Deluxe room with city view
Friendly receptionist. Got extra pillow and toilet amenities provided. Water dispenser is available at lobby. Just hoping a better price for deluxe room with city view.

Came here for a 1 day stay for work. Lots of F&B options nearby with 24/7 convi stores nearby. Average room for a quick stay, bed was okay didnt feel sore after waking up. Everything else (heaters, clean water etc) was there. But for a work trip, the WIFI is unable to connect. Staff helped to restart the router etc, but all my devices just could not connect to any of the WIFI available. Ended up having to spend more money and time to get an additional data sim. Would have spent more for another stay nearby if I knew this would happen. But for a quick 1-2 day trip, this location is convenient and makes sense for a local to stay.

Staffs were friendly, checking in and out were fast. But no noise dampening so you can hear all the noises from outside. 1 room had people chatting animatedly at 4.00 am and that woke me up. Water heater didnt work but overall it was a nice stay

Good stay
Good for short stay. Convenient location for shopping and eating. Only feedback I have is the hotel should provide hand soap for dispenser than soap bar instead as it would be more environmentally friendly.

Hotel is nearby restaurants and cafe and opposite the hotel serves delicious Nasi Lemak rice and soft boil eggs! Room is clean and spacious for family room.

A Pleasant Stay
It’s a small boutique hotel in a nice environment with lots of eateries within walking distance. Rooms are small but quite comfortable. You can park your car but has to be opposite the hotel. There’s a famous Nasi Lemak shop just opposite the hotel and it’s quite good.

The hotel is ok for the price, but the all hotel smell too much to cigarette and even our room that's was no smoking room

A pleasant stay
Room was cosy, gives me a feel of IKEA-like room. It is not the luxurious kind of hotel, but it is very comfortable if you're looking for something budget. A lot of local food restaurants and cafes around the hotel, and a shopping mall just within walking distance. Hotel staff are also very friendly and I requested for booking a taxi, the staff helped me to book from Grab and even used a discount coupon for us. I had a pleasant short stay and will consider this hotel if I come back.

Satisfactory stay
The room is decent to stay in,clean and comfortable, however there's stains on the towels provided.Overall the stays is satisfactory. Will come back again.

Highly recommended for short stays !
Great location with a lot of restaurant choices and shopping nearby. The hotel was very pleasant and beyond what I had expected. Very clean and quiet and you feel very much at home. The room came with a bottle of water and kettle + a set of coffee satchet. For a hotel about 3 years old, it was very well maintained..... and good security for solo travellers. Highly recommended !

Nice hotel & Friendly staffs. Elevator available.
Cozy & clean hotel. I like the hotel interior. Easy to access to other places like 1utama & KL. I had call up the hotel & request for a public parking which the staff is very friendly. They able to get a parking in front of thier hotel, Perfect! Got a Elevator which I researched the only one at Uptown. Is easier for ppl like me which carries a big luggage. Definitely will come back.

No safe inside our room and there wasn't complimentary toothbrush. Hairdryer will be provided only upon request. but overall, clean hotel and nice staffs. will be back!

Not a good night..
i choose this hotel because of it's design and ambience. look tempting at first.. booked online and check in at night 11pm. the front desk lady didn't greet us with smiley face. look stern. not friendly. the website shows the deluxe room have windows but ours room did not have windows. the room wall is thin can even hear the lift sound, "ding" and can hear people foot steps and noise around. Heard dog barking. Does the Hotel allowed customers to bring in pets ? it was so noisy ! in the middle of the night electricity blackout. i slept with sweat all over.. for the price paid for deluxe room, totally not worth the stay.

I only stayed one night. I wasn't informed that the hotel was still under construction so I didn't get much sleep with the banging and drilling going on around the building.
