We are sorry for the parking problem but all the information (also the price) are written on the website. The parking spot in the street need need to be reserved and costs € 5/night, the private parking costs € 15 for 24 hour. We don't earn anything selling the parking ticket, the parking is not a property of the Hotel, this is also a discounted price for the Hotels, the standard price is € 20 / 24 hour.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry but at now in italy we have several rules about energy use. For us is really strange use ac with a temperature of 20' or less, ac is really don't needed.

We are sorry but your review is just crazy... You still have a reservation confirmed for 3 nights, the modification has never been confirmed by us or Expedia, still now you sure don't have any kind of reservation's document wich has indicated that you have only 2 nights stay.The problem came also from you neglicence to don't ask any kind of confirmation from us or to have a new modificated confirmation by the online agency.We have only told you that to help you we have tried to sell the room, we have just tried to follow the rules but because of you screamed at reception we have made an exception cancelling immediately (the first day) your 3rd night stayWe are very disappointed about your review and your conduct with the Staff, you really didn't understand the situation and the booking rules.Please note also that we are selling that room every night to family with kids and nobody gave us claims like yours.

We suggest you to check online wich is the medium price in Como, we are very competitive. The refrigerator is available in some kind of rooms, that's clearly written online and it's not a standard service for a 3 stars Hotel. You've booked the basic room, the cheaper one, that's why your room hadn't it. Honestly we have never seen a 3 stars Hotel with coffee machine in every room and never seen an Hotel that give coffee for free. We have Staff h24 and a bar, guests can ask the coffee everytime, obviously is not free. Online is written also our address, it's easy to know that we are not waterfront, just open a map... the elevator have periodical manutenction and it's perfectly working, we don't understand your comment.
