Awesome location in the center of Lagos. Great access to restaurants, transportation and the beaches. Disappointed with the accommodations. Air conditioning did not work and was not repaired. Dishes and counter top was greasy and dirty. There is no hot water plumbed to the kitchen sink or a stopper for the sink. There is a musty smell that staff tried to resolve by opening the window. The fridge is a drink fridge that is not cold. The blind in the bedroom was broken and fell off the wall. Outside the neighbours air unit is very loud, hence difficult to have the window open (issue of smell vs noise). Staff tried to be accomodating but did not hear back from anyone after the first 2 hours of being in the room. Room was a good size with a quirkly layout. No sitting area other than a dirty kitchen table. Hard to recommend the property. The location and price was good. You need to be prepared to clean and spend the majority of your time outside (which is not hard to do here).

This is a great location but not a great place for parking. They advertised free client parking but it means find your own free parking. This place is in the middle of old town which is great for walking but not for driving. Not being familiar with the town means it was next to impossible to navigate the labyrinth of narrow one way streets. They gave us a map to try and point out parking 5 minutes away but good luck finding it on your own. Luckily a nice local driving saw us lost and guided us to the free parking area. It was a good 5 minute walk back to the hotel and is an issue if you have any sort of disability as the walk is hilly and windy - also wasn’t much fun dragging out luggage back to the hotel. Wish they would have been more upfront about the “free parking”. However, the lady in charge saw I was not impressed and offered us a free breakfast and let us choose the balcony room to our liking. We chose the room on the third floor which has the walkout balcony and allows you to sit out and people watch while enjoying a cold beverage. I would have given the place a 5 star if parking was better and they were more up front about it. The staff is also excellent and friendly and the lady in charge really did feel badly about the parking situation. I think she just runs the place so it probably is not her job to correct the parking information on Expedia. Overall, this is a great place.

Spacious, elegant, clean, quiet studio apartment in the center of the city. With attention to a few small issues (shower head bracket, kitchen tap, latches on balcony doors, more kitchen utensils), the apartment could rate 5 stars

Die Unterkunft ist recht gross und super zentral gelegen, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern war speziell, ich war 17 Tage da und hab sie nie gesehen aber für Mich war das ok, wir haben via WhatsApp kommuniziert.

Huge Studio.
The study is a huge almost apartment with all you need to stay. You can cook and heat food in the microwave. It has a fridge. Full bathroom and a living room. Location is unsurpassable. Right in downtown. Close to everything.

The place smelled of sewage. Everytime the door would open it was overwhelming and hard to ignore. The AC was leaking and there were puddles on the dining table. It was an affordable option for the area though and very walkable to all the attractions.

Good price for central location
Large studio. Large king size bed, kitchen with one induction burner, microwave but no oven, small fridge. Good shower. Fairly clean. Right in the middle of town so close to everything, but still quiet. Hard to beat for the price.

Right in the city center of Lagos, close to shops, restaurants and beaches! Beautiful terrace overlooking a square where there is live music - I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it

Just a horrible place and host! AVOID!!!
Avoid at all cost!!!! The room is completely different than on pictures, smelly, dirty, springs come out of mattress, ac not working and cold water!!!! The host was so rude that we had to check out not to spend any more second in that awful place. He shouted during breakfast in front of everyone because he said that it was not included in our stay despite a clear “breakfast included in your stay” in the confirmation. Unfortunately hotels.com did not manage to help in this situation and we were charged for the whole stay while we check out after one sleepless night because of old mattress and smell.

All the guest wrote no not have one single word of truth. "Mr. Kasprowicz, On your arrival day at check-in my colleague informed you that the breakfast was not included in your reservation. Double room - room only. Even so, you said “I don’t care. Tomorrow I will have breakfast”. You arrived this morning at the breakfast area at the Inn Seventies and once again my colleague told you that breakfast was not included in your daily rate and to have that service you should pay €8,00 per day, per person. Again, you promptly said “I don’t care about it, I’m going to have breakfast because it is included in the price”. At that moment and not accepting such an attitude from your side, me the manager was forced to travel there taking with me a copy of the reservation. After showing it to you, your arrogant answer was exactly the same: “ I don’t care…” At that moment I realized that there was nothing else to do. Your intention was having breakfast during the 3 days of your stay without paying for it. Then and in view of your doubt about breakfast we proposed to issue a daily receipt for the respective breakfast that you would pay to us talking later with Hotel.com in case there is any refund, which there isn’t. It was for this reason and for the fraudulent and frustrated attempt on your part that you decided to leave the hotel. What you say about the state of your room is anger turned into a big lie. Very bad manners on your part as you did not accept the conditions for 3 times." The guest never complaint about the room. Not at check-in and not after (while staying at the property). All the pictures the guest has taken do not present nothing relevant. Only the air conditioning photo that shows the anger of Mr. Kasprowicz who rippped it off. Do not forget that this whole situation was caused by the fraudulent attitude of the guest that insisted to have breafast without paying for it when this service was not included in his reservation. Breakast was the main issue to start which seems now forgoten, not the room.

