Unfortunately during the festive and holiday periods the area does get a bit noisy as it is located on the beachfront with lots of tourist around. Dear Greg Thank you for your valuable feedback. I agree that it would be helpful to have a description that states that the establishment is part retirement hotel and part holidays apartments. I did try in the beginning to have this done on this booking site however, they do the write up from the amenities provided by the establishment and my request was declined. We do have this stipulated on our own website and other sites where we are allowed to do our own write up. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience. I do believe that it is advertised on the site that wifi is only available in public areas of the building. I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. The write up does explain that the accommodation is part retirement residence and part holiday apartments, and not a hotel. The accommodation is also listed under apartments. In regard to the lock on the door I will definitely look into this as I was at the accommodation on the 27 September and all was in working order with the door.
