The check in went good. Very nice employee's, however the people living here are very load and inconsiderate. They stomp around, slam doors, bang the walls and crank their music up load. I honestly will not be staying here again.

Absolutely poor
Not good at all. No towels in the room had to request towels upon admission there were two wash clothes in the room and they were dirty and one hand towel for the bath math. The smoke detector alarm went off all through the night, from 12am until we checked out at checkout time Never Again trust me. With no recommendation.

Rudest concierge ever
Rudest concierge I've ever met. Couldn't be bothered to say hello or welcome. Just demanded my id and dropped the room key while vaguely pointing in the direction of the rooms. You don't need to gush but a little basic friendliness would be nice The room was barely furnished. Not a lamp or anything decorative. The neighbors played loud music from 2 am til 4. The towels and sheets had questionable stains and the staff appeared to have rifled through my stuff when they came in to " clean". Avoid if at all possible.

People live at this property . Not just travelers looking for a safe night after traveling all day. People played music until 2:00 am . I was unrested and had to leave I didn’t feel safe. The room was run down there was damage to the tv and no remote for tv . No soap or shampoo the worst experience I have had in any hotel in my life….. the check in was a fortress you checked in from outside through a window no lobby. This property should be taken off your list and a refund should be due because I had to leave in the middle of the night terrible terrible terrible.

The absolute only reason I chose to stay at this property was because there were no more reasonable rooms elsewhere do to many events taking place in the area. This property is old and dingy. There were people blasting loud music and car horns most of the night. No thanks never again!

People were coming and going all night long till around 6 in the morning And hollering and yelling and playing loud music from there cars and the people that was in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture around the room for hours

I had booked a reservation and it was confirmed. When i arrived the receptionist was outside and automatically told us we don’t have a room and all they have left is 2 suites which we would have to pay for even though they took the money for our room out of the account and all they said was to contact Expedia and that they couldn’t do anything about our situation. Luckily we found a hotel with availability down the street. It was a horrible experience!!!

They hotel committed theft/fraud. I paid and booked a room through Expedia and I showed them everything. Confirmation number, charge to credit card, everything and the hotel host said she could not find the booking and refused to give us our room. So instead of giving them my money twice I paid for another room at a different hotel. Will b contacting credit card company to reverse charges for room that was never received.

I didnt like ANYTHING...I didnt even stay...asking for a fukl refund...place was really dirty ...smelled just like cigerates...people hanging outside of area...front desk lady said the people hanging outside were prostututes...

2 muggings in 4 months there, no ice , no ice box , no wifi , no shower curtain, no phone, no clock , roaches, people soliciting for money , rides, cigarettes, it was the worst experience of my life. I was totally afraid to leave my room. I had booked them earlier and couldn't cancel my reservations 3 days I endured this. I don't recommend anyone staying here.
