Sorry to hear after the fact. On the office on that self-same video screen is posted ALL of our contact info for management, housekeeping, maintenance. None of us received a call - if there are issues we are available 24-7 to accommodate our clients that communicate with us. Your cell phones get delayed messages in the mountains if not rebooted upon arrival. You could easily have responded to my message.

Richard - I never received any communication by text, email or voice about any lock problem - I checked and it is not broken. I appreciate timely communications not after-the-fact griping. I have no "others" communications either so this is a stretch of your imagination. I appreciate you never returning as we pride ourselves on 20 years and over 10,000 satisfied customers - they actually talk to me to my face, not behind my back. Good luck in your future travels.

This is not true - we scrupulously maintain our cabins. Why did you not have enough courtesy to either call, text or email me? Self-checkin because you weren't on time. We have 20 years experience an over 10,ooo satisfied clients. You are one of the few complainers, and did not contact me for resolution. Poor taste complaining after the fact!

I wished you had called the office - I am available 24-7. We have options we can provide. We are a low contact resort since Covid and all cabins are self checkin - as the notice on the door identified. We note on our website that reservations are flexible and a cabin number will be assigned day of check-in. Please be courteous enough to email, text or call mgmt next time in a timely fashion if you have an issue. We always respond promptly.

SORRY YOU DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SPEAK WITH US ABOUT YOUR ACCOMODATIONS - We ride ourselves on our cabins and immediately move folks to another if uncomfortable. And obviously you are not aware of the bears rampaging the woods and trash - hence chain link fence. We are in compliance and have never had a complaint. Next time try to communicate your concerns early on so there is ample time to respond on our part. After-the-fact complaints tie our hands!

never received any request...call office is the normal routine to get support. All maint and housekeeping and office emergency numbers are clearly posted. Sorry we never heard from you. TV can be sporatic in high mountains - depends on 1 single provider and drops out time-to-time.

Sorry your budget didn't fit the big roomy cabins on the river. You might be confusing us with somewhere else you stayed...see aerial photo - we are not "squashed" - in fact our resort has largest spacings and area accommodations plus river location than any in the area. The bathrooms have all been remodeled and fit a standard size person very well.

Sorry you had difficulties - no sign regulation by County. I did not get a call on TV - service provided by single supplier in high mountains and sorry they are not very reliable. We really enjoy our scenery and the relaxing atmosphere w/o commercial distractions! Thank you for your feedback.

yes, I understand. That's why we have posted 2.5 mph speed limit. The peak season in our mountains have a lot of action on the Alpine Loop for ATV vacationers.

Hi - thanks for info - did not know mice coning in under door. Heater control on wall - was working fine when I checked it prior to your arrival as well as stove. And the lock is the slide pin on the side of the handle - easy to miss if you don't look good...or call us. We answer maint calls 24-7. Cant fix if we don't know anything! Instructions posted on office door next to site map. Virtual checkins due to Covid precautions.
