It's a new building so it is clean. But, that's it. The biggest problem was the service from the hotel staff. When we arrived, the lady at the reception asked us to pay deposit of 100BAT and we only had 1000BAT note, When we paid, she aggressively told us to pay smaller one. Even thought we explained we didn't have any. She eventually accepted 1000BAT note with mumbling in Thai in front of us. Didn't want to make a big thing so we just ignore the situation. But another issue happened not long after. We booked 3 night - Double room with a city view and balcony. But it turned out that the balcony was just space for the aircon fan so we couldn't see/do anything. And it has a view of the old house's roofs. Not sure it can be called as a city view. So went to the reception if they had any other rooms available. And she got offended immediately. She said the balcony and the city view were our preference (Which was not true as it was the description of the room we paid for) so they didn't have to give us that room and other rooms were taken by people who stayed longer than us. We couldn't stand any more and had an argument with her. But sometimes she just ignored us without response and speaking in Thai again. She finally called the manager and the manager sincerely apologized about her attitude but couldn't get over with it. If you go to Krabi, you can find the better hotel with this price range(or pay a few dollar more) which we found out later while walked around the town.
