오래된 숙소이지만 관리가 잘되어 있고 직원분들은 모두 친절하였습니다. 교통과 관광, 쇼핑의 위치로 최적이었습니다 같이 간 일행이 묵은 방은 도로가 안쪽이라 조용하고 쾌적하였다는데 저희방은 도로가러 밤늦은 시간까지 교통체증과 파빌리온은 전광판 불빛이 현란한 점 때문에 별 하나 빼고 갑니다~

호텔은 굉장히 깔끔했고, 침대는 편안했습니다. 위치는 시내 중심부라 이동하기 편리했고, 차가 많이 막히는거 말고는 다 괜찮았습니다.

KL 최고 번화가 BUTIK BINTAN 대로에 위치
호텔 쾌적하고 편의시설 잘 되어 있음. 이탤리안 레스토랑 "PREGO"가 있어서 싱가포르 생각이 남. 수영장 시설 양호. 식사는 주로 길 건너편 "파빌리온" 지하 식당가 또는 옆 건물 "스타힐즈" 지하식당가 이용. 주로 우버 이용이 편힌데, 단 귀국하는 날 공항까지 우버 신청했다가 러시아워 교통 혼잡이 심해서 ETA가 엄청 길었음. 급하면 모노레일로 KL중앙역 이동후 KLIA EXPRESS 이용하는 것이 좋을 듯. 호텔은 매우 만족도가 높으며 적극 추천하고 싶음.

익스피디아와 호텔간에 communication이 문제가 있었던 것 같음! 우리가족은 성인이 3명이라 Double bed twin room이 가능한 호텔이라 여기를 예약했었는데 막상 가보니,, - 일단 check in 시 예약이 확인이 안되서 한참 기다려야 했었고 - 예약내용과 달리 여기는 single bed twin room 밖에 없다하고 - 배정된 객실에 가보니 침대옆에 벽지에 습기가 차서 들떠 있고 (찝찝했음) 샤워룸 바닥에 배수가 제대로 되지 않았음 그래서 결국 같은 규모의 방으로 교환을 받았지만 불편한 여행이었음

파빌리온으로부터 100발자국 안에 있는 호텔
조식 포함으로 예약 만들고 호텔에 도착했는데 어리버리 까던 프론트 데스크 직원이 조식 불포함 상품이니 돈내고 먹으십시오. 땅땅땅. 해서 황당해서 호텔스닷컴에 전화 후에 조식 포함인거 인지 시키고 체크인 완료 했습니다. 1~2분이면 해결되고도 남을 체크인을 20여분이나 낭비 했는데 끝까지 자기 잘못 아니라고 당당하게 나오는 면상에 딱밤을 꽂아주고 싶었습니다. 위치가 파빌리온 맞은편에 위치해 있어서 지리적 이점이 두드러지는 호텔인지라 쇼핑하러 갈때는 무단횡단 한 번이면 끝입니다. 그것 하나만 좋습니다. 쇼핑을 마치고 호텔에 돌아왔는데 우리 호텔이 이렇게 좋았었나? 감탄하면서 엘레베이터 타러 갔다가 카드 키가 안먹어서 빠꾸 먹었는데 알고 봤더니 JW메리어트 였습니다. 웨스틴 쿠알라룸푸르도 나쁘진 않지만 같은 값이면 JW메리어트 추천해드립니다. 으리으리 합니다.

ロケーションはPavilionの目の前です。ですので、買い物はすぐに行けますし、周りには何でも揃っています。 今回は宿泊中に一日中仕事をした日もありましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 新しい建物ではないですが、古さをそこまで感じませんでした。 お掃除の方も丁寧に対応頂いていたと思います。 ロケーションは文句ないのですが、夜は目の前の通りがかなり混み合いますので、grabがなかなか捕まらなかったです。（時期の問題もあるかもしれません）

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our experience was 10/10. The staffwe exceptional, the property stunning and facilities surpassed expectation. The Westin is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Its pool area is sunken and surrounded by beautiful trees and walkways. The water feature cuts most of the outside noise so you are able to relax. The beds are luxurious as is the linen. Rooms are spotless and beautifully appointed. We certainly could not fault the property and looking forward to staying afain. Thank you all management and staff for looking after us so well.

　初日の夜にシャワーのお湯が出ないトラブル。 エンジニアが来ても解決せず、その後、深夜１時前に「解決・謝罪」の手紙がドア下から入れられていました。　チェック・アウト時にも特に何もありませんでした。 　また、アメニティの不足も多く、バスローブに至っては２人宿泊なのに、１人分のみ、 バスローブにタグがついており、「必要なら買ってください。」のような案内が・・・ 　ウェスティンの名に期待していたのは、確かですが、時々評価が低い口コミが見られているのが、理解できました。 　高級ホテルが低価格で宿泊できる地域ですが、結局こんなものでしょうか。 　次回は、もう少し上のホテル、マンデリン・リッツなどにしようと思います。

Unfortunately, for a 5 stars hotel, it did not live up to that standard for our stay. From the day of check-in, the room was not available until after 3pm check in time, as it was not ready. Then the extra bed that we ordered was not there so we had to chase it up 3 times before they found one. Then the shower head felt during the first use and luckily no serious injury. Finally, the room feel aged and not the freshness you expect for a 5 stars hotel. I do want to say given the above, credit should be given to the staff to want to fix these issues ASAP, but the feedback and rating is given based on my experience.

Not so five star hotel
This is my 4th time staying at Westin but my experience this time was not as satisfactory as before. On the day of check in, I noticed that the tissue box in the toilet was empty. Also, there is only one tea spoon instead of the usual two. I called to make a request and waited for an hour but no one deliver it to us. Make another call and waited for another hour, still nothing happen. By then, we decided to go for our dinner. By the time we are back, still no sign of the things being delivered to us, so make another call and they said it was delivered! I insisted that nothing was sent over and invite them to come to the room to check, and finally, they sent someone to have it delivered to us. Next, the shower area is leaking, resulted in water flowing out of the shower area to the common area in the toilet.
