도중에 호텔 이동했어요
방음이 얇은 나무 문 하나 사이에 방이 있고, 벌레 나오고, 이불도 더럽고, 주변에 시장? 같은게 열려서 시끄럽고 결국 호텔 옮겼습니다. 위치는 어디든 이동에 편리하나 그거하나 장점입니다. 호텔에 사람들은 친절합니다.

도시락을 싸 줘서 감동
언어는 통하지 않아도 손님을 진심으로 배려하는 직원들이 감동적이었다. 출국 날 4시에 일어나서 나와야하므로 아침을 못 먹게 되었는데 도시락에 빵과 과일을 넣어주었다. 무거운 짐가방을 택시에 넣어주고 싱긋한 미소로 배웅하는 모습이 지금도 눈에 선하다.

출장으로 3박 묵었습니다. 객실은 괜찮은 편이고, 수영장도 있어서 나름 만족스러웠습니다. 아파트먼트형 호텔입니다. 다만 호텔 음식이 입맛에 잘 맞지 않고, 주변에도 괜찮은 식당이 없었던 점이 좀 아쉽네요. 그래도 가격대비 나쁘지 않은 선택입니다.

스탠다드 객실(싱글침대 2개) 객실에 대한 평가이다. <1>크기:싱글침대가 서로 붙어있을 정도로 작다. 21 m2(226 ft2) 크기라는데.. 혹시 다른 호텔과는 측량기술로 측정한 크기인지? 소개하는 사진은 정말로~~ 사진예술의 결정체이다. 사진 밖의 공간은 전혀 없고... 딱 사진에 보는 정도의 크기다. 결론적으로.. 정말 너무너무 작다!!! <2>방음: 옆 객실 손님의 기침 소리가.. 정말 바로 옆에서 듣는 것처럼 아주 자~알 들린다. 이 정도 방음이라면 왜 벽과 문이 존재할까? <3>호텔 서비스&관리: 수속 카운터가 시장보다 더 복잡하고.. 4대 있는 엘리베이터는 도대체 언제 내려오는 건지?? 또 수속은 얼마나 오래 걸리는지? 냉방도 잘 안되는 G층의 수속 카운터에서부터 호텔 예약이 실패했음을 알게 해준다!! <4>청결: 양탄자가 군데군데 새까맣게 얼룩져있고.. 컵은 이전 투숙객이 마시고 남긴 커피가 그대로 말라붙어있고.. 화장실 세면대 주변에는 찌든 먼지가 그래도 보일 정도로 더럽고... 아! 정말 이번 호텔예약을 대실패다!! <5>안락함: 침대는 길이도 너무 짧다. 키 170cm가 넘는 사람들은 이런 침대에서 절대로 안락하게 잘 수 없다!! <6>위치&환경: 그냥 보통이지만.. 워낙 객실에서 받은 스트레스 때문에 좋아 보일리가 없다!! <7>결론: 적지 않은 호텔을 이용했지만.. 최악이었다!!! 난 절대로 이 호텔을 다른 사람에게 추천할 수 없다.. 그래서 처음으로 이용후기도 남기는 것이다!!!!!

방에 들어섰을때 방이 생각보다 좁아요. 캐리어 두개 놓고 하면 발 디딜곳이 많이 없구요 방과 방 사이가 방음이 잘 안되서 옆방에서 애기가 우는데 새벽에 힘들었습니다. 호텔조식은 먹을만하구요 호텔키가 안먹어서 키를 여러번 넣었다빼서 겨우 들어갔어요. 호텔 주변에 현지음식점이 있어서 자주 사먹었구요 마시드자맥역도 가까워서 자주 돌아다녔습니다.

가격대비 매우 훌륭했습니다
30층짜리 호텔인데 맨 꼭대기에서 머물렀네요 천장이 높아서 답답하지 않고 없는거 없이 깔끔하게 다 있습니다. 호텔 직원들 서비스는 무난한 수준이었고 위치도 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 높다보니 시내 어디에서나 잘 보이구요. 추천합니다.

Shower water pressure and hot water were not great. Gym was old and only had 1 free weight for certain weights. hallways feel old. Convenience store in the lobby is convenient. Only indian food within walking distance.

Great place!
A wonderful comfy hotel in a great location: very well-placed for the LRT (subway) and has a bus stop just outside. Plenty of food options nearby. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the pool area. It's not that relaxing to be in, has no seating and there's a bit of a bird poop problem. But other than that, a great experience in the heart of the city.

We stayed 7 nights. The property is definitely outed, especially the gym and pool. Staff came at odd hours to clean the room, time vary from 6:00 Am and even 4 pm. Overall good stay for the price. The internet was weak and we barely got service. You constantly have to log in every few minutes.

Perhaps the management would like to consider more personnels at the reception. Had to wait more than 15 minutes although I was third in the queue and there was only one receptionist on-duty. The lobby sofa was all occupied at that time by other guests' family members. The longest wait was for the lifts. Also, check buttons and shower holder. Some are broken. Otherwise, this hotel is strategically located for shopping.