Wir hatten die Dachgeschosswohnung D.h. 4 Stockwerke ohne Lift! Mit Köffern leider sehr schlimm und schwer hochzutragen/runterzu tragen. Sehr nett aber das uns Alexandra mit den Köffern half. Die Decken waren sehr niedrig, auch das Bad ist sehr klein und eher für kleine Menschen gedacht. Sogar ich mit 1.56 m fand es mega klein. Jeder ab 1,60/1,65 schlägt muss sich Ducken!! Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Aussicht der hammer mit Liegestühlen auf der Terasse. Betten leider sehr abgenutzt und sehr weich. Alles in allen ein toller Ort.

Great location but uncomfortable sleep
The location of the hotel was amazing! It was right in the city center. The room itself had a interesting smell to it that we aren’t sure if it was the water or the ac unit & the bed was springy and not comfortable so we didn’t sleep well. We wouldn’t stay here again due to the bad nights sleep.

Fikk rom i 3.etasje uten heis, og ingen merkede rømningsveier i tilfelle brann! Kjøkkendelen var så dårlig at det ikke ble koking pga. ingen avtrekksvifte. Minimalistisk utstyrt kjøkken. Pene møbler, men ingen omtanke for plassering og sammensetning. Terassen manglet solskjerming. Full betaling ved ankomst!!!! Mye lyd siden det ligger helt i setrum, men fordelen er kort vei til butikker/restauranter.

Det var bra NÄR VI VÄL HITTADE incheckningshotellet. Den adress som stod angiven var nått annat än som stod på husväggen nästan intill ingången. Vi fick sova i en gungande dubbelsäng första natten fast de fixade våra enkelsängar dagen efter. Vi blev erbjudna en gratis frukost på hotellet där en hade en fantastisk utsikt. Vi var trots allt ( strul med flyget ) mycket nöjda o glada när vi skulle hem igen. Låg väldigt centralt o bra.

Absolutely amazing stay... I wish I could stay longer. I had my own space in Lagos and I felt at home. I was able to do things at my pace, and my balcony was one of the best views in Lagos.

On the upside: A great spot for exploring Lagos. Our suite was nice and spacious, and had balconies right over a main intersection in the old town, so we were able to hear all the street musicians. On the downside: You need to go across the square to pick up your keys. Locals were very helpful in getting you to the right spot. During the day it was bright... when you had the drapes open. At night it was very dark, and the kitchenette had no light. Made cooking very interesting.

Make sure room paid for is given
Very rough time consuming check in since room booked was not given, on resevation made and paid for had microwave, seperate dining area and private patio / balcony included. Owner just said mistake. Finally after getting voucher from hotel site to make up difference, paid extra cost and upgraded. Owner then stated should have paid him directly, not hotel site. After room was fine, but during the week stay only fowels, trash done, bed sheets never changed. Dont trust one hotel site’s view, look at others which give a more realistic picture of this hotel. If improvements and proper advertising by hotel is made, then it would be a very good hotel.

Great location but..
Great location, spacious room, but Old and dirty, service poor, no lift. Bathroom smelled bad. Didn't change towel or do house keeping even though it was written on their hotels.com page. If not for the location, I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

Localização excelente para este pequeno apartamento com tudo o que uma pessoa precisa para uma estadia relaxada. Perto de tudo, praias e restaurantes. Bastante silencioso, com um pequeno terraço/varanda, sala e cozinha cómoda o suficiente. A cama era muito boa também.

Die Lage ist prima, sehr zentral. Leider lag mein Zimmer im 3. Stock, 54 Stufen ohne Lift. Bei 36 Grad und mit 59 Jahren kein Vergnügen. Das Fenster ließ sich wegen der großen Klimaanlage nicht öffnen...

Lagos. En mysig stad.
Lagos är en mysig stad med många restauranger, affärer och en fin strand nära centrum. Hotellet med sina lägenheter ligger väldigt centralt och bara någon minuts gång till hamnen. Vill man ha en mysig helg i en trevlig stad är Lagos man åker till.
