Pool Access Room 포함 2개 룸 예약이었는데 너무 구석이라 변경 요청했는데 예약이 다 차서 어렵다고 하다라구여, 다른 룸이 청소중이라 그랬는지 그냥 다른 층 패밀리 스위트 있었던거 같은데 거기로 할껄 그랬어요...그게 좀 아쉬웠어요.

우선 위치가 너무 좋아요! 호텔 위아래로 사먹을 곳 많고 구경할것 많아서 좋아요 비치 가는길에 구경하다보면 비치가 가깝게 느껴집니다 ㅎㅎ 한 십분 걸리나봐요 맥도날드 스벅 아주 가깝구요 편의점 바로 앞에있구요 수영장도 깨끗하게 잘 유지되고 바도있어서 음료 먹으면서 수영할 수있어요 룸에서 수영장 바로 보이고 1층은 베란다에서 바로 수영장으로 들어가더라구요 ㅎㅎ 역시 크라비는 가격대비 좋구나라는 것을 느끼게 해줍니다^^ 다만 아쉬운 것은 샤워부스안에 물 내려가는 곳으로 냄새가 조금 올라오구요 샤워부스 밖으로는 수채구멍이없어 물이 넘치면 닦아줘야 해요. 개미는 있다고 들어서 먹는 것 바로바로 치웠더니 보이지 않았어요 ^^ 조식은 매일 조금씩 다른것으로 나왔고 로비쪽에서 먹는데 도어 다 열구있어서 분위기 좋습니다^^ 맛도 괜찮았어요ㅎ 재방문 의사 90프로입니다!

자주 나오는 지적들(습도가 높고, 곰팡이 냄새, 개미가 많고)만 개선 된다면 아오낭에서 최고의 가성비를 갖춘 호텔 입니다. 후기들의 지적들에도 불구하고 4일동안 지내본 경험으론 추천 하고 싶은 호텔 호텔 서비스(직원친절도, 청소상태, 수영장, 조식)는 최고 점수를 드립니다.

직원분들이 엄청 친절하세요!ㅎㅎ 그리고 신식호텔이라 깔끔합니다. 쪼끔 아쉬운 점이 있다면 디테일적인 청소가 부족하지만 보통 찾아내기 힘든 디테일인 것 같아요! 좋아요. 아침 일찍나와서 팁을 못드린게 아쉬웠네요 ㅠ

친구들과 총 3명이 3박을 묵음 보자마자 수영장이 사진보다 더 이뻐서 감탄함.. 수영장내에 스파가 있어서 할머니처럼 매일 가서 스파함 ㅠㅠ 진짜 너무 시원함... 수영장이 안 보이는 방이어도 가까워서 충분히 좋았음 룸도 넓고 화장실도 깨끗함 맛집과 바 세븐일레븐 모두 가깝고 아오낭비치도 가까움.... 진짜 모든게 완벽했던 숙소 끄라비 블루소텔 최고!

인생 최악의 숙소
습함의 최고봉 처음 배정받은 방은 일단 메인풀과 분리된 풀이 있었습니다. 하지만 충격적이게도 전혀 관리를 안하는듯, 수영장에 담배꽁초와 엄청난 이물질들이 부유하고 있었습니다. 게다가 바로 앞에 신축건물이 공사중이라 소음도 굉장했습니다. 엄청 불쾌해서 방 교체를 이야기하여 가까스로 방을 바꾸었습니다. 일단 건기였는데도 불구하고 리조트 전체가 엄청 습합니다. 시공자체의 문제인지 설계의 문제인지는 알 수 없습니다. 또 주변에 두개의 건물이 올라가고 있어 소음이 심합니다. 여기는 메인풀만 엄청 신경쓰는 리조트구나 라는 생각이 들었습니다. 그리고 1층은 커튼이 없이는 전혀 사생활을 보장 받을 수 없습니다. 마치 감옥에 있는 기분이 었습니다. 괜한 걱정이겠지만 몇년 후가 걱정이 되는 리조트 입니다. 그나마 조식만 괜찮았습니다. 절대 비싼 돈 주고 1층에 머무르지 마세요. 차라리 높은 층을 좋을 것 같습니다. 진짜 인생 최악의 숙소였습니다.

훌륭한 위치입니다. 도보로 아오낭비치 갈수있구요. 호텔서 나오면 바로 맥도널드 스타벅스 있어 중심이예요. 다만 방콕보다 직원분들 대응이 느립니다. 청소는 잘해주는데 욕실 배수구에서 냄새가 좀 났어요. 수영장 좋구요 베드도 많아요 추천합니다

