출장때문에 예약했어요. 공사현장이 가장 가까운 호텔로 예약하다보니 테크노파크호텔로 선정했는데.. 가격대비 많이 기대이하네요. 부가세 포함하면 8만원대인데.. 호텔수준은 모텔수준이네요.. 도마뱀도 나오고..

Bad Shiwer System
The plumbing system to be specific the shower almost burned us during taking a shower. The bathroom needs a lot of cleaning or perhaps a major upgrade or renovation.

Staff from the guard to the room attendant provided outstanding customer service. They tried their best in ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible. I rated them 4 stars in certain areas because of the lack of alternative dining options within a short walking distance, the elevator undergoing major renovation and some rooms that are work in progress. Gym is definitely a work in progress. Hotel’s closed proximity to SLEX and CALAX make it easier to bypass clogged secondary roads.

Some of the amenities in the room did not work. The tv had no signal, the elevator was broken, the safe did not work and a bed lamp was missing.

This hotel was unpleasant environment , room smells so bad odor , , bathroom are dirty , smelly , stains on the floor and the toilet bowl, everthing was just uncomfortable. There gym was old equipment , dirty. And i saw a big Rat inside the small dirty gym, i complained on all of this. To the front desk. I told them its very uncomfortable for me to stay there, they have a sister company named paseo premier Hotel , around the neigborhood , offered to me to try and transfer to stay there. I absolutely grab it , we transfered at the same day to the othe Hotel they recommended.paseo Premier hotel was much better, the room are clean , good smell, and cozy lightning. It relieves my anxiety. We were relax this time it was a money's worth. We were at the non smoking area. But that did not followed, when we leave our room to go to the elevator, you will pass the stairway . Someone was smoking out there you can absolutely smell the cigaretts . . I complained at the front desk. A stuff named Reb. Said he will take care of it. The next day when we were passing the stairway theres another smoker fumes all over the air when we were passing by. Going to the elevator. There was also now a astray on the stairway. I went again to the front desk to complain. Same stuff i talk before name Rev. this time he said the only non smoking area in our floor was our room. The road to the elevator or stairway are smoking area. I confront Rev , i said why you lie to me. He just laugh / very rude.......

Friday Saturday Live band...
They have a live band that plays until 10pm. 10:15pm the band was still playing. Impossible to sleep the band is so loud.

we were going to Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP). We found this hotel in the google nearby. The breakfast was great. Overall, when we come back to AUP we will still stay in this hotel. Its a stone-throw away to S&R and NUVALI.

Resort style hotel in an industrial park
Bizarrely nice hotel given the location. Spacious rooms good for relaxing or working. Good room layout for working. Pool and weekend live music. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by factories. Free shuttle is useful, or frequent shared trikes on the nearby main road. Nearby open air malls are very pleasant, Santa Rosa itself is not very nice.

We booked a deluxe queen room (with bathtub) at Technopark hotel on the same day of our travel. However, the queen room was no longer available when we arrived at the hotel. We were told by the frontdesk attendant that the listing in Expedia was not updated. We settled in a standard twin room instead since its the only available. It is a lower category room and has no tub. I just wish we were no longer charged with the extra bed we requested. Anyways, it we still a good stay. The AC was working just fine. And the cost of our stay was relatively low compared to the other hotels nearby.

The hotel is quiet so you can really relax and enjoy the place. The staff are so friendly especially in the dining room during breakfast.

去年泊まった時より朝食の品数が更に減っていた。このホテルはレストランの評判が悪いが、経営者は気にしていないようだ。周辺に徒歩圏内でいけるコンビニ、レストラン等はないのでここに泊まる時は、あらかじめ食料品を持ってくるか外食に車で出かけるかの2択になる。

Hotel with full of bugs and mosquitoes
an hour after I checked in I was bitten by mosquitoes like in my both legs and bed has a bug I went to the front desk ans show it to the staff He transfered me to a different room which is nice but in the middle of the night i was up to use the toilet I was shocked because there is a bug inside the toliet and like 4 bugs in the bath tub! I have pictures to prove it I didn’t complain anymore because in my opinion I see no point of doing it but to waste my time.

Waste of money
Hotel is not worth the money and is overpriced for what they offer!! Pool is the only positive thing about this hotel. First is location, there are not many of anything in the area to assist you in getting around unless you rented your own car. Hotel staff is always on edge and cheap if you ask for an extra complimentary water. They will never provide. Customer service is terrible here. My room i stayed in was terrible too. No hot water and no water pressure in the shower. Bed is like sleeping on a piece of cardboard and nothing else. Breakfast was very cold!!!! Goodluck if you decide to stay here!!!!

The standard room given to us was overpriced. The airconditioning system was hotter than an electric fan. The TV was having pauses in the entire duration. The maintenance personnel requested to check the aircon arrived a bit late. Most of the breakfast food was bland. But I appreciate the staff who granted my request for a room upgrade because of all the inconveniences we've met. Initially, despite the upgrade the aircon was still unsatisfactory because the air was as hot as the 1st room given to us. But the maintenance personnel did troubleshoot the problem well.

余り良くない。
初めて宿泊しましたが、結論的には余り良くないです。 ホテルは古く、朝食もバリエーションが無く、ショッピング センターまでも徒歩では行けず（シャトルバスはあるが） よい所は、サンタローサのテクノパークへ仕事の用が有る場合 は、近くて便利。それにつきます。 それ以外の用途であれば、ここに宿泊するメリットが有りません。

Not so relaxing experience
It fell below our expectations. Because we have been to Lima Park hotel in Batangas, which is also located inside an Industrial park facility, and Technopark did not come close, in terms of price, facilities, over-all look.

Weirdedly located
The hotel was a bit hard to locate and when you finally find it, you might be surprised that it is inside a parking lot for trucks. We had some confusions with our booking because they said that they haven't received our reservation yet. To compesate, our rooms were upgraded. The elevators were not working so we were placed on the first floor. One room that was given to us smelled old, like it hadn't been used in a while. The rooms were sparsely furnished, the water heaters weren't working properly, and we found hairs on our bed. The food was okay. I guess the only good thing about this place was the staff bevause they were very accomodating. I can find better 3 star hotels at the same rate.