This hotel is in a great location and very easy to get around from here but as for the hotel itself it is old and dated the pictures on the internet look totally different from the place itself the pool, fitness centre and the standard room was the biggest disappointment the fitness centre has old equipment and no air con in there and with only one fan for the whole room it's a waste of time as it does nothing unless u are on the machine in front of it , the pool looks so clean and fresh, new in the pics but is very dark and gloomy when you are there plus with only two sun loungers for the building which at a guess has 700/800 guests/residents it just doesn't really work! The standard rooms are not even in the pics so when booking it's deceiving as I thought I was getting a different room to what I actually got plus the air con was shocking in the room (3024) was my room it was just not cold at all and the fridge was just as warm to so just be careful on what you chill in there Also, the staff on reception could be more helpful like just telling you what floor your room is on, the gym is on, swimming pool is on just simple things you need when you have been travelling and now just want to relax The wifi had a bad habit of dropping out too The Housekeeping team on the 30th floor we're amazing, so helpful friendly and polite so thank you to them 😁

Not so good. booked a Deluxe room with 2 single beds BUT got a bigger room with a Single Bed and Queen. It was supposed to be an UPGRADE but I feel it was actually a DOWNGRADE!!!. The room was deplorable and lack all the amenities of the Deluxe room. 1. The air-cond was put at HIGH but it was still WARM - reported, repair man came but still no change 2. The toilet was so CRAMPED. - The shower on the ceiling and the wall was turned ON at the same time even though only the wall mounted one was selected. As a result my clothing was all wet when I wanted to take ablution. - the hose next to the toilet bowl is leaking and the tap cannot be TURNED ON completely as it was too close to the wall.... - The door cannot be opened completely as it hit the TOWEL hanger on the wall 3. NO WiFi! It did not reach the room or there was just NONE 4. No Signage for the room on the wall as we exit the lift, (2714) therefore, we had to circle the whole floor before we finally found our room. The management offered to move us to another room but because we have unpacked our stuff, it was quite tedious for us to move. As such, we had to bear with these DISSATISFACTION. I have been a regular at Silka Maytowers, but this time I was really UNHAPPY with the stay.

Hotel unable to enforce no smoking rules
Smoking is common, the hotel's response to any complaint is to torque up the AC to 'blow out' the smoke from your room. Actually, keeping the bathroom light/fan on at all times does a better job of keeping the smoke out. But, when you leave your room, you must take the key card. So all electricity goes out, the fan turns off, and you return to a smoky room. The sauna on the women's side is not working. Western women may not realize that using the men's sauna (and there by shutting the door to the sauna room) would put them in a precarious situation legally speaking. They would have no legal defence should they be assaulted, since they had willingly gone into a men's area and shut the door. Even though it is in an open area with easy access. This is a cultural trap that a western woman would not recognize, and would probably not think twice about using it since it's in a public use area of the hotel. Per the rooms, at first I thought the rooms were well soundproofed, but it was only because no one was next door. My last night, I had neighbors who kept me up past midnight with a blaring TV and loud talking with children and people down the hall. Hotel can't enforce quiet hours either.

Lovely stay
Pro: quiet rooms, reasonable room service, breakfast buffet offers wide range of options, lunch menu offers 1/2 buffet (salads/soup and desserts). Staff are gracious and polite. Convenience store on site. Cons: swimming pool is under a full cover & has limited sunshine. Elevator doesn't open on gymnasium floor. Overall: excellent value, would stay here again on future trips

Det værste jeg nogensinde har prøvet. Efter vores første værelse havde Mug i køleskabet, møgbeskidte lagner og gulvtæppe og lugtede af en bodega, fik vi nyt værelse. Det eneste der ændrede sig var rene lagner. Jeg vil aldrig sætte mine fødder her igen og anbefaler at ingen andre gør det. Føj det var virkelig ulækkert og efter 2 mdr i Asien har jeg efterhånden prøvet lidt af hvert, men det her var godt nok klamt.

Lovely hotel, lovely room we stayed in the staff very helpful. Best are of hotel is the restaurant the food and all the staff who work in that area they are fantastic so friendly lovely. Only little down thing about hotel room was it could have done with the carpet Hoover at least once over our 7 day stay it would have been nice

The hair drier was broken. It took them a whole day to get it fix there was no safe in the room. Called so many times and finally went to from desk and they kept saying there was one in the room. Sent someone because they thought I was not telling the truth. It took two days to get one. Room are ver small. They show you big rooms in their pictures. I kept asking for a lower room because elevators kept breaking down. They gave me one on the 28th floor

In centro a Kuala Lumpur
Ottima posizione centrale in Kuala Lumpur, a breve distanza dalle Torri e ad altri luoghi di interesse. Albergo molto affollato per continuo ricambio. Camere belle, ampie e accessoriate. Buona la pulizia. Ristorante con buona scelta di piatti, anche se non abbiamo cenato. Ottima e abbondante la colazione, favoriti coloro che mangiano salato e all'orientale, solo alcuni amici ne hanno usufruito. Bella la piscina con vista, peccato non aver avuto il tempo di usarla.
