For english speaking staff, most if not all in the reception staff can speak and understand english well, there are also some staff in restaurant and the head of housekeeping who speak english as well. Other that those staff, around november, I was hired to be the guest services assistant manager and I can speak english very very well. The theme of our rooms are traditional thai rooms, some are modern thai style and some are the really more traditional thai style rooms and buildings. In our standard room, which I think you booked, We have 1 building the modern thai style and the other building beside it with the pool is the more traditional thai style building and rooms. I think when you booked, it will be indicated if it's a cottage, bungalow, villa or just a room. Also when you go to each room type when you book, there are photos of what each room will look like. For this past few years and still up until now, we do our best to upgrade and improve more our services and facilities. We also plan and think of more activities we can offer to our lovely guests. So we hope we can still see you guys again here next time. Regarding the tubes, We apologize if it's not pleasing to the eye, those are tubes in taking water from the sea. We filter them and process them so we have water to use around the resort. Other than that, We also have things around the resort for collecting rain water as well. There are other spots around the resort where you can swim or lounge where there is no pipe lines around. The spot you wentt o is the one near the pool area, you can also go a bit in the middle or at the northern end part of the private beach where there is more sand and less rocks. Or you can always go at the front of the resort, which is laemtong beach, where all the guests of this part of the island stay and go. Dear All concern We have to apologize and Thank you very much to stay with us infact, the boat from Phuket has two rounds, 08.30 am and 01.30 pm,with andaman wave master at rassada pier in phuket and you can take a long ride to the resort. Good Day Miss Megan, On behalf of Phi Phi Natural Resort, first we would like to say that we are very grateful for you staying and choosing our resort to stay in, while visiting Phi Phi Island. Second, We cannot apologize enough for the inconvenience that happened during your stay. The problems regarding the rooms, like the ants and the sewer smell, shouldn't have happened in the first place. If it was checked properly, which we do even before guests arrives, this problems could have been avoided. Unforyunately it was over looked by the staff who went to check it. I assure you it won't happen again and we are really sorry. For the beds we apologize if it's not the kind you prefer. A lot of our guests liked our beds so it's a bit hard to really know if we really have to address it in a permanent way, but as of the moment guests can request for additional duvet to put on top of the bed to make it softer. And same with the pillows we have different kinds of pillows. You can also request it at the reception so we can ask housekeeping to bring you a softer set of pillows and the additional duvet. Any concern regarding rooms you can always come to us at the reception and we'll do our best to address it. As for the private beach, it is true that it is mostly rocky but there are also parts that are sandy which is at the northern end part of the private beach and near the pool area. We brief our staff to inform all our guest about it so they will have an idea of what the private beach is. We also wouldn't like to take out those rocks, because as we promote being environmentaly friendly, those rocks are there since the beggining and are home for so many sea and land creatures. It also protects the island from big waves and the drastic change in tides. Regarding the refund, we are not able to do refunds on guests bookings especially if there are other booking agents involve, as for you guys is expedia, because there are policies regarding this cases. but we are happy that you we're able to move to another room type which is better that the first one. Also for the kind of boats for transportation, on our main website, which is phiphinatural.com, we have there a map of where we are located and how to reach it. We also put there the details of the ferrry service. Other than that our live chats are proactive , so when you give us a message we answer any concerns on the spot or at least a day after, just do not forget to put your email. But regardless, we still apologize and deeply saddened about it for having a big effect during your stay with us. Most of the supplies in the resort are shipped from Phuket and Krabi, which makes food and other products here pricier. But at this part of Phi Phi Island , we are one of the cheapest already, and there are 4 resorts here. We really try to make our services and food as cheap as we can, that is why we have our own fruits and vegetable gardens. And we also give our guests an alternative option of eating in

We apologize if some of our services and facilities didn't reach your expectations. Regarding the beds, most of our guests like the bed and also like you guys,some also don't prefer the beds we have. Our solution for now is to put additional duvet on the beds to make it softer. This past few years we've been doing a lot of development and improvement in our services and facilities. It also includes investing in new mattresses, thinking of new activities to do for our guests and much more. We deeply apologize about the sewer, but rest assure that we are doing our best to check the rooms better including our pipelines and bathrooms. For the pond, guest don't have to worry about mosquito living in it, we have a lot of mosquito eating fishes ad catfish living in the pond and we also have a pump to make sure that the water in the pond will always be moving and not stagnant. The aquarium near the breakfast area has been taken care for. It is where we breed some of the fish that eat mosquitoes. As for swimming, at our beach front, you can go to any part of the beach to swim. Phi Phi Natural is at the very edge of the island so the water near the resort is more rocky, those rocks protect the island from big wave when the weather is not so good or when the tide is very high. Guests can go swim anywhere along the whole stretch of leamtong beach, regardless if it is in front of a different resort. No one owns the beach and the water. As for our private beach at the east side of the resort, mostly it is rocky, like we said it is to protect the island and also it is home for different sea creatures. But there are also some sandy areas at our private beach, 1 is near the infinity pool, the 2nd is a bit in the middle part of the beach and the 3rd one is at the northern end of the private beach. But of course how big or wide the sand area will still depend of the tide which changes every hour and every day. Despite all of the downside, we still would like to thank you for acknowledging the service of the staff and liking our breakfast buffet. It really makes us sad that you weren't able to relax fully during your stay.
