It was really nice.
The location was perfect. And also the room condition was very good. I asked for a slippers in the room, they gave to us right away to room directly. One thing is, i stayed 5th floor, but the noisy sound like a construction something, was hearing, so a little bit unconfortable. And the water power is very low.

깔끔한 시설. 다만 크라코프는 할 게 많이 없고 전기 충격기를 소지한 폴란드인에게 사기를 당하는 등 인종차별을 겪어 어이가 없고 뒷맛이 안 좋음. 그럼에도 호텔 자체는 아주 훌륭했음

호텔은 전반적으로 5성급 답게 좋았습니다. Room 도 넓고, 특히 아침식사는 다양한 종류의 음식이 제공되어 좋았습니다. 이 호텔의 최고의 장점은 위치(Location)이라고 할 수 있겠네요. 강이 바로 앞에 보이며, 크라코프에서 가장 유명한 장소인 바벨 성이 호텔 옆에 있습니다. (걸어서 1분). 아침에 일어나서 산책을 다녀와도 좋습니다. 구 시가지도 택시를 타고 5분 이내에 도착이 가능합니다. 한가지 단점은, 호텔로비에 앉아 있을 만한 공간이 거의 없어서, Check-Out 후, 공항가기 전까지 호텔 로비에서 대기하기는 어려울 듯 합니다. (몇 개의 의자만 있음). 그리고, 1회 용품은 거의 없습니다. (치약/칫솔 등, 샴푸/바디샤워/바디로션 등은 있음)

우선 프런트데스크 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다. 객실이 아주 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 잠을 정말로 잘 수 있었습니다. 아침식사는 과식을 할 만큼 맛있는 뷔페로 구성되어 있습니다. 단지 5성급 호텔이라 가격이 만만치 않더군요. ㅠ 호텔에서 제공하는 택시 서비스를 2번 사용했고요. 벤츠가 나옵니다. 가격이 좀 있지만 교통편에 신경쓰지 않고 이동할 수 있어 편리했습니다. 투어 서비스가 호텔 바로 앞에 있는 주차장에서 시작하고 있어서, 투어를 이용할 때도 편했습니다. 아쉬운 점은, 중앙 광장에서는 15분 정도 걸어와야 해서, 좀 귀찮은 점은 있고요..

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits
Nous avons passé 3 jours au Sheraton. L'accueil par les portiers et bagagistes est charmant et souriant. Je ne peux pas en dire de même à l'enregistrement. Pas d'effort de compréhension, nous sommes Français et anglophones mais parlons lentement pour nous faire comprendre, ce qui n'est pas le cas à l'accueil. Cela nous met dans une posture très désagréable et très gênant. Un peu d'empathie serait souhaitable. Nous avons malgré tout passé un excellent séjour, l'hôtel est très beau et spacieux, avec 2 restaurants, les cartes sont simples mais efficaces. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, un choix large et divers. Le personnel est attentionné. La situation de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, le château royal du Wawel tout proche et un toit terrasse magnifique. J'y reviendrai sans problème.
