Because it's the exact reality of the building situation. Inside the architecture is beautiful and you realise the edifice has character. Unfortunately, from the outside, you don't get it. The building was created in 1907, it was a bit alone in the area and very beautiful but slowly, the surrounding has been built and the authentic of our edifice disappeared.
