The manager is rude as hell! We stayed there a while and they never came in to clean the room. They have complimentary breakfast sometimes lol. Sometimes its waffles and sometimes its just toast with no butter. There is a lot of shady stuff that goes on there like drug busts. Dont be fooled by the pictures, this is not what the rooms look like, the rugs are old dark and stained, the curtains have holes in them, the lamp shades are busted, there are busted holes in the closet door. We found black mold growing in the sink drain. The tub was like semi clogged, and we had to pull someone elses hair out of it before we could use it. The only person who was awesome there was Ken, the rest of the workers were mediocre at best. No one knew anything about proper customer service from the very beginning except Ken. I personally know all they clean the rooms with is a little bleach in the toilet and water on the mirrors and they run the vaccum over the rugs and change the sheets. They dont use proper cleaning supplies on anything else which is why its so yuck there. They run out of toilet paper on a business level. So if you need a roll of tp, they will be like sorry we are out. They dont order supplies properly to maintain business. Basically the business is falling apart and is close to shutting down or just needs to go ahead and shut down already. Our first few days i mentioned there was roaches, and they blamed me, then i got handed a can of bug spray? like omg!
