모닥불, 수영장, 음악, 투호(?) 등 다양한 즐길거리가 있음. 타호 호 인근에 레포츠가 다양하다고 들었는데 그와 잘 어울리는 숙소라고 생각함. 쾌적하고 청결했음. 와이파이도 빨라서 만족스러웠음.

Location was great. Very close to casinos, shopping and dining. Also walkable to heavenly gondala and lake beach. For the most part staff friendly (not best customer service on some occasions). The on-site brewery was a plus. Room was average, some smell like carpet was damped. Restroom was not the cleanest (needed some sweeping and mopping) We had to air it out for the first day. We asked housekeeping for towels on the 3rd day and we never got them. Overall it was okay.

Hotel staff is very nice and friendly, parking is first come first serve. Beds were clean and comfortable, everything else not so much. Room felt dark only having one light in the middle of the room. Room had a ton of stains on carpet and the fan in the room was caked with dust. Bed liner on the bottom had multiple stains and furniture was pretty beat up and inside room felt dated. Pretty nice hot tub and brewery on property and lots of areas to hang out. Overall stay was okay biggest plus was that the beds were comfortable. Would stay again in a pinch if needed but not my first go to.

Overall very easy experience. Breakfast/Coffee shop is great. Sadly we were locked out of our room at 1am. Had to wait for staff to come and make new cards for room. Other than that it was a good stay.

Basecamp is always a nice place to stay with our family of 6. Reasonably priced and comfortable. The personnel at the main lobby and small brewery are very helpful. Fun for all ages…board games and ping pong table. The location is awesome and convenient…walking distance to Heavenly Village and the Casinos right across the street. We will definitely be returning!

The room was perfect for my family of five. The out door for pot is a great hang out spot. The property location is perfect walking distance to all the shops, casino, and restaurants.

This property lived up to its expectations, other than perhaps it is a little worse for the wear in the common areas than the photos show. It was still comfortable, and we enjoyed the many offerings the hotel had, including large hot tub we used every day (the second one on a nice rooftop deck was unfortunately not operational), fun brewpub with happy hour specials on-site, roomy balcony with seating, breakfast/coffee bar, ping pong table, etc. We were walking distance to Heavenly Village and its gondola, which we took advantage of, and parking was never an issue (though very low clearance for some spots if you have a roof box). The heating system was a little difficult to manage, and unfortunately, we got stuck next to a very LOUD and unruly family who woke us early every morning (we should have complained as quiet hours are stated from 10 pm-8 am). Additionally, the cars parked right under our room were very loud idling early in the morning, as was the staff clearing the paths with snow shovels. So overall not a place for peace and quiet, but ok for a few days of skiing.

Place is grate , close to the amenities. Breakfast was delicious. The only problem was with the housekeeping, we ask for couple things they said they will and never show up.

The carpet needs to go, my son spilled water on the carpet accidently and when I put the towel to dry it, the towel got yellow and black stains (maybe someone vomitted). If they can change the flooring to wood, then this place is okay. This experience just ruined our experience. Other than that property is okay

Our first room was smelly, the light didn’t turn on, and there was a bottle cap in the bathroom making us question how clean the actual room was. We quickly got moved to a better room. It’s quiet, the bed is comfortable but for $330/night this hotel was not worth it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Pros: Got a good price for a weekend trip. An okay breakfast to purchase. Good heating. Cons: "Family Room" on the third floor without elevator. Worn carpets and furniture. No room service due to staffing shortages. Verdict: Nothing remarkable, yet another Tahoe hotel. Wouldn't call it family friendly. Supposedly better in the summer and without kids.
