Bit dissappointed Andreas with your 2nd review score. Considering we gave you a free upgrade on your first booking and hou cid your second booking whilst you were staying with us. More dissapointing was we laughed and joked everyday and you never said you were unhappy, indeed i got the opposite view. It would have been helpful if you could havf told us what we could have done to improve your stay.

Hi Andreas I am a little disappointed and surprised that you did not say something to me, whilst you were here. We spoke everyday and I was not aware of any problems, we could have helped. You were originally booked for 5 nights and then booked another 5 days, so I cannot understand why you would extend if you were unhappy. Unfortunately I only found out about you being kept awake by the baby (who was here for 3 nights of your 10 night stay), from the review your wife left the night before you left. It was possible for me to move you to a room away from the baby, so speaking to us, would have had a far better result for you than writing a review that we saw at midnight.

Thank you Teik for your lovely review. I accept your comments regarding the signage. The original road, used to be not just for walking in, but also you could drive up to us from there. However our neighbours are having a disagreement and have blocked the road for through traffic. We have installed a new sign by our car park, so our guests know where it is and we are currently in talks about a new sign along that road. If anyone is reading this and is bringing a car/motorbike with them, please contact us for directions to our car park. Thanks for taking the time to review us, we do appreciate it.

Many thanks Alistair I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Over the low season I am doing a number of improvements and adding softeners to all the beds is one of my main priorities. Another low season project will be to thicken the curtains to reduce the light in the rooms. So I hope you will come back and check that out.

When you came the weather was limiting the options of activities you can do. Unfortunately you were unlucky as the weather can be great (as it is now). Many thanks for a lovely review, as there is no government water for us to use, we have our own well and whilst you were staying we had a big group also staying with us. This meant that there was a great need for water at the same time, which reduces the pressure. Usually, as you found out, just wait a minute or two and it is back to normal very quickly. Always ask if you would like us to soften the bed. I admit our beds are hard, but I think we have 50% of our clients who seem to like this and 50% who don't, so always ask for us to soften it. Thank you for taking the time to review us, I hope to see you again.

Thank you for a lovely and accurate review. We have a range of accommodation, from very basic to much more comfortable, so choose wisely, or if you are not sure, ask me. I totally agree about our thai food. Our main focus is on breakfast and snacks because there are so many great restaurants near us for superb Thai food. The wildlife can be noisy (the rain sets the frogs off) and the muslim call to prayer will wake light sleepers up, but it lasts only a few minutes (and many enjoy the sound). I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us, and I hope to see you all again.

Hi Tony I am glad you like our resort. We always try to be around the resort in the morning and evening to answer guest inquiries and help with tours and advice. But as our restaurant and bar is so close to the rooms that we feel it necessary to shut the bar at 7pm in order for guests to have a pleasant stay.

Hi Jutta I am so sorry I did not welcome you during your stay, unfortunately I had broken my ankle and been advised to not walk, so I was not a reception during your stay. My husband did meet you and was not aware of any issues. You stayed in the cosy fan bamboo bungalow, and as the name suggests they are small. The standard fan bamboo bungalow is bigger. We are an eco resort but we try to ensure that we maintain hygiene standards, so some use of plastic is required. But we have significantly reduced our plastic usage, offer refilling of bottles and recycle as much ol our rubbish as possible. Again my apologies for not being there to explain that to you, it is in the room booklet, but that is in English. Kindest regards Mellisa