가성비가 좋은 블루소텔
가성비가 아주 뛰어납니다. 근처에 한국인들에게 평이 좋은 아타락마사지, 맥도날드, 스타벅스, 각종 여행사 및 환전소가 많아 위치가 좋고, 가격도 적당하게 좋아 섬투어 위주로 가실분들께 아주 추천합니다. 다만 아쉬운 것은 청소상태가 그다지 청결하지 않고(특히 화장실...) 에어컨 소리가 좀 커서 예민한 분들은 신경쓰일 수 있을 것 같습니다. 저희는 여기서 2박 후 다른 호텔로 이동했는데, 그때 로비직원에게 택시 불러달라고 하니 800바트라고 해서 제가 알던것보다 많이 비싸서 바로 옆에 있는 여행사에서 500바트에 택시 불러타고 이동했습니다. 로비직원이 크게 친절하지는 않으니 감안하시고, 다른 숙소나 공항으로 이동하실때는 로비에 부탁하지 말고 근처 여행사에서 예약하세요(당장 출발은 안되고 택시가 오는 시간이 걸리니 미리 예약하시는 것이 좋겠습니다) 장소와 가격에서 5점, 청소상태와 직원친절도 3점이라 평균 4점입니다!

장단점이 있는 곳
장점으로는 위치가 너무 좋다. 호텔에서 걸어서 5분거리에 편의점, 슈퍼마켓, 부츠, 맥도날드, 스타벅스, 세탁소 등이 위치하며 아오낭비치 메인거리라서 이동시 편리하다. 후기와 달리 직원들이 굉장히 친절하며 체계화가 잘 되어있다. 단점으로는 아오낭비치 근교에서 최근에 지어진 호텔이라 깨끗하고 아주 현대식이로 잘 되어있다. 그러나 방안에 아주 많은 집개미들이 득실거린다. 개인적으로 개미약을 사용했음에도 아무런 효과가 없다. 너무나도 많은 개미 때문에 재방문 의사는 전혀 없다.

아오낭시내에 있는 호텔중에 비싼편에 속합니다. 몇곳안되는 신축호텔이고 쾌적한 룸컨디션, 수영장,주변의 편의시설 접근성 등은 만족할 만한데 서비스는 별로입니다. 체크아웃이 11시인데 late check out 1시간마다 300바트+tax 더 붙이고, 객실 슬리퍼나 추가 편의물품등은 요청해도 없다고 응대합니다. 1층객실들은 수영장 access 가 가능해서 upgrade 하려면 추가금을 내면 가능하고 맞은편 빌딩들과 룸이 가까이 있어 보이기 때문에 쉴드를 설치는 했지만 그래도 보이는 방들은 다 보이니 조심하셔야되요. 에어콘은 성능대비 소음이 있어서 예민하신분들은 불편하실수있어요 그치만 아오낭시내쪽에서 제일 깨끗한 룸컨디션일거예요.

저렴한 가격에 적당하고 깔끔한 시설, 아주 좋은 위치를 가진 호텔입니다. 프런트의 직원은 영어를 아주 잘하고 프로페셔널해서 좋았어요.

Nothing great to say about this property. Tried to check in at 14:30 and was informed that check in was at 15:00 so we would have to return in half hour which is fine because this is hotel policy. We returned at 15:30 and tried to find a parking spot for our car but was shouted at by parking attendant and pointed in a general direction towards and alleyway to park the car. Upon arriving at the reception to get our room key at 15:40 we were informed that it would be another 15 minute wait because there was a "technician" fixing something in our room. At 16:00 we were finally given a room key for our "pool access room with VIP treatment as per Expedia". We got to our room and found the cleaning staff quickly wiping things as we walked in. The room itself is decently appointed but for the most expensive price point it was nothing special. After the staff left we noticed long black hairs all over the floor, the private access pool has algae and mold around the edge and the paint was peeling off of the walls. You can find a $50 hotel nearby that's clean and way nicer at the KeeReen down the road. We paid $130 CAD or 3550baht for this room and got 2 star quality and service. I brought my concerns up at check in and submitted an internal review during my stay but got nothing back from management. Beware of these pics . It's a motel pretending to be a Marriott in my opinion

Check in experience was okay. Room was spacious but cleanliness was seriously lacking. Wallpaper was falling off and there was mold in the room. Breakfast was decent and appreciated as was the free water daily. Did not receive free upgrade or late check out with VIP access. Some of the staff weren’t super friendly at the check in desk when asking questions. You get what you pay for. Definitely not a 4 star hotel though - 3 at most.

Property was well connected and close to beach. However the room smelt damp and musty, and was in need of an update. I had a massage in the hotel spa and It was really poor unfortunately. The therapist was 40 mins late, and didn’t seem to know what she was doing (very unusual for Thailand). I mentioned this to the reception and they didn’t seem to care at all. Honestly the massage in the street salons were 1/3 of the price and 10 times better. Very disappointing experience. The pool was great, but closed at 8pm which was annoying.

This hotel was awesome! It was in an amazing location, so many shops and restaurants within a minute walk. The staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, with many options of all types of breakfast. Will be staying here again and definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Ao Nang.

Loved the room and the balcony was a really nice touch as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The only negative was the housekeeping which really did not do much. We had to ask for toiletries etc. many times during our 4-week stay. Everything was clean and neat and the room did not smell moldy (which seems to be rare in Thailand). We stayed at the top floor which I highly recommend.
