2nd time here. I opted for No Window as I need a quiet room to avoid the noise from the traffic. Room is simple, and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty eateries nearby, within walking distance. Will definitely come stay again.

Nice room but needs a fridge!
The bathroom is very clean well equipped and the shower place is very good as water does not leak and wet other parts of the bathroom. However, the room cupboard is very near the bed and hence, not very convenient. Our main concern is that the room does not have a fridge and so not very convenient to stay there for a few days. Otherwise, this will be the hotel of choice for us when we next visit Kuching and we expect to visit Kuching quite often. The hotel does not have its own parking lots so have to park along the road but will be better if the hotel can reserve some parking lots for the guests.

Very good hotel, Room is neat and great. Stayed there for leisure with family. Location wise around the hotel not too many places but I did came using my car so can travel here and there. View of the room quite nice, can see the MBKS building. Tried the in room dining and is quite nice too. Will stay here again if got the opportunity.

kettle was so clean compared to 4 to 5 stars ,boiled water feel safe.ha ha. washroom very clean,and more importantly no others smell inside the room。Quite a lot of Food court can be found nearby and go they by foot.

All in all it was good
Overall it was good. The only thing that made us a bit upset was that there were ants walking through our bed. The receptionist gave us a new room where everything was fine.

Great value n location
Hotel room is very clean, spacious, n well equipped. The beds r also very comfortable. Foods r within 2-4 min walk if u opt out of dinning in hotel. However, front desk staff need to b more knowledgeable about their city, such as which shopping mall is nearest to the hotel or where to buy an umbrella.

A class of its own
It was a short stay on business trip to Kuching. This is a new hotel. Modern and elegant lobby gave welcoming atmosphere for any visitors. On the left of the lobby is the restaurant that serving tasty breakfast with good varieties of food. Professional staffs, fast check in and room options between smoking or non-smoking are a few plus points for the reception. Room was big and immaculate at every inch and corner. It was beyond my expectations and for the price, I should describe it as marvellous. Located away from the city centre however for quiet seeker and for those who don't mind to fetch Grab services to the city this will be a good stay. Overall, this stay has a class of its own and I definitely will come back.

Good hotel and value for money
Decent hotel with nice food around. Room is quite big with usual amenities like other hotel, in room slipper, comfy bed with 4 pillows, toothbrush. Good for a boutique hotel. The Dorsett Cafe serve pretty nice food too. There is a 7-11 convenient store nearby and Geyland coffee shop serve really nice food.
