Otelde sıcak su yok duş esnasında resmen donduk, nihayetinde hasta olduk. Personel yok, tek kişi oteli yönetmekle işi başından aşkın ve ona göre de suratsız şekilde davranıp, terslemek gibi tavırlar sergileyerek işin içinden çakmaya çalışıyor. Hijyen konusuna hiç girmek istemiyorum, moralim bozuluyor

Very pleasant
Looked newly refurbished. Very nice and comfy rooms. Evening meal needed a bit more attention but still tasty. Fantastic location, lots of amenities within minutes walk, beach right in front.

We visited March so out of season but still disappointing. The smell of the drains when you enter to the windows needing cleaning. Going to our room the carpet was badly stained. Room was tired and bed sheet stained which was changed when asked. Needs TLC. Breakfast basic but fresh but again windows/doors needed cleaning.

iyi günler dilerim. sezondan çıkmış olduğumuz için henüz halılara bir işlem uygulayamadık malesef. şu an kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğimizde bir kaç eksikliğimiz mevcut olabilir. ama yeterince fazla çeşit mevcuttur. 4 çeşit ana yemek 10 çeşit üstü salata 12 çeşit üstü meze çorbada dahil olmak üzere yeterince zengin bir büfeye sahibiz. geldiğiniz zaman açık büfe olmamış olabilir set menü şeklinde yardımcı olmustur arkadaslar bilgiside rezarvasyon sitelerinde geçiyor aksam yemeği için yeterli sayı olmayınca set menu seklinde sizlere servis ediliyor. tekrardan görüşmek üzere. yorumunuz ve bilgilendirmeniz için teşekkür ederiz. bir dahaki sefer bu hata ile karsılasmıycagınızı temenni ederim.

Winter stay
We had a nice stay at Marti beach. It was out of season so very quiet which we liked. The room had a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. The air con worked well to heat the room. The room was clean. The breakfast was a Turkish one and tasty. We thought the location was great. The hotel is a bit tired and the hallway carpets need replacing but for what we paid, we felt it was good value.

Good location
The hotel is nice and right on the beach and on Ladies Beach where there are a number of bars and restaurants. You can get a taxi or the local bus into the heart of Kusadasi from the other side of Ladies beach. The only dowside was the shower as the water was only warm and once cold and one of the shower heads when put on high pressure would turn to the wall. Other than that I could not fault the hotel.

L'hôtel étais convenable, bon rapport qualité prix ⛔️Les repas pas top top et pas beaucoup de choix. ⛔️le ménage n'est pas fait correctement ⛔️ le parking est loin et n'est pas surveillé ✅️ le personnel très sympas ✅️ la plage est juste a côté donc un confort ++ ✅️ beaucoup de petits commerce donc agréable le soir pour se promener

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE !!!!! Staff are all rude including the general manager Hakan. Staff don’t explain where anything is upon checking in and they make up thousands of excuses why you can’t have a second card when I booked a family room and there’s more than one of us in the room. Upon going into my room there was a stack of maintenance equipment and old beds in the corner which was very unprofessional. The carpet throughout the hallways was stained and all the walls are marked. Then there is our room … -window was broken -aircon was broken -snot on towels yes snot on the towels -lounges stained -sheets stained -beds are like stone -mini fridge didn’t work -bathroom stunk -phone didn’t work After complaining to management that we wanted to check straight out the refused to believe that the room was even bad . He told us to wait in the room so he could inspect it but he never came up. When we went down to reception as the phone didn’t work to get the general manager they said he wasn’t there but we was into his office . They ended up changing our room as they refused a refund but the room never got any better. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse The breakfast that’s included was revolting . The staff are never smiling or helping you find a table or even cleaning tables to the least . The buffet was absolutely gross, nothing was chilled including the yoghurts and milk and there was flies on everything !

Alles in Allem ganz ok, würde hierher aber nicht noch einmal kommen. Bis 2 Uhr Nachts läuft sehr laute Musik direkt nebenan. Wer Party machen möchte ist hier wohl willkommen. Aber nach einem Tag am Meer und danach An der Flaniermeile shoppen und essen, trinken möcht man auch mal schlafen. Daran ist huer nicht zu denken.

Otelde sıcak su problem soğuk suyla duş aldık. Gunes enerjisiyle isitiyolar heralde. Kisin problem olmus. Kahvalti acik bufe guzeldi fiyata gore. Otel odasida temiz ve yenilenmis oldukca cok iyi. Calisanlarida cok iyiydi tesekkur ederim. Fiyata gore oldukca iyi ama duş çok kötü üşüttüm hasta oldum.

Great location
The hotel is located perfectly right next to Ladys Beach. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little bit dated. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a big variety.
