotel has balconies facing the pool. It is on a road just up from the hill between the two beaches. Both beaches are beautiful, Ao Nang has cliffs at the far end. Lots of food options in the hotel area, but they don't open until after tour buses leave at 8:30 am. This hotel is easy walking distance from nearly everything. Though a bit of a hike to some of the better spots, which are mostly at the very far ends of each beach. The far end of Ao Nang has cliffs and a path to monkeys. The far end of the other beach has lovely teak trees and a good restaurant. The latter is way too far to walk to, but is where the tour boats come/go from. If I had to do it over, I would probably stay closer to one of these spots. The pool is spectacular. the rooms are pretty nice. Our bed was a little disappointing, with two mattresses pushed together and hard, but in fairness we did not ask them to fix it, just lived with it. Bathroom was cleaner than some, but still grubby by north american standards (by Thai standards, clean). You get free water, coffee, tea. If you want to stay in the middle area (main drag) this hotel is a good option and I would recommend it as exceptionally nice and good value. I found the pool, which is shady much of the time especially nice after a day in the hot sun.

Friendly staff
Au Nang is quite touristy and very grubby, when we drove up the road to get to the hotel we were thinking it was a bad choice, but the hotel is a hidden gem, very good value for money and the staff are so helpful, they even rang our next deired destination to help us book accomodation and organised transfers for us. The staff are extremely friendly and I would definately stay here again as a night stop over on route to other islands

The resort for family vacay
Good resort for family vacation with small kids...near aonang beach ...Even the resort not provided halal foods breakfast (except the eggs, juices, cereal) Many halal foods stalls located nearby (walking distance)

Too far from where you need to be
Staff are friendly. There is a free breakfast which is ok. Like all the other reviews we found the hotel to be dated and in need of upgrades. Was clean enough. Aircon was finicky. Halaal Street food right outside. Biggest issue is it's about the furthest you can stay from the little night life there is and the beach. Which makes popping back to the hotel a small ordeal. About 10m to the start of the main street and 25m to the centre.

Pas mal !
Belles chambres spacieuses et toute equipees avec une terrasse ombragée donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Vraiment aucun problème côté infrastructure et service. Bon petit-déjeuner, Massages thaï pas mal derrière la piscine. Wifi moyen. Un peu loin de la plage et et du centre de Aonang mais on a du calme en retour... mais aussi quelques odeurs d'égouts Au final, un choix pas mal et pas trop cher quand on veut séjourner sur Krabi
