The Best of the Best
El hostel tiene un ambiente muy agradable tanto por el gerente como todo el personal, son muy atentos y todas las noches hay diferentes un temas en el lobby, un experience muy divertida, sin duda volveré hospedarme en este hostel.

リクエストした部屋の料金を払ったのにランク下の部屋に
エクスペディアから４人部屋の予約確定と返信があったのに、チェックインして料金を払い、部屋に行くと６人部屋。「4人部屋を予約して料金も払ったのだが？」とホテルスタッフにやんわりと言っても「ベッドが壊れて部屋がない」「8人部屋に４人しかいないから同じだろう」と謝りもしない。むしろ高圧的。６人部屋なら料金はもっと安かったはずだが、金銭的な問題より予約無視の態度が最低のホステル。他の地理的条件や設備等は日本人からは金を取って当たり前という態度でホステル側が考えている以上、評価以前。クラクフは二度目だが、もう行きたくなくなった。

観光拠点としての立地良好
旧市街地の中心部から少し、南側にあります。　主要観光地は徒歩圏内です。　飲食店、スーパーも近くて便利です。　利用者の年齢層は非常に若い方々ばかりです。

Centralt och bra service!
Helt okej vandrarhem, supertrevlig personal som anordnar olika aktiviteter på kvällarna. Stort plus att det var så himla centralt! Rekommenderar absolut.

Don't stay there... extra charge for everything
Let's Rock is a dirty hostel (especially the bathrooms). "Luggage boxes" in the room are very small, it can't even fit an airplane cabin bag and you have to bring your own locker or buy an expensive from the hotel. Also there is a charge for towel despite the fact that accommodation details states that linen is included. You can find better places to stay with the same price.

Dear Guest, If during your stay you had problems with anything or accordingly to you something was not 100 % clean, you should have notified the reception. Than they would have a chance to react accordingly to the situation and fix any issues you may had. With regards to bed linen - yes, the bed linen is included in the price. "Bed linen" are the things you are using to make a bed, so in this case it's a duvet cover, a pillow case and a sheet. Please remember, that any "extra charged things" that you are writing about, are not obligatory. You don't need to buy a padlock from us or rent a towel if you don't want to. We are sad to hear that you didn't like our place, but hopefully you had a chance to appreciate our beautiful city. Regards, The Staff

The rocking partyplace to stay in Kraków!
Very nice hostel of the party flavour. Daily social meeting / snack at 20 every evening seemed very appreciated both by me and others and was the start of many a fun night. Very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent for being included in the given price. I don't think I've seen any other hostel having such a good breakfast included in the price in the price range! Clean facilities. The only bad thing during my visit was that it was very warm (middle of summer) and while there were fans to fend off the worst of the heat, it was still really hot. They did have steckdosen at reception (electric splitters or what are they called?) which were very convenient when lots of people wanted to charge their devices at the same time. Very good position in the middle of old town, with lots of fascinating old buildings and architecture and close to very many both modern and traditional museums and tourist activities - and of course many bars and clubs! Just bear in mind that it is kind of a rock & party hostel so you are prepared and have planned the contents of your trip ( and sleep ;) accordingly I am sure you will have a rocking time !

Dear Guest, Thank you for so many nice words! It's alway a pleasure to hear that our guests were happy with their stay at Let's Rock Hostel. This summer's heat wave was bit of a problem for everyone. But to make sure that the temperature in the rooms wasn't such a bother we have been providing fans for the dorms.Well, we are a party hostel, so a bit of rock & roll atmosphere is what we aim for :) Hopefully you had fun in Kraków. 良かったです！
朝食が無料で、旧市街の中心エリアでもあるので便利でした。 トイレやシャワーの数がもう少しあると嬉しかったようにも思います。 あと、入り口がとてもわかりにくいです。スタッフさんは親切で中も綺麗でした。

コスト的には、清潔な環境。6人部屋　2段ベット2、1段2。。5月末、2泊。みんな寝るだけ。上段ベットは、スゥエーデン18歳の2女性が泊まった。混在。しかし、夏場はクーラーが無いから大変と思う。

The staff were very friendly and the location is great! It's on the livelier side of hostels, but it was really fun to meet some new folk, as well.

If your looking for an affordable and central accommodation, Let's Rock is the place and it's has a karaoke bar by the basement.
