시내와 거리가 조금 있는게 아쉽고. 전망좋은 수영장이 없다는게 흠이다. 그리고 객실 내에 전망도 그리 좋지않음. 또한 객실내에는 냉장고가 없어서 시원한 음료를 마실수 없다. 호텔 주변에 지하철이 있다는점 빼면 그다지 큰 메리트가 없다고 생각함. 참고로 지하철 불편해서 그랩만 이용함. 조식은 나쁘진 않았다. 5성급 호텔이라 써있었지만. 체감상 3~4성정도 느낌.

이 호텔 까는사람들 다 알바입니다. 매일마다 방 치워주고 물 500미리짜리 두개씩 주고 방에 냉장고 커피포트 에어컨에 랜선까지 있습니다. 진짜 극한의 가성비호텔 입니다. 지금 고민중이시라면 무조건 예약하세요. 참고로 저는 트윈룸 4박에 178000에 했습니다.

Not satisfied
It was the worst Hotel among 5star Hotel I have statyed. First, room and bedsheet was dirty. And room and hallway is way too smelly that I couldn’t even breath. Elevators also have lots of problem and a few of them didn’t even work. Staffs are not unkind but very very slow. We asked two pairs of slippers but it took two hours after calling them three times.

when I checked in, I gave the designated room to a twin room under the pretext of an air conditioner failure. The next day, I gave it to the king bed room because it was very humid, but I gave it to the non smoking room instead of the smoking room and had to go outside until I checked out. I was satisfied with the kindness and service of the hotel staff

욕조에 물받으면 녹색이였다..커피마실려고 컵 뒤집었는데 안씻어져 있었다 ㅠㅠ 샤워가운 없어서 달라고 했는데 까먹어서 또 달라고 했다 직원들은 친절하지만 제일 큰 물의 색 때문에 다음에는 이용하지 않을거 같다 ..시트는 보기에는 깨끗해 보였지만 자꾸 몸이 가려웠다 ㅠㅠ

장점 - 근처 KMT PUTRA역 과 LRT PWTC역. 24시간 운영하는 현지 식당, 코인 빨래방. 미화 기준 환율 꽤 괜찮은 로컬 환율소(24시간 아님) . 바로 옆 대형 쇼핑몰 (지하1층 푸드코트) 몇몇 직원이 친절. 특히 전화 받는 오퍼레이터 매우 친절하니 뭐 물어볼 때 걱정 말고 전화하십시오. 가장 중요한게 음식들이 가격이 조금 나갑니다만, 퀄리티가 굉장합니다!! 다음 이 호텔을 이용하게 된다면 그건 방이나 친절한 직원들 때문이 아니라 여기 음식들 때문이 아닐까 생각됩니다. Pros - PUTRA station of KMT & PWTC station of LRT, huge shopping mall, 24 hours local restaurant and self-laundry near the hotel. The hotel is not that far from center of city, Bukit Bintang, but it is quite quiet. Some staffs are very kind. Special thanks to operator, house keeper and room service. Most importantly, food is ‘awesome’. It worth more than its price. If I stay the hotel next time, it is probably because of their food. 단점 - 시내 한복판이 아니라 밤문화를 즐기실 분들은 조금 귀찮을 수 있습니다. 호텔 미니바에 커피랑 티백뿐. 조금 짜증이 났던게 뭘 알려주질 않습니다. 화재 경보 점검을 사전 통보를 안해줘서 조금 놀랐었고, 라운지 바에 가수 라이브 쇼가 있었던걸 체크 아웃 하기 하루 전날 저녁에서야 알았습니다. 미리 알았다면 시내 바까지 갈 필요 없었을 텐데. 모든 직원이 다 친절하진 않습니다. 특히 데스크에 가서 체크아웃 한다니까 호텔에서 잘 지냈냐고 묻기는커녕 인사도 없이 고개만 끄덕이곤 키를 가져가네요. 모텔인줄 방이 더럽습니다. 여기저기 얼룩져있고, 먼지에 물때에. 최악은 욕조에 음모(곱슬털)이 남아있었고, 물을 트니 누런 녹물이 나옵니다. Cons - No items in minibar but only instant coffee and tea. They will not let you know if there is fire alarm testing or whatsoever. Surprise~ Not all of staffs are kind. Especially the guys who help me to check out, didn’t even say hi or ask how was my stay but just took the room key. What a cool staff. ;) Most importantly, room is dirty. There was a ‘pubic hair’ in bathtub, rusty water comes out from bathtub.

