Ko Hai und das Fantasy Resort sind ein Traum. Alle Mitarbeiter haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir waren allerdings auch 2 Tage lang die einzigen Gäste in der Low Saison Ende Mai. Alles war mega entspannend und das Hausriff läd zum Schnorcheln vom Strand aus ein.

Hotellområdena är fina och fräscha. Läget är toppen. Det går att bada hela dagen trots lågvatten. Vi bodde i ett standardrum med ac. Storleksmässigt var rummet bra men standarden var väldigt sliten. Frukosten var god men den fylldes inte på trots att det var en timme kvar. Poolen var fin. Solstolar finns både vid stranden och vid poolen. Rekommenderar för att läget är toppen och att det är en bra pool.

Koh Hai Fantasy Resort mars 2020
Vi hade 2 fantastiska nätter där. Hotellet är bra lite slitet, nu kom vi från 5 stjärnigt boende och då är det lätt att glömma att det är en liten ö med en helt annan puls. Vi hade ett rum med bra läge, nära till allt så vi hade det toppen. Maten på kvällen riktigt bra, prova fisken. Servicenivån är inre på topp förutom i restaurangen. Men som överallt annars i Thailand väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma

På tok för dyrt för den standarden! Fin ö men inte så mkt mer. Kan bara hänga på resorten som har de dubbla priserna på allt. Blåsigt och höga vågor så det var svårt för 4 åringen att bada i havet. Mkt maneter.

Øen er dejlig,men vi kan ikke anbefale dette hotel
Vi boede på Fantasy Resort i 3 dage, og følte os decideret uvelkommen af personalet. Det er lavsæson, hvorfor vi stort set var det eneste par. De synes besværede over os hver gang vi spurgte om noget. Vi ankom til Koh Ngai med formålet om at snorkle og sejle i kajak. Så det første vi gjorde var at spørge receptionen om vi måtte leje deres kajak. Det måtte vi ikke fordi det var lavsæson og der var bølger. Der var ikke en vind der rørte sig og vi har aldrig set mere roligt vand. Vi gik over til et andet Resort, som gerne ville låne os dem hvis vi havde boet hos dem. Da vi gik tilbage og sagde det, måtte vi pludselig gerne. Vi havde fået et standard værelse med en aircondition der ikke kunne køle rummets temperatur lavere end 25-27 grader. Dette forsøgte vi at forklare til receptionen, men det blev ikke venligt modtaget. Faktisk endte det med at receptionisten talte sit eget sprog, forlod os i 5 min, kom tilbage med favnen fyldt med 10 forskellige nøgler, og så ville hun vise os, at sådan var alle airconditions på stedet. Det var en eksemplarisk uhøflig behandling og det fik os til at føle os rigtig uvelkomne. Øen derimod er fuldstændig uimodståelig, men vælg et andet hotel. Personalet på Koh Ngai Resort ved siden af virkede rigtig venlige på trods af at det var lavsæson :-)

Ok für eine Nacht
Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Fantasy Resort. Anreise mit Speedboat und Longtailboat ist unkompliziert, klappt bestens. Die Insel bezaubert durch ihren tollen Strand, die Unterkünfte sind eher einfach, aber absolut ok und passend zur Insel. Unser Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet, Matratze im Zustellbett steinhart, Wasser im Bad salzig und nicht immer warm. Pool nicht so einladend. Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit. Abendessen im Hotel war lecker und das Frühstück ist auch ok. Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht gerade für zwei Wochen. Thai Massage im Hotel gebucht, war recht schmerzhaft:)! Das Meer ist traumhaft.

Paradise
We stayed for 7 days in a Hillside Superior room. Hillside is on a hill, don’t stay in this part, if you have problems with your legs. We enjoyed the fabulous view over the resort and Koh Ma in the distance from our balcony. There are only 5 umbrellas on the beach and 90 rooms... Buy some more! All the staff were very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the food and the cocktails at Koh Ngai Camping restaurant next door. Fantasy is located on the best part of the beach.

Beautiful Beach!!
Resort was overall very nice. Incredible beach and beautiful grounds. Breakfast was very good with lots of different choices. We stayed in a deluxe room which said it had a partial sea view which it absolutely not true. There is only one room with a sea view and that is 101. The air conditioner is located on the front deck which makes it impossible to enjoy the deck because of the heat and noise coming from the air conditioner. When I inquired about the view at the front desk They blamed it on the site that I booked on. 🤔 Overall this is a beautiful resort. I would definitely stay here again but definitely not in a deluxe room. See attached photos of view and beach. 🇨🇦For

Fedt resort, men dyr mad og kiosk.
Resorted er designet fedt, men trænger til en opfriskning. Dog ikke noget slemt, men det trænger. Vanvittig lækker strand. Der er en lille bitte legeplads til de mindste. Maden er dyr og portionerne små. Ca 2-3x BKK priser. Det er det eneste resort på øen som tager Ca 17% ekstra i tax på alt i restauranten. Ved siden af resortet ligger Koh Ngai Camping Restaurant som er ca 20% billigere og maden lækker.

Mycket nöjd.
Jag är mycket nöjd med våra dagar. Andra gången vi är där och kommer gärna igen. Snyggt och välordnat. Trevlig personal. Utmärkt frukost. Maten fö också god. Prisnivån aningen hög jämförelsevis med Koh Mook. Dock ett par saker : Wifi är så där. Man får leta sig fram bland flera nätverk tills man hittar det som är bäst just då. Gästernas oskick att markera solstolar på morgonen och sen komma fram på förmiddagen och sätta sig. Bort med handdukar från stolarna. Det är inte fler stolar än att någon kan hålla koll. Jag som gäst kunde det.

Godt og noget skidt
Fantasy ligger helt fantastisk ved en dejlig strand med fint h dit sand og Koralrevet er nu beskyttet og vi glæder os derfor til at komme igen. Der er fint og rent på værelset, men at vi skulle til receptionen 3 gange før vi fik ordnet vandhane og bruserhoved, før der kom en stråle vand ud havde vi ikke ventet. Solstole var ikke repareret, og en madras på en seng på terrassen var gået op i syningen, altså ingen vedligehold og meget slidt.

Fantastisk strand
Stranden er fantastisk. Man kan snorkle direkte fra stranden. Der er meget tidevand . Ved lavvande kan man gå ud til koralrevet. Til gengæld er det ikke så pænt som ved højvande. Vi opgraderede til et bedre værelse, der var ok men manglede stikkontakter. Meget venligt personale. God morgenmad og god restaurant. Man ankommer enten til stranden eller til en pier , hvor der skiftes til langtailboat. Kun få skridt gennem vandet og personalet hjælper med bagagen.

Superior room is basic
Decent hotel but expencive as all hotels at Koh Hai. Superior room is really very basic and you only see next wall. Cabins look nice and location is perfect.

Både våran å grannens ac dånade så det gick knappt och sova. Stängde man sen av ac:n å körde fläkten dåna den lika illa.. Inget varmvatten i duschen! Annars jättefint boende med paradisstrand utanför Bra att man kan sätta upp allt på rummet å betala vid avfärd när kontanterna är slut

Great island vacation spot
Excellent restaurant, on the beach. Wifi was slow. Excellent beach for walking.
