I stayed one night in this hotel. It was closed to the train station and located quiet place as well as the room condition and. Facilities were clean also the staffs were very kind and they offer a lot of useful information about Selcuk. I spent comfortable night.

셀축 여행 예정이면 무조건 이 호텔 가세요!
셀축 내의 다른 호텔들에 비해서 가격이 좀 있나 싶은 생각이 예약할 때는 들었는데, 직접 가보니 왜 고민했나 싶네요! 체크인 하고 카페테리아에서 어떻게 셀축을 구경하면 좋을지 쫙 브리핑 해주는데 자세한 계획 세우지 않고 갔던 저희 가족에게 너무나 유용한 정보들이었습니당. 다음에 파묵칼레로 넘어가야 하는데 그 버스편 예약 안했다고 하니 직접 전화 걸어서 스케줄 알아봐주시고 저희는 버스터미널에 가서 이름확인하고 금액결제만 했습니다.. 짱친절 웰컴 드링크 만들어주시는데 다 맛있고 나중에 저희가 피곤해서 잠깐 호텔 다시 왔을때도 직접 오렌지를 짜서 만들어 준 주스도 잊지 못해요 ㅠㅠ 호텔 직원 분들이 하나 같이 다 friendly하고 helpful 합니다! 룸도 엄청 깔끔하고 저희가 엑스트라 베드 요청했는데 엑스트라 베드를 싱글 사이즈가 아닌 더블사이즈로 준 곳은 처음이에요..ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 이 호텔의 시그니처인 터키쉬 조식 진짜 최고에요. 저 인생 딸기잼을 여기에서 맛봤습니다. 마당에서 딴 무화과로 만든 무화과 잼도 맛있었고 이외에도 여러가지 스프레드가 많았는데 다 수제라서 그런지 정말 맛있었어요.. 그릴드 한 올리브도 정말 맛있고.. 아 그냥 다 맛있었네요. 따로 이것만 판매해도 좋을 거 같아요. 오토갈이랑도 아주아주 가까워요. 너무 주저리주저리 말했는데 정말 좋은 숙소에요! 최고최고 꼭 가세요!

강력 추천
파묵칼레에서 셀축까지 5시간 걸려 이동해서 너무 피곤한 상태였습니다. 하지만 사장님이 너무 친절하시고 셀축의 전반적인 유적지 브리핑도 해주십니다. 처음 부터 웰컴 드링크도 주시고 너무 감동이었어요. 객실도 셀축에 있는 다른 곳보다 엄청 깔끔하고 좋아요! 조식도 엄청 맛있었구요. 다음번 셀축 방문시 재방문 할겁니다.. 정말 좋았던 경험이네요. 강력 추천 합니다.

굉장히 불편했습니다 주인이 너무 친절함을 강요하는듯해서 불편했고 방이 너무 어둡고 햇볕도 들지 않았어요 화장실에서는 하수구 냄새도 나고..정말 최악이었어요 불편한걸 말해도 인정하지 않으셨어요 어두운 동굴에 예약함 이틀을 채우는게 감옥같았어요 아침식사는 각종과일쨈과 치즈를 직접 차려주니 더욱 불편했어요 너무 많은 양의 쨈을 주시니 재활용하는게 분명해 보였어요..

Very very good perfect ! :)
It was very kind and the room is very clean. We went out first th help us and to solve everything. Breakfast is so delicious and fantastic. I want to stay in a beautiful and clean residence once again. It is highly recommended ! 셀축 버스정류장이 가까워 시내이동이 수월하고 기차역도 바로 앞에 있어 이즈미르 공항 가는길도 수월합니다. 번화가라 주변에 먹을 것도 많고 볼거리도 있습니다 ! 또한, 숙소 청결도가 매우 좋고 친절하고 조식이 정말 맛있습니다 ! 호텔조식과 같아요~ 정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다!

