the hotel room smelled horrible, when talking to the front desk...they said all rooms smelled that way because it was old pipes. and then i had a ton of bugs in my bed, i took videos and even showed the front desk. i would never stay there again and want my money back or something

Rooms are big and clean with big bathrooms. Staff is friendly. Area is convenient, close to old town and shopping. Hotel is little outdated. Breakfast is basic.

Hotel is absolutely not 4-star as rated. Building and room is old / run down, showerhead did not stay up in it’s holder, and drain did not work. Has the feel of a cheap hotel - provided 1 bottle of combined shampoo body wash, other amenities and mini fridge were locked with a key and exorbitantly priced if you wanted to use them

Chambre au dernier étage avec balcon et table chaise. Chambre agréable, style "Century", calme et apaisante. Chauffage disponible dans la salle de bains, très utile !

I have been staying here for years and it has really gone downhill. I will never stay there again. Checking took 25 minutes. The room was substandard.

L'accueil est aimable. Les chambres propres et comfortable. Le service au petit-dejeuner est mediocre. Le personnel absent plus que present, les tables non desservies, la cafetiere vide attendant le retour du personnel pour la remplir. Plus grave: l'hotel n'offre pas de consigne securisee pour les bagages. Il permet de les laisser non ticketes et non supervises dans un corridor et n'est pas responsable si un bagage est pris par un tiers.

I spent 15 days staying at that hotel and I can say the following: positive: The hotel is well located to access the different transportation routes. Negative: It has many opportunities for improvement such as: 1) there is no possibility to turn on the air conditioning. At the reception they check the system and they said they will turn it on when it gets hotter. They never turned it on during my entire stay. Had to have the windows open and heard all the noise from the street. 2) upon my arrival I reported that the refrigerator was not cooling, they indicated that they would call maintenance and they never fixed it, so I could not put anything in the room's refrigerator. 3) there is no possibility to connect a hair dryer in the bathroom because there is no electrical outlet. 4) During the 15-day stay I only saw the full breakfast 4 times, with everything they offered... if you arrive late for breakfast, you won't be able to eat fruits, scrambled eggs, etc. 5) No safety box un the room

The Hotel Century provided me with the basics, a safe accommodation, overall cleanliness but is overpriced. For a bit more I would have gotten a beautiful room with top quality amenities but there was no availability for the dates I needed.

Very expensive, embarrassing breakfast with unfriendly personnel. Air-conditioning not working, vey old hotel, bad mattress all for 360€ for one night. Needs serious upgrading and renovation.

Property was a little tired, but clean and maintained. Ants on the table at breakfast were surprising but the worst aspect was the front desk staff - they were from the 1950’s…rude, ignorant and gave the impression you should be grateful to be staying there.

La struttura potrebbe essere ammodernata: delle 2 stanze prenotate una aveva ancora la moquette (non in ottime condizioni). Anche i bagni sono un po' "complicati". Ma la problematica maggiore è l'insonorizzazione dall'esterno che, sostanzialmente non esiste ed il riposo notturno ne risente. Molto professionali e disponibili i dipendenti.

Very tired hotel; desperately needs renovation
Very tired hotel in desperate need of a full renovation. Room very dated and noisy from both the road and hotel. Slept terribly in the tired single bed with very thin worn duvet and pillows. Shower over bath with curtain sticking to you. Temperature constantly going from boiling to freezing. Only positive was that the location is very central for where I needed to be.
