가격대비 효율성이 좋았던 호텔.
까미노 후 이틀 간 머문 산티아고. 전 날의 호텔에 비해 가격은 5만이나 저렴했는데 시설은 오리려 더 맘에 들었다. 중심부로의 접근성도 좋았음

대체적으로 좋았으며 위치도 괜찮았으나, 실내에 휴지통이 없었으며, 이틀을 숙박하였는데 다음날 수건이 리필이 다 되지 않고 쓰던것이 놓여 있었음.

The check in was fast and easy. The breakfast has good. The check out was very easy and the staff contacted the Taxi company and the driver arrived on time. Great service overall and will recommend.

Great breakfast!
Located just 5 minutes walking to the Cathedral and main attractions such as restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops, boutiques and more! Hotel was clean with an excellent buffet breakfast with charcuterie, cheeses and fresh fruit. Santiago at the front desk and staff in general were friendly and very helpful. A taxi can be arranged at reception for 25 Euros and is only 30 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality Hotel Gelmirez!

Walkable to bus station. Walkable to the center of Santiago de Compostela. Wonderful market with fresh produce, prepared foods, and bakery just a couple of doors up.

I am a repeated guest of this hotel because of the good qualities of this accomodation close to the centre of the old Santiago de Compostela and the cathedral. Conveniently located in the middle of the commercial area, walking distance to the train station. The hotel is clean and quiet.

Excellent location
Got there late, family of 3 with 3 real beds so happy with that. Clean and modern styling. Excellent location - straight into the city centre, short walk to old town and you can catch the bus to the airport 5 mins up the same street (€1 each!).

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro storico di Santiago. Stanza pulita e silenziosa. Staff giovane molto gentile e cordiale. Colazione buonissima e variegata. Un soggiorno perfetto per godersi la città dopo i tantissimi chilometri percorsi sul Cammino di Santiago. Tornerò di sicuro.

Service Mentality needs to be improved
had a little incident at the check out where it grew to be unnecessarily unpleasant due to inexperienced receptionist but could be ignored. however, i forgot a jacket in the property and they refused to extend any services to deliver it even if i offered to pay and a mail that i sent was not even responded to! not demonstrating a good mentalitym combined with the attitude at the check out

No wifi and no refund, would not recommend.
We were there for 2 nights. The first day our wifi didn't work. They were nice enough to give us a different room, but that room's wifi also didn't work. Our last night they told us it was actually a problem on the whole floor. We asked for any sort of refund given that we reserved the hotel thinking it had wifi, but they said no. 1 star given that we didn't get we paid for.

One night's stay.
Super comfortable bed and awesome bathroom with shower/tub combo. Lot's of variety in the buffet breakfast. If you're really hungry, it's worth the 10 euros.
