Disappointing
Very disappointed with our stay and checked out early. We weren’t expecting 5* due to the price but the rooms had no water, bathroom was dirty and there were no blankets on the beds just the sheet to cover the mattress! When we asked for more bedding we were given towels, promptly checked out the next morning.

Worst ever...
- They didn’t know we should come. We did our booking in february, about one month before arrivel. - We askes of we could get a lunch in their restaurant. One of the staff said yes and the other one said no. We got our lunch somewhere else. - We asked about laundry. Same staff said yes and same staff said no. - We discovered during the evening that we had ants in both our beds. At this time no staff was left at the resort. We had made a four night booking, but we just stayed one night. We made a new booking at another hotel for the rest of the nights. The worst hotel ever...

Some good, some bad
The views were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately that was the only thing that was above expectations. The restaurant was good, the staff were nice. The bed was super hard and the platform underneath was open to dirt and concrete which was pretty creepy. The only blanket resembled a large towel which made it less comfortable. The door didn't fully seal and there wasn't a mosquito net. Thankfully there weren't many bugs so it wasn't really a problem. The condition of the room could use some improvement. The glass door had a large crack in it and the paint could use a fresh coat. There wasn't wifi or a fridge in the room which was a little inconvenient. Overall, it was alright for the price. We stayed somewhere else a mile north for a little more money that was much more comfortable.

Ihana näköala, likainen vanha huone
Näköala oli ihana, mutta huoneessa oli homeiset ja likaiset tyynyt sekä lakanat. Henkilökunta oli loistava, mutta ei valitettasti korvaa huonoa kokemusta likaisesta, hämähäkin seittisestä huoneesta. Suihkussa oli iso reikä, josta vedet poistuivat suoraan bungan ulkopuolelle. En menisi enää uudestaan, ylihinnoiteltu pelkästään näköalan vuoksi.

Awesome value close to the beach and great views!
The views at this hotel are unbeatable. It should be called the treehouse as you are literally sitting on a tree branch looking down the cliff to the beach or horizon. Beautiful view from both rooms we stayed in. We were initially given a newer room with king size bed but the hot water dispenser was broken so the super helpful staff came and tried to repair it but weren’t able to so they gave us a new room which was nice also but maybe a little older. The only thing was we changed from a king sized bed to a double bed and it was quite hard but nothing different from all other hotels we stayed at in Koh Lanta. Delicious fresh BBQ snapper for dinner and the best pina colada I’ve ever had (just ask for fresh pineapple, banana and coconut milk with a shot of rhum and you won’t regret it :). The staff was super accommodating with our included breakfast that we needed at 6:30am since we were leaving early the next day. 10 min walk to the best beach on the island. Definitely recommended!

Just secluded enough, a little slice of paradise
Nice bungalows with AC and private bathrooms with hot shower. Food was ok - stick with the Thai stuff and it’s good. The staff there was very nice and helpful. Also, the location is GORGEOUS but be prepared to walk up and down a big hill if you don’t have a motorbike. Great location if you want to relax and be away from the swarms of people.

An absolute stunner!!
This was my favorite hotel out of the three I stayed on Koh Lanta. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and they even had a nightly fire show! The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the VIEWS omg absolutely incredible at ever square inch of that hotel!!

Skuffende hotel
Maden var elendig, værelset skulle være med hav udsigt, det var det ikke, åben loft så aber inden for på værelset. Hotellets person tiggede drikke penge ud over det som man kan forvente. Rengøring fandtes ikke spurgte om rene håndklæder og rengøring af værelset på 4 dagen, det var ikke med i deres plan.

Underbar utsikt från uteplatsen. Lång, lite kämpig backe för att ta sig från huvudvägen till boendet. Fick extra stort rum med två stora sängar. Dåligt tryck på vatten i duschen. Mycket apor i närheten.

En simpel bungalow med fin utsikt.
Bra terass, aircon, varmvatten dusch, kylskåp annars väldigt enkel standard. Inga toalett artiklar eller riktigt täcke utan endast frotté liknande täcke. Wifi nådde inte till bungalow. Beläget uppe på berget så en guppig brant "grusväg" dit.

Initialement 2 jours de réservés. Le cadre, l'environnement, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel qui se met en 4 pour vous satisfaire, le sourire toujours présent même si la compréhension n'est pas toujours au top nous ont décidés à rester 5 nuits supplémentaires. Le cadre est vraiment exceptionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle. C'est vrai que les chambres sont un peu spartiates mais propres et neuves avec climatisation neuve et terrasse vue mer également. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Affordable luxury and smiling service
We got more than we expected for the room price. We were backpackers staying mostly at budget accommodation but this was truly better at the cost of two dorm beds. All the rooms are separate buildings on top of the hill with great views of the sea, cliffs and the mountains at the back. There is a terrace with table and chairs for each room. We had air-con even if we didn't expect that. Room was clean and big with huge windows. Some luxury on our trip with a budget price. The service was very friendly and always smiling. All of the family hosting the place greeted us with a smile though we stayed only 5 nights. The restaurant has the best view of the location and was still very affordable. Just a local restaurant with an amazing view of the sunset. Not like the overpriced resorts and beach restaurants. We would definitely stay here if we come back to southern Lanta. The Southside of the island is so relaxing and quiet.

Dårligt hotel - fantatisk udsigt!
Værelserne var klamme. En hel koloni af myrer holdt til under vores seng, og der var huller overalt i gulvet, så de var umulige at komme af med uden at bruge gift. Desuden havde vi også flere gange firben inde på badeværelset. Sengen var meget hård, og personalet snakkede og forstod næsten ikke et ord engels, hvilket var en udfordring. De var dog super søde og smilende. Udsigten fra værelset og hotellets restaurantområde er fantatisk! En anden gang vil jeg vælge at overnatte et andet sted, og så blot spise ved Topview for at nyde udsigten.

Hotel Normal vue magnifique
Hotel chambres tres basiques, mais chaque chambre a une terrase avec une vue absolument superbe et tres calme. Il faut grimper un chemin en terre pour y acceder, la premiere fois on se demande si c'est bien la mais c'est normal. Le personnel est tres sympa, a recommander !
