A relaxed stay
The room and bathroom were okay, clean although a bit worn and rough. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient to be able to park our car in the hotel’s own garage (surcharge of course but not too bad). Great location, it only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the old town.

It takes a very long time to get your coffee for breakfast because unfortunately there is only one machine for so many guests.

Clean, well situated hotel, 5 min to the lake, restaurants and the old town. Good breakfast, nice service. Strong wifi, good air conditioner. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and stayed for 1 night.

Superb Hotel
Great hotel in a great location, right beside the old town. The service is first class, we were checking out at 5am, and they had breakfast to go bags awaiting us, for me and my wife and 2 kids, lovely hosts. Will absolutely be back.

Hotel only short walk from Sirmione old town. Nice area in the reception, and bar/breakfast area, nice breakfast. Pool area small but okay. When it comes to the room it is another history, we got room 124, which was announced with partly lake view, please se pictures, balcony have probaly not been cleaned in 2023. We paid 20 EUR extra per day for our dog (which is normal), I guess it is because of the cleaning, which is okay, but then you normal get a drink an eat bowl and food bowl, but here was nothing, we also ask for the second chair for the balcony, the lade in the reception promised to fix it, but it never happens. Wii I use the hotel again, maybe if I can get another room next time. Don´t accept room 124.

This is a terrific hotel. The rooms are well-maintained and very clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and the pool is wonderful! They serve an excellent breakfast - served in a lovely outdoor setting during the summer months. Location is terrific - the bus is nearby, and everything on the peninsula is within walking distances stance. Prices are very reasonable.

Our room was in the 200’s and the hallway carpeting was stained for the entire length. The door handle to our bathroom fell off immediately upon entering the room. The bed was comfy, the balcony lovely and the outdoor patio breakfast wonderful for its food selection and atmosphere. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to the lake for a swim or to town for eating or shopping. Parking garage was extremely helpful in a town where everyone fights for a spot. A little more upkeep to the facility and it could top notch.

Hotel is so modern and clean Roof top bar and pool is amazing Breakfast was really good and nice to sit outside on a morning. Like the way everything you purchase goes onto your room and pay on check out Great location and short walk into the centre. Loads of bars and restaurant options around

We were 2 families with Kids. Our room was decent, but the room of our friends was infested with ants. The hotel management tried to relocate them to a "house" outside the hotel but it was so bad that they decided to stay in the room (that was pre-paid already) and sleep with the ants... millions of ants. The staff at the lobby told us that they know about the problem since long time but the management of the hotel is not investing on the proper cleaning company to solve the issue... so in the meantime they rent their rooms at a high price without resolving the ant problem. I would not recommend this hotel until they solve their ants problem

We r a family of 5 with 3 kids. The room was full of ants! Yes, full of ants, same for the shower and the bunk beds. When I informed the reception, they proposed an apartment. It was dirty, old, and with only 1 bed for a family of 5. Back to the hotel to find they sprayed the room heavily. Between thr spray, ants, mosquitoes, it was the worst stay ever. No help whatsoever….. In addition to all the above, the breakfast is a misery. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It ruined our stay.

Location was very good. Walking distance to the old town is easy. Breakfast is very good. I would suggest that they invest in a second coffee machine as this tends to be a bottleneck in the breakfast operation. Pool area is real nice with a great view. Would definitely recommend and stay again. All staff is incredibly friendly!!

Pleasant experience
Very well located, next to the old town. Room was very tidy and the whole staff of the hotel (reception,breakfast ladies and the maintenance man) was really helpful and kind.

Hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione.
Struttura che necessita di una ristrutturazione.... assolutamente non a livello di 4 stelle. Camere piccole e vecchie, tempi di attesa ascensore esagerati, locale colazione non adeguato al numero di persone ospitate con fila di attesa all'ingresso.

Boa localização e café da manhã
Hotel bem localizado, próximo a zona de tráfego limitado. É possível deixar o carro no estacionamento e ir andando para o centro (5 a 10 minutos a pé) Tem uma vista bacana, possui uma piscina no rooftop e o café da manhã é bom.

Super-zentrale Lage, eigene Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig), gutes Frühstuck, hilfsbereites Personal - das Zimmer hat unglaublich stark nach einem Parfüm (Desinfektionsmittel ?) gerochen. Das Personal war um Abhilfe bemüht, konnte aber nicht helfen.
