객실이 숲쪽이다 보니 벌래는 생각 해야 합니다 그러나 아침 일찍 창밖에 환상 적인 원숭이들의 자유스러움은 환상이었습니다

3박을 했는데 항상 투어갔다오면 방이 청결하게 치워져있었고 직원분들도 항상 웃으면서 친절하게 대해주셔서 좋았어요. 그리고 수영장이 너무 마음에 들어서 저녁마다가서 수영했어요.

Das Zimmer sah leider aus als wäre es überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden. In der Dusche befanden sich Spinnenweben, die Amaturen hatten Kalkflecken und auf einer Kommode befanden sich noch die Fußnägel vom Vorgänger. Nie wieder.

Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot.

Bunty and his team get a solid 5 stars or more if I could give more stars. They went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one. Bunty is always receptive to feedback and is always there to help us with tips on things to do and places to visit.. So service is 10/10. The location is also amazing 10/10. Right on the beach with lots of food and drink options. The Thai food at chedi and the cocktails at ten face are also amazing. So they have really good chef(s) and bartenders. As for the hotel and rooms, it looks like renovations are in progress and there is still work to be done on that front. Our original accommodation was still undergoing renovations so we were given the accommodation above it which was almost fully renovated, but it still needs some work to be done and needs attention to detail so for now 4/5 stars. To compensate for it they offered us a free dinner on the beach which was amazing and we really appreciated it. They are slowly opening more and more sections of the hotel so once all the renovations are complete, the rooms might get the full 5 stars. I believe the 2 year shut down during Covid caused a lot of wear and tear that the team is currently working on addressing. Hopefully the rooms get to join the 5 star club soon.

A nice stay
We stayed one week. The bed was so comfy, staff very nice and attentive. Location is very good and we loved the hotel amenities. Breakfast was ok. Only downside was that it was not quiet in our room, we could even hear the neighbors' conversation and the machines in the hotel building were making loud sounds, so we had to sleep with earplugs and noice cancelling headphones on.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles gegeben. Die Anlage war in einem guten Zustand. Ich hätte mir ein gehobenere Liegen so wie hochwertige Sonnenschirme am Strand gewünscht. Am Strand gab es zu meiner Reise keine Sonnenschirme.

Super fijne accommodatie met een ruime kamer. Scooter gehuurd om de omgeving te verkennen, dit is wel nodig omdat niet alles op loopafstand is. Wij hadden een koude douche, dit gemeld bij de manager en deze werd dezelfde dag nog gemaakt. De douche werd nu heel warm maar ook weer heel snel koud. Dit hebben we meerdere keren aangegeven maar de rest van het verblijf bleef de douche niet goed. Dit vonden we jammer

Relaxing stay.
Visited during low season, but very happy with the facilities and the warm welcome from the staff. The beachside location was incredibly convenient and the pool towels in their own reusable bag were a welcome touch. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants to enjoy and the room was big and well equipped; a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Hotel não corresponde à descrição e às fotos. Os quartos ficam numa colina, com uma rampa imensa e do outro lado da estrada, distantes da praia, da receção e do restaurante. Tudo muito degradado em ambientes muito sujos e descuidados. TV não funciona, Internet não funciona. Tudo improvisado e muito amador. Fomos embora na manhã seguinte à primeira noite.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and area was very quiet when we stayed which was nice as pretty much had pool and the beach to ourselves most of the time. Definitely a place to chill and relax, would need transport if you wish to go further afield than the small strip of beach front hotels and restaurants.

Väldigt missnöjd
Vi hade stora problem med hotellets apor, blev attackerade och vågade därefter ej röra oss fritt på området. Fick byta rum men det hjälpte inte. Tydligt att hotellet varit stängt en längre period, ofixad trädgård, baren stängd, ingen frukostbuffé med mera. Väldigt dålig engelska hos personalen. Myror på rummet. Rummet städades inte en enda gång under 6 nätter, ville man ha städar var man tvungen att ringa och lämna över nyckel. Skulle inte välja att bo på detta hotell igen. Väldigt missvisande bilder, ortens huvudväg går rakt igenom hotellområde vilket inte syns på en enda bild.

Pientä miinusta antaisin siitä ettei missään informoitu meille sitä ettei saarelle tai sieltä pois pääse 22-0600 välisenä aikana kun autolautta ei kulje. Vi hade överlag en bra vistelse på Sri Lanta Resort and spa. Vi tyckte om området och stranden Klong Nin, många bra restauranger och barer. Vi bodde i byggnaden högst upp (myth). Det var otroligt lyhört i byggnaden och vi kunde höra allt vad som sades i korridoren och i rummen bredvid. Frukosten var okej. Incheck och utcheck gick bra. Rekommenderas för några nätter och om man vill ha en bra strand.

Säkert jättefint från början, börjar dock bli slitet. Lite typiskt Thailand tyvärr, bygg fint men missar ofta underhållet.......Bla. höll fönsterluckorna på balkongen i vårt rum på att rasa ihop, på tredje våningen.......Annars kanonläge på stranden. Bra strand, gick att bada även vid lågvatten. Bra frukost. Överpriser i restaurangen, men fanns gott om andra runt om.

Nice hotel, terrible staff!
Hotel is nice, especially glass villas. I dont recommend to book rooms called myth, we had to change it, as it was very far from the beach, on the hill and in sun it is impossible to pass this way even once, even tough they provide cars for transportation it is not convinient to wait all the time that driver comes, time waste. Other rooms like Star path are also on a hill but closer, so best location had glass villas and veranda villas. Hotel is really nice and clean. But what about staff, here we had problems during check in, first of all manager only cares about money and not about clients feedback or comfort, he tried to lie to us several times and wasn’t ashamed at all! he just doesn't care about hotel reputation etc. there was not any sense to complain about anything even to GM. Problem was that they were trying to charge us more for the room change in spite of the fact that we paid more for the room we booked and the room on which we were changing on cost cheaper! I explained many times to them that it is not fair but they didnt care, hi lied to us that it was surcharge because of early check in,when I argued that we didnt even check in in any room as we were trying to change room during 2hr, he changed and said it was because we were using there amenities, when I asked which amenities exactly he again changed and said it was again because the room was costing more,when I showed how much we paid and how much new room cost in real he tried to call GM who didnt care also

Ligger dejligt, dog lidt træt hotel. Servicen var desværre ikke hvad man kan forvente af er hotel, meget dårlig til engelsk alle vil det gerne men for mig mangler der en som sikre hvordan gør vi tingene. Selv ved udcheckning bad vi om at tjekke ud og betale vores regning og man kigger os fire personer som om vi næsten spørger til noget de aldrig hørt før kære hotel dette kan ændres meget nemt , gør det så vil alle blive glade.
