The hotel did not have a reservation for you as the original reservation that you booked in June through Expedia, was a non cancellable, non changeable , prepaid reservation. You paid Expedia for this booking not the hotel directly. I suggest that you contact them as your issue is with Expedia. In the future be aware of rules and restrictions at the time of booking your reservations to avoid charges when plans change.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues at the hotel this weekend. Generally we receive very positive reviews from our guests. We appreciate everyone's patience as we train new staff members at the front desk. It can be a very overwhelming for new comers. Our pool temperature is set at 83 degrees year round . I understand that this might not be to everyone's liking. The hot tub temperature is 104. High jet volume is not available in the tub as many expect. i will remind staff to keep a better eye on the pool towel levels.I can confirm that you have been successfully checked out.
