Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay here again. However, if they could find a way to control noise in the hall between both staff and overnight visitors in the late and early hours, that would make it 5 stars for me.

You get what you pay for. Walked to front desk, no one around. Rang the bell. Waited 2 mins. Nothing. Hit the bell again. Waited 3 mins. Still no one. Had to call the location phone number. Rang about 5 times, I could hear the phone ringing. Finally answered and said he’d be right out. Door opens behind the desk and finally get checked in with an apology. No smoking room with countless burn holes on the sheets. A.C. A bit noisy. At the least the room didn’t smell. Loud neighbor next door saying loud vulgar things. What can you say when the clientele is contract construction workers who walk over from Lowes parking lot next door after being paid in cash. They need to put lipstick on this pig outside and inside. The plus side was that it was cheaper option and served it purpose for one night stay. Would not stay here again. Motel 6 strikes again. 🙄

I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience. The hotel was supposed to be handicap accessible, it wasn’t. The elevator was broken and we were on the second floor. The handle on an outer door was broken forcing us to go through the lobby and around to the stairs. I am handicapped and had to struggle up the stairs and my son was forced to make multiple trips by himself to get our bags upstairs. It was a sketchy environment and I questioned our safety. The tiles in the stairs were broken and falling off which was a hazard the phone in the room did not work and when I called the front desk from my cell phone I was informed that no phone in the entire hotel worked. The ice machine was broken and I was told that we had to go to the next hotel over and use their ice. We had no coffee pot or iron and I was told a coffee pot was not available. I was told they have coffee in the morning in the lobby but it was undrinkable and just nasty. There was the distinct smell of marijuana coming from multiple rooms as we walked down the hall to our room. The room smelled bad. The bedding had burns in them. The clientele were loud and running through the hallways. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep at all the entire night and if it wasn’t so inconvenient for me being handicapped to leave we would have surely left. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. They seemed more concerned with their smoke break than the customer’s satisfaction. Terrible stay

Staff is in no Hurry!
We tried to do an early check-in at 1pm and was told at that time the hotel may not have a room available for us because of over booking. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the room that was reserved for us was being painted. I told the check-in clerk that I would be back at 3pm the actual check-in time. Arrived back at the hotel at 3:15pm and was told our room was not ready yet because they had to move someone out of their room in order for us to be able to stay. I was one of the lucky ones because two other reservations were not getting a room since 4 rooms were being painted and Motel 6 didn't factor that in when allowing reservations. All in all the hotel staff was very unprofessional, unclean & unfriendly. You should not complain about being under staffed then go take multiple smoke breaks right out the front lobby door for all to see. We will not stay at this hotel again,
