Bathroom had mold in it toilet constantly run all day all night. Fridge didn’t work properly.

Generally most of the staff are miserable. The place is not managed well. Fixtures and fittings are dated and unsafe. Cracked light switches, a window that had a sign saying not to open, a shower door that just fell off, (no-one came to fix it)a hydro bath and shower....none of which worked, never leaving 2 towels, despite knowing there was 2 of us in there,staff who come into your room and steal from you , food that takes over an hour to come out, only to be something completely different to what you ordered, door that doesnt lock, people smoking skunk so it stinks out the whole hotel, constant loud nightclub level music around the pool even if you are the only one there. It drives people away. Intimidating groups of men who bring their own music to play loud, again driving all the other customers away. A manager. Who does nothing to stop people from smoking skunk on the property. Or from intimidating other customers. When the food was done right, it was good and the pool was nice when not having your ear drums blasted or driven away by skunk- smoking. Customers. It seems that if you want something done they dont respond to asking nicely.. the admin system suxks too. We paid up 3 days before so we could leave at 4.30am but because a food bill was put in afterwards, from before we paid it, we had to debate where this came from, making us 30 minutes late. Without the pool it would be 1 star

Staff are excellent. Bathrooms could be cleaner - walls around tub need a good scrub, possibly with bleach, and all sealants need replacing. Rooms not well-insulated, so chatter, footsteps and loud music will keep you company until you get used to them, and you will. Curtains in some rooms do not open and windows have no decent views. All this being said, i still enjoyed my stay, a nod to the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. They also have a good chef!

Pleasant hotel
Great clean and comfortable hotel. While advertised as "free breakfast for two," upon check-in was informed that it did not apply to my booking. This should be made clear. Other than that, it is a pleasant hotel with nice amenities.

I am disappointed at the way the manager handles complaints. There had been several issues and for them it was informational for me it was painful and costly. Disappointing.

Excellent service!
This was a good experience staying in Morning Side Suite. All the staffs were helpful and friendly. They let us made ourselves at home. We had good conversations with them and gave us recommendation. Will definitely go to Morning Side Suite again!!

Nice cozy hotel
We arrived to check in after booking with Expedia and getting a confirmation to be told that our reservation could not be found and then we were told they couldn't find it because of the rate we were given. We then had to wait for the supervisor who continued to argue that he rejected the reservation with Expedia even though we got nothing but our confirmation. The Supervisor was very rude and unprofessional he then threw up his hands and told his staff to check us in. This was the worst way to be checked ever. He never apologized or even make any service recovery. Once we checked in the experience got better and we enjoyed our stay. This male supervisor must be reprimanded for representing this hotel in such an unprofessional way. Having guest argue about a booking already paid for.

Great.
My fiance and I checked in for a one night stay at the hotel. From start to finish, I was impressed by the excellent customer service and attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean.Let me tell you. Having been to two other so called nice hotels on this same trip. I must say I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that the wifi is pretty much non existent.

Good Deal, but not for a Business Trip
This hotel had unreliable internet and no iron. The hotel staff were friendly but disorganized, and everyone had a different answer to the same question. This is a nice, more affordable hotel if you are visiting Africa for leisure, but for a business-related trip, this hotel is not a good option.

Comfortable stay in Lagos.
First time stay in this hotel. Generally all services are over average and got a comfortable stay. Near by business area and short access to important place. Security is also good. Traning gym has minimum facilities(2-running, 1-byke, 1-weight training machine, 10 dumbbells) but no towels and showers. Wifi is weak in the room, but overall hardware and software is good and recommend to stay.

Very Nice hotel, Very friendly staff, Very clean.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are very friendly and always greet you and always offer to help. Food was good and tasty although the selection for breakfast is limited to only 2 options (continental or nigerian breakfast). Location is very good in Victoria Island and near all the malls, restaurants and shopping markets. I will definetely be back next time in Nigeria.

Goed hotel in het midden van Victoria Island.
Bij aankomst erg hartelijk ontvangen. Het is een leuk klein hotel met alle facilitieten om de zakenreiziger te bedienen. De kamer was ruim en schoon. De badkamer was wat minder goed afgewerkt, maar alles functioneerde naar behoren (is al een flink pluspunt in Lagos wanneer dit zo is). De Wifi was in heel het hotel sterk. Het restaurant was netjes en het eten is bijzonder goed te noemen. Zo ook voor het ontbijt. Al met al een hotel wat ik zeker graag aanbeveel.
