청결호텔, 조식 선택사항 주의.
호텔 청결이 매우 좋았습니다. 직원도 친절했습니다. 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 조식선택이 1명 혹은 2명으로 나뉘어있으니 예약시 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

가족이라는.. 추천하지 않습니다.
수영장 공사 중입니다. 호텔 예약시 미리 공지해 주었으면 다른 선택을 하지 않았을까 생각 됩니다. 방은 보통 크기이고 객실 상태, 청소, 조식은 보통입니다. 주차장...사람들이 질서 안 지킵니다. 관리 직원이 있음 좋겠습니다. 가격 대비 괜찮지만 다음에는 다른 곳에서 보내고 싶어요.

I like staying here for my work trip however my latest stay at AC Hotel is quite disappointing. the toilet had this terrible smell. Smell like cockroaches and the aircond is not functioning well hence it’s very hot inside the room. Other than that, the hotel is very good

A frequent guest but of late the change of ownership has impacted the personal touch. TV channels has reduced and not family, especially kids, friendly (now only 6 TV channels - no cartoon, movies or chinese channels). Shower as usual, temperature can be ice cool and boiling hot within a min. Needs to step in/out at least 5 times in a min of shower. Breakfast buffer is ok. Not planning to return until the TV and shower improve.

Staying here for work reason. They have renovation at level 4, and I got room at level 3. I thought it can't be that bad. But, it was loud like they are drilling above my room. But, the hotel is nice enough to change my room. So, at the end, it was great.

We enjoyed our stay at AC Hotel Marriott. It was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating for our requests. Unfortunately, when we wanted a snack at the pool, they didn’t have any food available on our first day and limited options (only one panini that we wanted) on the second day. The hotel is not so close to attractions, so it was lucky we enjoyed walking! There is a track along the canal to the side and back of the hotel, but it was a little stinky. Overall, a pleasant stay - the staff were the highlight.

I have stayed here for so many times. But the breakfast buffet this time have improved a lot. Good 👍 But the shower needs very long time to regulate. Keep on changing from so cold or so hot water. after 10 minutes, then it stable.

My 3rd or 4th time already staying here. Overall it is a good hotel for business purpose. But I do find the check-in was a bit slow. Only 2 counters for a fully booked hotel? Then you need to share your printer and credit card payment machine? Should be better. I need to wait for nearly 30 min for check-in. and the bathroom was not properly clean. the floor at the shower was slippery and there was women's hair sticking at the wall. luckily I'm not that fussy person, but do buck-up in the future.

No proper maintenance.
The condition for the hotel is getting worse. Wish to work on the desk, but the chair is too OLD and sink. Can’t sit at all. The house keeping doesn’t do the job properly. The shower gel never refill. Shall they have a check list on the house keeping task.?

stayed at level 5, hard to get decent sleep due to construction on level 6 during the weekend. Glad it stop on 6pm.. and at 8am they start again.

A 2 star hotel quality with a 5 star price tag
For the price we paid, the room was smaller than expected, in fact, the first room we checked in had an awful smell came put of the toilet, and not long after, a cockroach came for a visit. When we approached the reception, new room was offered but no apology, its as if they expect this to happen. We stayed for a total of 5 nights, and everyday the breakfast menu remain the same with very limited choice. Again, for the price we paid this was very disappointing. The air conditioner has a mind of its own, so you woke up with a frigidly cold room. The shower room is made for people who stopped growing after the age of 12. And lastly, the fridge in the room make such a loud grunting noise that we need to shut it off at night time, putting some dairy products like my daughter milk at risk of being spoiled. We ended up spending so much time outside of the hotel, a much cheaper room at a much cheaper hotel would have sufficed without forking out the £££ for what was essentially 2 star hotel. Avoid if you plan a long stay.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Have sufficient parking and near to attractions. However, the TV channels are very limits to only 1 CNA news and 1 AXN besides the local free channels. Shower water is strong but the temperature (cold and HOT) are inconsistent. Have to jump in and out of shower whenever the temp. changes.
