Dear guest, we want to take each guest review as a suggestion to improve always in better our hotel and management. In the past weeks in Italy and at Lake Garda there were more than 38 degrees during the day and our conditioned air system anyhow assured 21 degrees. Surely if clients open the room windows-doors the temperature isn't assure. All the minibar in each hotel rooms guarantee between +8° /+14° while a house it's between +1°/+7°. So if someone is used with home temperature , it can't be the same in hotels. We are disappointed for the water/toilett dirty. We usually receive 10/10 as hotel cleaning in all the internet web reviews...it's the first time that we receive a complaint for cleaning.