비 추천 호텔
전시행사로 인해 바로 옆에 있는 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 제가 비 추천하는 이유는 2가지 입니다. 1. 룸 자체는 크고 좋습니다. 하지만 오래된 시설이라 그런지 욕실에 물을 받으면 약간 노란색에 연한 흑탕물색이 나와서 욕조에 몸을 담그는게 꺼림찍하더군요. 아마도 수도관이 노후해서 녹물이 나오는게 아닌가 싶습니다. 2. 최악의 조식입니다. 조식 음식 수도 많지 않지만 위생이 0점입니다. 오랜지 쥬스를 마실려고 음료 디스펜서로 간 순간 디스펜서 아래 테이블에서 바퀴벌레 2마리가 이리저리 돌아다니는걸 보고 .... 아침부터 식욕이 떨어졌습니다. 이런 이유로 전 비 추천합니다. 다음에 같은 장소에 전시행사가 있다면 좀 걷더라도 근처에 다른 호텔을 이용할 계획입니다. 그리고 수영복까지 챙겨 갔는데 수영장은 있다고하지만 코딱지만해서 들어갈 생각이 나질 않았습니다.

The breakfast was amazing so many choices. Transport to city right on the doorstep and Sunway Putra mall across the road. Plenty to eat and shopping was very reasonably priced.

Superb Stay
have been to this hotel multiple times for business porpose. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaner will come to your room twice daily for cleaning and top up your mineral bottles/tea/coffee which is cool. Breakfast served is variety and delicous as well. This hotel is very close to shopping mall and connecting LRT which is superb. Will coming back to this hotel for business/holiday purpose. Recommended!

definitely not a 5star hotel. during my stay the air condition broke down. inroom desk phone doesnt work. everytime youneed reception you have to go downstair. hotel quite old and beat up they did change my room and floor at 4am cause i cant sleep because of the heat. wasted half of my day because i was told maintenance team will come up but end ip waiting for nothing. i would not.stay here again

Hôtel bien placé. 2 stations de métro à quelques minutes à pied. Un grand mall connecté à l'hôtel avec tous ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Staff de l'hôtel au top. Chambre malheureusement vieillotte et petite piscine.

Hôtel qui prend de l'age
Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement la chambre à pris de l'âge. Je note quand même cet hôtel correctement car bien situé (2 lignes de metro a proximité), un grand mall avec tous ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Gentillesse et professionnalisme des équipes de l'hôtel. Très belle vue depuis la chambre.

The staff were Excellent. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Location is near to shopping malls and public transport system.

日本人のお客さんはほとんど見ませんでした。室内は広く、掃除もきちんとされていました。テレビが日本語は無く、英語チャンネルが1だけと思い、滞在中、チャンネル確認時にか見ませんでした。今は日本のニュースはネットで見ることが出来ますが、テレビでも見たいと思いました。

駅に近くてモールにも隣接、便利で快適なサービス。
とてもサービスが良かった。チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズ、不足のタオルをお願いしたらすぐに持って来てくれた。朝食は入るのに並んだが、中は広くて席はすぐに作ってくれた。バスタブが目当てだったのでお風呂に入れて嬉しかったです。

Höchstens 3 Sterne Hotel. Kein heißes Wasser (Achtung Legionellen möglich) Reklamiert 3 x ohne Erfolg. Essen isr schlecht.
