The property had roaches in the refrigerator and there was roaches crawling on us and our sleep and she didn't want to put us in another room or give us half our money back she said we had to contact Expedia

Quilt on bed was stained. Towels were stained. Floor was sticky. Found a roach in the morning and left. Only spent 8 hours at the hotel and will never go back.

Nothing worked in the room. Drugs being done and sold in the parking lot. People NOT staying in the only 3 rooms for sale at the hotel doing drugs and sitting in their cars for hours. No hot water, no phone, no tv remote and hardly any lights working in room. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel for work. Red roof should be ashamed to put their name on this motel. Stay safe stay way far away.

The room was dirty, and the towels were dirty. We were given two towels for a room of four (which was noted on our check-in paperwork. The fan in the bathroom had not cover, the toilet paper had no holder and was on the back of the wall. Will not stay in the future.

A nightmare.
Very nasty place, roaches infested, dirty bed, no toilaries. Don't try here. Bedings burnt by cigarettes and smell so horrible. Changes room severally. Very rude front desk. Asking to go fine left over cigarettes ashes to prove the room is smelling when the bed is already burned all places by cigarettes.

Pulled up about 10pm, the lobby was closed, with a note directing visitors to the night window. Someone's full piss jug was sitting next to it, was still there by the time I went to check out in the morning. Went to the room, was greeted by some insects scurrying around which may or may not have been roaches. The main light switch didn't work, bumbled around in the dark and finally found a functional lamp. Floor hadn't been swept well, at least one dead pillbug in the middle of the room. The AC panel was mostly destroyed, but thankfully what was left of the buttons allowed me to power it on. After running it for a while, puddles began forming on the floor, which I'm sure contributed to the state of the flooring - it was coming up in spots. In general, the room looked run down. The bedding was mostly clean, but stained. The bathroom area was clean enough, but there were no towels. I got a decent night's sleep, so the room performed the necessary function, but I would absolutely not stay here again. In general i think hotels massively over charge for what they provide, and i realize $85 after tax is dirt cheap these days, but next time I'd definitely spend a little more rather than stay here.

Overall very disappointing. I booked the Superior King Room non smoking and when I arrived was given a Two Standard Bed Room. The room smelled like smoke and was in rundown condition. The walls had paint peeling with cracks everywhere. Some of the flooring was missing with the concrete exposed underneath. The towel wrack in the bathroom looked to have been broken off, but some bolts were still sticking out which is questionable for safety. Beware of the pictures that make the place look well kept. I booked based on the pictures of the room and was completely disappointed and feel I did not get what I paid for. Lastly the wooded area surrounding the property is littered with old mattresses and bed springs. Completely dissatisfied with this stay and Hotels.com should remove this property from listings.

Place needs a serious overhaul- beat up. Dog poop on the 2nd floor landing. Room fairly clean but beat up condition. Better than sleeping in your car, but watch where you walk. What kind of neanderthal would let their dog poop on a 2nd floor walkway? What kind of hotel would not clean it up? No coffee maker.

I do not recommend staying here. Lobby was closed off and we had to do everything through a window. The first room we were given was 112. Immediately after walking in, we saw stains all over the bed cover. We pulled them back and checked the rest of the sheets, dirty. The bathroom was filthy and the curtains had mold on them. I killed 2 roaches, one next to the bed and one near the door and you could tell someone killed a bug on the ceiling. We asked for another room and was given 110. The floor was raised, there was a towel on the smoke detector, and found dirt on the bed comforter as well like people had stepped on the bed. The bathroom ceiling contained serval.visible spots of mold, and the shower curtain was molded too. There was a hole on in the wall and one in front of the mirror below the light. We showed the front desk the pictures we took of the room and told her we were not going to stay there. When asked about a refund, we were told we had to wait for the manger to come in.

Probably the worst Motel experience of my life and I have stayed in hundreds all over the . Check in took a very long time since I had pre booked and paid in advance. the lady working spoke with a heavy accent and wore a mask behind a thick plate glass window making it impossible to understand her. The T V didn't work and she didn't seem to understand their cable was off. The room floor was in terrible condition the toilet didn't work properly and the room had bugs that were everywhere on the floor but didn't seem to get on any furniture the bed was worn out on the side closest to the door and I had to get in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling off no coffee or breakfast even though the website said they furnished both this was a horrible stay and will not be back
