Gentile Paolo,Ci dispiace apprendere che il soggiorno presso la nostra struttura non sia stato di suo gradimento. In effetti un numero esiguo di camere non è dotato di bidet in bagno, fatto che normalmente non rappresenta un problema per la maggior parte dei nostri ospiti di provenienza internazionale. Se avessimo ricevuto la sua segnalazione in tempo le avremmo proposto una camera adeguata senza esitazione. I documenti di identità sono stati spediti a mezzo corriere non appena rinvenuti alla reception. Ci scusi ancora per il disguido.