아름다운 호텔
호텔은 아름답고 아기자기하고 직원들도 친절했어요 야간버스로 일찍도착한 저희에게 아침도 주시고 체크인도 하게 해주셨고 아침식사도 너무 훌륭했어요 뷔페식은 아니고 정갈하게 차려나오는 만찬을 받은 느낌입니다 체크아웃후 샤워가 안되는 단 하나의 단점이 있긴하지만 크게 문제는 안돼구요 다시가도 이곳에 다시 방을 잡을거 같아요

호텔 가격은 좀 있는 편이나 주변에 없는 고급스러운 호텔입니다. 이 호텔에 가장 큰 장점은 홈메이드 조식과 홈메이드 웰컴드링크와 베이커리입니다. 5성급 호텔보다 음식이 맛있습니다. 추천드려요

we are Korean couple. we went there for my honeymoon. we stayed in Aretemis room for 2 nights and the room was really clean and nice. There is a terrace in the room so you can have really romantic dinner in your room. The best thing was the hospitality of the people. They kindly help us every thing so we can take really great time in selcuk. Also the brealfast was perfect. They offer homemade turkish breakfast. I really want to visit livia hotel again.

It's a boutique hotel that prides in its friendliness and service. It did provide great service. The breakfast is awesome. All the ingredients are made in-house. It is very convenient and in walking distance of many area attractions. The only consideration that people may not like is "it's not a big name chain hotel".

An amazing and charming boutique hotel located about 5 min walk to one of the Seven Ancient Wonders of the World (Temple of Artemis). Extra friendly staff (in special Adnam, who was very helpful and attentive throghout our stay), one of the freshest breakfasts that I evr had in a hotel, quiet and clean. Cozy room with toiletries

Our hotel was switched from to Livia Garden Istanbul. The staff did everything possible to insure a pleasant stay, and everyone was friendly and accommodating; however, the roads were in horrible condition, and the potential for vehicle damage was great. We should have been warned.

Llegamos a las 21:30pm al hotel muy estresados porque habíamos reservado un coche y nunca se presentaron en el hotel. Fue realmente agotador el buscar de planta en planta… en cuanto llegamos Adnan nos esperaba muy amable nos ofreció algo par a tomar y luego nos dieron de cenar ahí. Se porto maravillosamente con nosotros y nos cuidó muchísimo. Fue increíble el trato que tuvimos que nuestra estancia cambió por completo. Nos dieron una habitación más grande que la que habíamos reservado con vistas a la piscina y muy bonito. Lo único que puedo decir que no es tan maravilloso es que se escucha todo desde la habitación. Y si vais en noviembre como nosotros hacía frío en la habitación por la noche hasta con calefacción puesta, por lo de mas todo fue perfecto. Seguro que volveremos

Absolutely Superb! Would stay here again. The Hotel was beautiful, the staff served with a Smile and were very accommodating. The Breakfast was Amazing. We Bed slept well! Check-in and out was effortless :) Thanks for the best visit ever!! :)

We stayed one night. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We used google maps to find the place but it took us to their old place. Be sure to use their current location address when you traveling.

Sejour très agréable
Merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement. La localisation est idéalement situé pour aller à pied en ville et à quelques minutes en voiture du sit archéologique d'Ephèse. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés dans l'Hotel Livia Garden. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel au petit soin. La chambre est confortable et très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous recommandons vivement

Beautifully kept, clean hotel with fine appointments. Reminded us of finer French small pensiones. Manager Erdem and staff are extremely helpful and accommodating with all guests. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very cute and it has a lot of friendly staffs. It is close to the bus station and some restaurants so this place is very recommended! The best part of staying in this hotel is the breakfast and Erdem! They serve homemade style breakfast in the morning which is very delicious!! Also, Erdem is just such a wonderful person to be around!! Our family would go back just to say hello to him!

Livia Hotel Ephesus otelinde, Zeus odasında 4 gece konakladık. Odamızın hemen önünde yer alan bahçe oturma alanının konaklama keyfimizi katladığını kesinlikle söylemeliyim. Erdem bey karşılama adımından uğurlamaya kadar bizi çok samimi bir biçimde karşıladı. Bölgedeki en popüler birkaç kahvaltıcıyı denememize rağmen en iyi kahvaltı kesinlikle doğal ürünlerle hazırlanan otel kahvaltısıydı, kekikli omleti denemelisiniz. Oda günlük olarak gayet iyi temizlendi ve banyoda yer alan Türk hamamı ayrı bir atmosfer kattı. Çıkış yaparken dikkatli biçimde önerilerimizin alınması da bizi çok mutlu etti, bir daha Selçuk bölgesini ziyaret edersek kesinlikle bu otelde konaklayacağız.
