After checking in clerk said pool was open until 940. My daughter went to use pool a little after 9 and pool was already closed. TV did not work and room was very warm and no temp controls at all in room.

Dishonest listing
Guests beware. The hotel claimed to have various food options available for guests, however on arrival they had nothing except breakfast, not even a coffee. Despite being dishonest on the listing the hotel refused a refund when I left immediately due to the lack of facilities. Not only that, but the room didn't have a bed, just a sofa with sheets and a cushion (no pillow). Hotels.com has since amended the listing but have been useless in getting a refund, saying that it's up to the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

hotel da migliorare
Hotel situato a pochi km da Cracovia, unica nota positiva e la tranquillità del posto. Passato 3 notti , mai rifatto la stanza, ne letti ne asciugamani, letti singoli, ma sicuramente sono divani adattati scomodissimi e durissimi. L'albergo esternamente è abbastanza fatiscente e pure dentro non scherza. Tranquillita della camera solo se non avete vicini, pareti della camera di cartongesso finissime.

Insanlar düşük bütçeli otel arayip 5* konfor bekliyor. Fiyatına göre herşey güzeldi, oda temizdi ve kettle ile sıcak su imkanı gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyon her zaman yardımcı oldu. Tek problem akşam 18.00 den itibaren internet yok, çalışmıyor...gündüz internet var. Yürüme mesafesi için çok olumsuzluk yazmışlar, gitmeden tereddüt etmiştim ama 7-8 dakikada otobüse ulasiyorsun ve şehire inmek için çok sık otobüs var. Merkeze 15 dakika..bu fiyata gerçekten olanaklar iyi..

This budget option was perfect for our needs. This was a very simple and dated room but extremely clean and kind staff. The price couldn’t be beat. Would absolutely use again for a budget place to sleep. The only place in Poland we stayed with easy parking.

Really nice hotel for a night before flying out of KRK. Tucked in residential area berween downtown and airport. Quiet with plenty of free parking. Very friendly staff at check in. Reception closed overnight but easy to get in and out after hours (however make sure to check in before they close). No elevator. Comfy, cozy, just what we needed before long day of international travel. Thank you!

Stealing money during war.
It was ok. Breakfast fine. Room looked very old. Sharp edges on shower head. But what was awful was the triple pricing of the room when a few Ukrainan refugees came to room. Some help, these are taking the opportunity to earn money on the war. So, that's what they asked extra at checkout. That is kind of enough reason for me to never visit this hotel again.

Okej för en natt om man inte har bättre val.
Otrevliga människor i receptionen. Samma gäller deras telefonist. Frukost ingår inte och skulle man köpa den separat var den jättedyr! Det fanns pool på hotellet men även den behövde man betala extra för. Rummet och badrummet var lite gamla men helt okej, däremot fanns massor med spindlar i hela hotellet, både i rummet och på korridoren. Jätte äckligt! När man städar kan man väl se till att ta bort dem också. Vi var där två nätter och den andra dagen fick vi inga rena handdukar heller.

+: Friendly & nice staff. -: Far from the city center (1/2h bus drive). Pool is not included the price (pay xtra). Room from the 90’s or so. It’s a construction work right behind the hotel which start the noise pollution 7am!!!!!!!

Staff could not of been better, beds were rock solid and ants in the room, 10 min drive to the airport and 1 hour to auschwitz but nothing special about the local areas, the pool looked good but did not have time to visit. Overall experience 5/10

Not even 1*. Not maintained. Bare electrical wires on sockets and lights. No kettle and vending machine broken. We were informed that client base is students and school parties therefore repairs are not carried out. Miles out of town. No mattress on beds just an upholstered pad much like a train seat. Bedding old dirty and ill fitting. Venue is nothing like the photos. It is dirty and run down. Do not stay here even if it is cheap. THIS HOTEL IS UNSAFE.

Nice hotel. Very basic but that’s all we needed. Had to pay extra for swimming and then extra again if you wanted to go into the jacuzzi which was disappointing and ice skating was extra also. Another thing what was a bit of a pain was trying to get back into the hotel after 10 pm when the receptionist had gone home. The card scanner wasn’t working well at all but worked eventually.

Conveniently located, the staff was very helpful. Language was not a difficulty in the Hotel. Breakfast was good.

Brudny, zaniedbany i niedoinwestowany budynek - moim zdaniem nie zasługuje na miano hotelu. Niesprzątane pokoje, okna nieumyte, śmierdzące petami zasłony, odpadający płatami tynk w łazienkach, woda wypływająca spod kabiny prysznicowej i PAJĘCZYNY w łazience oraz powyrywane gniazdka elektryczne - SZOK!!! Totalna niezgodoność otrzymanego pokoju z wyglądem na zdjęciach w ofercie. NIEPOROZUMIENIE. Jedyny plus to recepcjonista, który stanął na wysokości zadania wymiany pokoju - ale w tym drugim również brud i odpadający tynk w kabinie. Obiekt do kompletnego remontu.

Terrible hotel, dirty and smelly
The hotel is far from public transportation, hidden in an alley at the end of a maze of narrow death-end streets. The place is dirty and smells terrible. I would never recommend it or go back to it.

Backyard hotel
We immediately did an upgrade to the "3 star" part of the hotel when we saw the rooms and the awful beds in them, if you like to sleep on a shelf this is your room. Swimmingpool is available when you upgrade, otherwise you have to pay 25zl p/h for the pool!! There is no bar or restaurant to get you any needs, a fridge provides you some cool drinks. The hotel is very difficult to reach through small backyards, i thought we drove to it the wrong way but it didn't have another entrance. Never going back to this hotel.

Good for one night before a flight
The room is small, has no AC, the bathroom is really crammed. I only stayed one night before my flight back home and got there late, but in the future would look for a little nicer one.

Only price is ok, Old and smaal room and bed, very smaal bath room, unfriendly！！！ they try to make a story to ask extra money that I have to pay which absolutely not true.how is it possible for a hotel to do so? For me is the first and last time to this hotel,never come back!!!

The beds are ok
The room were not clean at all, a lot of leftovers from the persons before us. Everything at the hotel cost extra, nothing was included. You had to pay the fee as a tourist to the state in cash. Far away from the city. The best was the Italian restaurant Close by that has the best pasta ever :)
