The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter.

Sitio ideal para desconectar
Hotel ideal como lugar de desconexión. Las habitaciones, amplias, nuevas y limpias satisfacen las necesidades perfectamente. El buffet de desayunos, amplio y muy bien atendido por el personal, y el spa, aunque finalmente no pudimos ir, atendido por un personal muy atento.

Best hotel in La Molina
Best hotel in La Molina! But quite a lot of noice from the hotel behind. Chose front side rooms! Great views from the front side.

Espace Welness à fuir!
L'espace Welness ne vaut pas le coup, 20 euros pour 40mn, avec un sauna en panne, de l'eau trop froide dans le jaccuzi, une douche à jets dont la moitié ne fonctionne pas, le peu qui reste pas terrible, et un mauvais accueil. De plus aucun affichage des tarifs et offre à ce sujet, il y a un problème pour ce service. Le reste du séjour à l'hôtel est correct, à part l'oubli d'une reservation d'1 repas, mais qui a pû être rattrapé

Well situated
Situated next to the slopes, so the hotel is very well situated. Big rooms, clean, good breakfast and a really nice jacuzzi. However, paper-thin walls, so the sound from neighbour's tv was as if it was in our room. Internet did not work for one of our days. (And I was told at reception that the system could not be rebooted as they were expected a phone call.) I found it overpriced and will book one of the other hotels near the slope for my next ski adventure.

El único punto fuerte es su situación....
La situación del hotel es perfecta: a pie de pista larga. El servicio no llega a un hotel de 4 estrellas: limpieza parcial, es decir, lo se limpia todo....comida: el desayuno muy limitada la elección, la cena - un día hemos pedido sopa y estaba muy muy mala de sabor.

Best hotel for ski trips in La Molina
Have stayed in a few places in La Molina and this is my favourite for ski trips. We stayed in a Duplex which comfortably sleeps 6. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes (100m walk to the lift), beds are comfy, service is excellent.

Lo que me encanto: la atención de los camareros, una pasada. Lo que no me gusto: llame para consultar sobre las instalaciones abiertas o cerradas ( COVID) me dijeron que lo único cerrado parte del SPA, (normal) Bien resulta que: salas de juego billar cerrado, no había nada más que la piscina interior ( uno de los motivos por los que escogimos este hotel, y se tenia que pagar un suplemento para utilizarla (30€ = 30 minutos) es mi segunda visita y antes no se pagaba. Lo otro que no me gusto es que pagas media pensión o pensión completa y no entra ni el agua. Nuestra estancia bien.

Nice stay and hotel, but not professional
The hotel is ok, it is quite close to the beginners area in La Molina Ski resort. However the stuff was not professional and they didn't meet our expectations at all. Also, the hotel was a bit noisy during the nights, and you could hear people talking in other rooms or in the corridor.

Bon hotel
Bonne prestations, chambre agréable, confortable, petit déjeuner correct, vue dégagée, très reposant. Les hics : restaurant moyen et peu d’alternatives à proximité, spa simpliste et pourtant payant (5€/pers/j + bonnet/tongs obligatoires à acheter en plus si vous n’en avez pas) et ce malgré le fait que certaines installations n’étaient pas fonctionnelles lors de notre venue, parking couvert payant même en basse saison (été) durant laquelle il y a peu de monde et les nombreux emplacements extérieurs juste devant l’hôtel sont gratuits... étrange?!

Mīnusi- Bezpersoniska viesnīca, nejūties gaidīts viesis, pieeja baseinam un pirtīm pēc slēpošanas par atsevišķu samaksu (!),līdz ar to ne halāta, ne čību, istaba vēsa, vannas istabā nav silto grīdu, slēpošanas drēbes nav kur likt, pretī slēpju glabātuvei diezgan smakojoša tualete. Neatbilst cenai. Plusi- pacēlājs 100 m no viesnīcas, lielisks skats, paliela istaba, 10% atlaide pacēlāju kartei un inventāra nomai. Labs un lēts restorāns (salīdzinoši ar viesnīcu restorāniem) ar labu šefpavāru un laipnu personālu! Nav problēmu novietot auto pretī viesnīcai ( viesnīcas autostāvvieta par atsevišķu samaksu, protams). Inventāra noma blakus. Internets normāls.

Three nights stay at HG La Molina in late summer. The hotel was clean and comfortable and there was an extensive buffet breakfast. The building is modern with good facilities but it is a bit worn around the edges and could do with some superficial maintenance. This didn’t stop us from having an excellent stay and good value for money.

modernes Hotel, großes Zimmer mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Der SPA Bereich ist nicht bei allen Tarifen inkl. und kostet samt Badekappe 7 Euro pro Person und Tag extra. Die Betten sind auf Rollen und rutschen daher häufig auseinander. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten Richtung Berg und daher trotz 6. Stock keinen Weitblick aus dem Fenster.

Pourrait être très bien.
Chambre très spacieuse et agréable. Restaurant nul avec en plus un service peu sympathique.de surcroît on nous a servi le menu de la demi pension alors que nous avions choisi ( et payé) à la carte...pâtes minables, entrecôte (?) incroyable ( le cheptel doit être anorexique) dessert n en parlons pas. indigne d’une appellation «  restaurant » on mange bien mieux dans un snack 3 fois moins cher. Parking à 15€ doit être libéré à midi.pas pratique le dernier jour.

L’hotel Est très bien situé pour faire du ski. Au pied des pistes. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Par contre la literie est de mauvaise qualité. Le personnel est très antipathique. Aucune considération pour le client Petit déjeuner moyen.

Generally nice experience
Was a family trip, the picture of the room that I booked was with mountain view, and taking into account that I was charged 175€/night I assume that I will have at least the room of the picture. I didnt. Staff was friendly and helpful, however the daily housekeeping didn’t include change of bedsheets, we stayed 4night in the hotel and no one change the bedsheets. I trying asking the housekeepers, not easy to communicate though. The general facilities and location was good. Restaurant was nice with nice view and they were changing menu every day. The most friendly part of staff was the bartender, helpful and professional, considering that he was one of the few people speaking English, was lovely to have him around. The main plus of the hotel is that is next to slopes, but being 4star hotel with that price I don’t consider that is worthy.

Hotel was comfy with all the typical amenities of a ski resort. Nice common area to relax in but lack of hotel-wide wifi was surprising.

Muy bien, solo que falta wifi en habitaciones
Excelente ubicación, justo en frente de la estación de ski. La habitación muy grande y vistas hermosas. He desayunado y cenado en el restaurante y me ha parecido muy bueno. Lo unico que veo mal ha sido que no hay wifi en las habitaciones, solo en el lobby y area del restaurante.

A well located hotel
It was a great experience, especially for our daughter who just experienced to play in the snow for the first time. the hotel located just in front of the mountain, ski area, cafetaria, etc. A minor thing, compare to the price, the amenities given are only for the bathroom. There's not a pair of slippers provided.

my first visit to a ski slope
I wanted to visit a ski area to decide if I could buy my grandchildren a skiing holiday. I loved the family atmosphere with young children having fun and with boots that seemed bigger than them. Very nice hotel, good food with other restuarents and bars nearby. Unfortunately the prices for ski slopes, gear, skis preclude my paying, seaside will suffice, but it was a pleasant stay and good for watching.

Best hotel for family skiing
Lovely modern room, thick towels, good large shower, excellent full buffet breakfast. In-hotel Locker for ski equipment made that easy too.

This place offers a lot on the website, but then everything costs extra. I would never stay there again.
