Comfortable at Great Deal
What I like : 1) Room is pretty spacious, comfortable to stay in it. 2) Mattress is comfortable enough. 3) Quiet environment 4) We notice there is a food truck at their entrance selling burger, fried chicken and some beverages. A 24hrs McD is about 5min drive away. What I don't like:- 1) The bed base has sounds each time I get in / out the bed. 2) someone is talking pretty loud at the corridor at late night, around 11pm++

So far so good.
Everything is prefect except the water kettle as the is boiled the handle is even heated up as it got my hand burn. I think the kettle need to be change.

it was a 6 hour stay while driving up north. Decided to stay here as the previous stay was relatively ok. To our horror the room this time around was a craphole. linens were used. towels were stained. there were used tissues lying about. bathroom was icky. stains on the walls. there was even a rolled up tissue stuffed into the door peephole! as it was 2 in the morning and the staff were already sleeping at the check in desk, we didn't bother complaining. definitely not returning!

Was a random pick as i had an overnight in KL. It's located in a housing estate opposite a public school. Quiet and secluded at night but without food options nearby. Good if you're driving as it's nearby the PLUS toll heading up north. Free secured indoor parking is awesome. Room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable enough. bathroom could have been cleaner. Walls are so thin you can feel and hear every footstep, chatter and door open/close. If you're a light sleeper this is gonna bug you.

Not proper entrance
The location is good but the entrance is direct to the car park and no clear signage to lobby. Hard to get Uber and Grab car service.

Privacy Hotel
Remember to ask the hotel housekeeper to change the bed sheet every single day, the bed that you going to sleep for the night doesn't guarantee is clean, I had swollen thigh red welts that due to bitten by bed bugs. The management do provide a solution of changing the room, but since is late night is very inconvenience, so we requested to change the bed sheet but the cleaner is already off duties hence we change the bed sheet our self. But after changing there still bed bugs coming out from the bed, so the problem is not the bed sheet is the bed. This is totally unacceptable so finally we change the room, but this as well won't guarantee is clean, however overall we have a great night after changing the room...

Comfortable boutique hotel
Comfortable, clean hotel within driving distance to PJ & Bandar Utama area. No extra frills but basic needs are met (towels, aircon, TV, wifi). Worth what you pay.

Friendly staff, convenient location but its very noisy outside and rooms are not soundproofed. I can always hear doors banging which gets very annoying especially early in the morning and late at night.

I like the this hotel because have own parking and quiet , but when i'm checked in the room , no hair dryer inside , go to counter ask the staff for the hair dryer , they told me finished , very inconvenience for long hair .

Great budget hotel
It's totally a budget hotel and it's worth to the price. There are sharing fridge services, sharing ironing area, sharing pantry. Everything is all by yourself if you are always travel solo or backpackers. Do not expect for the 5 stars service. They even prepare extra pillows in the room, this is not happening sometimes in a 3 or 4 stars hotel. Unfortunately sound proofing was very poor. For those who can only sleep in a very quiet pace, may awake by the sound of people walking outside or talking outside. It's good to stay in if you have transport otherwise it's a little bit inconvenient. Overall the stay is good. But the receptionists need to put extra smile on their face, she looks a little bit blue.

I don't know how to describe this hotel because i was busy to rushing my training place. And i back around 8.30 pm. But is comfortable and cozy to sleep and rest. For me, everything is okay.

With the price that pay for the room, i think is totally worth it. As usual, budget hotels normally is not sound proofing.
