Full time staff was extremely rude in all areas. The only decent customer service received was our waitress at the restauraunt. I've been frequenting this resort for over 12 years and have never been treated so poorly as a guest.

We loved the Hot Springs! Especially we loved Steve the worker by the pools. He was really nice, communicative, hard working, and positive man.

We arrived shortly after a recent snowstorm and in very cold weather. The driveways and walkways were quite icy. It was clear that the resort was doing their best to salt the areas and make it safe for driving and walking.

Be prepared for time share pressure
We have stayed here before and likely will again. Room remodeled but old carpets in bedroom that could use a shampoo. This is part of a hot springs that charges extra even if you are a guest. Then the hotel charges another $20 resort fee. Not sure what for. Restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday which is not convenient for guests. This is a timeshare and they make you go to concierge for parking pass and room key so they can enroll you in a sales session.

This place is the perfect weekend getaway. I was under the impression that you have to pay for the stay and the hot springs. That’s not the case. When you have a room the hot springs are included. The restaurant was amazing! The ambiance and the food did not disappoint. The view is stunning. I would definitely come back.

Well-kept, spacious but slightly worn room. Very quiet in my top floor room, with wonderful wetlands views to the east of the property. Front desk staff very polite and attentive, as was the woman working in their little market. Grounds are well-maintained, and the walk from there to the town of Genoa is beautiful.

Still nice but could be better
Sunday was a nice stay with most amenities open. Monday morning, everything is closed. No options for a decent breakfast or cup of coffee. Room toaster didn't work and coffee was not good. The hot tub/pool had 3 hot tubs but only one had working jets. The pool;/hottub opens an hour later than the hot springs(which cost $55/day) so we were not able to enjoy before our departure. Construction workers started before 8am and were literally on our patio. This felt more than inconvenient. It felt unsafe.

The location is very scenic, facilities well maintained and rooms comfortable. The dining room was completely overwhelmed, due to a sudden staffing shortage, but the staff gallantly did their very best to serve us.

The jets in the pools are broken. The information about using the pool and spa was confusing. Your information said that we had to pay $55 a day for each of us , $110 daily for using the pool and in at the receiption they said we have to pay nothing. The café we used to have breakfasts is closed. The personnel in the store where you enter the pool is not friendly.
