Lovely spit on the broadwater with lots of activity on the water. Comfy bed, good balcony ,furniture in living area not so great, dining chairs very cheap and uncomfortable, foxtel service not good quite often no signal..

Great views of the Broadwater and the layout of the unit was ideal. Plenty of outdoor furniture and shaded areas at all times of day. Lots of crockery and cutlery, also amazing water pressure in the shower On arrival there was a very strong almost overwhelming smell of carpet deodorant. A pot scouring pad was supplied/no sponge and a piece of “Chux” wipe not much larger than my hand. Only one dishwasher tablet. They insist that all rubbish be bagged before sending down the chute yet don’t supply any except one in a bin Smoke detector sounded at 7am first morning and couldn’t be reset so I had to disconnect it. Reported the problem to reception who said that they would send somebody to fix it, six days later nobody had done anything. Health and safety issue here

Great accomodation great location very comfortable everything we needed and more close to Helensvale to surface paradise would definitely go again and recommend this accommodation no 1 for a comfortable stay

The hotel is located in a nice and quite pocket. A very nice walks on the nearby Broadwater parks. The apartment had a very nice views of the harbour. The hotel has a very nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi, it also has a sauna and heat baths.

It was a good stay, only a couple of little things , check in is after 2, but the office is closed at 1.30p.m. and no locks on the bathroom doors.

The apartment was clean, with a a good view of the water, suitable for our short getaway. Staff at reception were friendly, and helpful. One minus was that the television was tiny, and dated. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

The rooms were spacious, and they had everything you would need for a family getaway. The kids enjoyed the pool, spa and playing table tennis. The carpark was secure, and the staff were friendly.

This was the first time I’ve stayed in Labrador. I had a wonderful time staying here at Crystal Bay on the Broadwater. The view was simply perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. I definitely will be back.

The room had fantastic views, the staff were friendly and the location was brilliant. The pool and spa were delightful as well. The room was well appointed having a washer and dryer was great for my purposes during the stay

Disappointing and outdated
I chose this property for the marathon start line. However, it was very old, not like the photos, not really clean. Found some food in the sofa and under it. The water tap in the bathroom was not working. (Fixed during our stay). And even though, the lift were opposite the room, we could hear them operating all day and night. The room was not ready on time when I checked in, had to wait another 35 minutes. Really expansive for what it is.

We stayed for 8 nighrs and everything was lovely, the only gripe was the shower, you had to run it for 5 minutes before it hot hot. And basically it just trickled. But overall, great place, everything was clean and a beautiful view. Thank you

Great location and friendly staff. No coffee or sugar in the room, 2 soaps and shampoo for 4 people, 1 roll of toilet paper (for 3 nights and days) and if you needed more of any of the above you had to pay for it. If you wanted fresh towels you had to wash and dry them yourself - the dryer didnt work! No doona covers on the beds. Wouldn't stay again

Excellent location across from the broadwater and close to shopping centre and attractions. Great views across the broadwater to seaworld. For bike riders, the bike paths along the broadwater are excellent and extend all along the beach areas.

Great place to stay for concerts at Southport. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. Very friendly Staff and great there’s no minimum stay.
